Ashmore Palms Holiday Village

What can I say? Such a beautiful, relaxing place. The cabins are spotless, the gardens are lovely. The staff are amazing, so friendly with nothing being too much trouble. The pool area is so clean, we had 2 young boys with us and they couldnt get enough of the pool. Playgrounds well maintained. The macaws are so lovely and very well cared for. We only stayed 6 nights but wish it was 60 🥰

Great place for a family holiday. We had the double story rainforest retreat and it was so good being so close to the pool. Plenty to keep the kids occupied in the school holidays and close to all the action on the GC. Staff are friendly and grounds are nice and clean. We will return for sure.

It was amazing staff were fantastic as a single father of four they made everything so much easier for me to enjoy my holiday too. The daily activities were excellent and gave us enough time to do them and then drive to the theme parks. At the end of the day it was incredible to relax in the pool.

Stayed in the penthouse with 5 adults and 2kids in November.It has absolutely everything you need for an awesome family vacation. The holiday village is a close drive to restaurants, shops and theme parks. Loved our stay it was so hard to leave !! Shout out to housekeeping - Lea and Diane they were amazing thankyou !!! We had a great stay in one of the cottages. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very close to all attractions. Shops etc nearby either walking distance or short drive. Calm relaxing atmosphere in the park. Pool was very much loved by all the kids and spent many times in there. Can highly recommend for families.

We stayed here earlier in the year and it was perfect. Ashmore palms is great value for money and not too far from nearby shops and theme parks. The little convenience store also came in handy! We will definitely be back! 😊🦜🌴

What an AMAZING place!! The grounds are so beautifully maintained and my unit was immaculately clean. Such a peaceful and relaxing environment. As a bird lover it is so wonderful to see such a beautiful collection of birds that are so well cared for and obviously loved by all. All of the staff we encountered were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do — especially when it comes to the birds. It’s clear the staff take real pride in creating a unique and enjoyable experience, and their love for the resident birds adds a special touch. I’m already planning my next stay It would be really cool if the birds had their names up on their aviaries. I was lucky enough to be around when there were staff there in the aviaries to ask. Corey, Nat and Helene were so lovely and happy to tell me about the birds which I really appreciated and made my stay that extra bit special

My family and I have stayed here a total of 3 times and still amazed by the wonderful staff. Located in a quiet area and only 20 minutes drive to the theme parks. Central to all major shopping centres and all the fun activities that can be done on the Gold Coast. Definitely recommend to everyone for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast.
