Ashmore Palms Holiday Village

Brilliant! The staff were so cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. It’s the cleanest park I’ve ever stayed at, and the pool area was stunning. I only wish we’d found this place sooner. I’d definitely recommend Ashmore Palms holiday village, whether you have kids or not.

My family and I have stayed here a total of 3 times and still amazed by the wonderful staff. Located in a quiet area and only 20 minutes drive to the theme parks. Central to all major shopping centres and all the fun activities that can be done on the Gold Coast. Definitely recommend to everyone for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast.

We had a great stay in one of the cottages. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very close to all attractions. Shops etc nearby either walking distance or short drive. Calm relaxing atmosphere in the park. Pool was very much loved by all the kids and spent many times in there. Can highly recommend for families.

What an AMAZING place!! The grounds are so beautifully maintained and my unit was immaculately clean. Such a peaceful and relaxing environment. As a bird lover it is so wonderful to see such a beautiful collection of birds that are so well cared for and obviously loved by all. All of the staff we encountered were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do — especially when it comes to the birds. It’s clear the staff take real pride in creating a unique and enjoyable experience, and their love for the resident birds adds a special touch. I’m already planning my next stay It would be really cool if the birds had their names up on their aviaries. I was lucky enough to be around when there were staff there in the aviaries to ask. Corey, Nat and Helene were so lovely and happy to tell me about the birds which I really appreciated and made my stay that extra bit special

First time staying at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village and absolutely loved it! It’s a really nice family resort park, it was awesome being able to swim in the heated pool during winter and we played pickle ball everyday. The cabins were so clean and great cookware for a holiday place! All the staff were friendly when we checked in and out, whenever we went to the shop or to hire the activity equipment. 10/10 would recommend 😊 thank you again for our wonderful stay!

Awesome clean and tidy park, lots of activities for the kids, 2 really nice pools, the 2 bedroom cabin was probably the cleanest holiday park cabin that we've ever stayed in, updated rooms and amenities. Quiet location only a short drive to anywhere you need to be on the Gold Coast. Thanks for the stay

This was an amazing place to stay. Central clean and family friendly. The grounds need some work and it would have been nice to have a towel change over half way through our 7 day stay and to have 1 washing powder in the room as we were there for a longer stay but over all very good

One of the best holiday villages we have stayed in. |Great children’s activities to start the day. Food vans that visited were amazing. |Cabin had everything we needed, loved the rail on deck to dry bathers. All staff were friendly. |Clean, tidy!! Great bird walk and great pool facilities.
