Ashmore Palms Holiday Village

Ashmore Palms is the best spot to spend your holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks and give everything about this resort a 10/10. Rose in reception is the sweetest lady you will ever come across. She made my sons holiday. He was so excited to see her and always asked "Where's Rose" The park is super clean and so are the rooms. The cleaning crew were exceptional and were always willing to go out of there way. The birds are absolutely beautiful and make this park such a personal experience. We loved all aspects of Ashmore Palms and I highly recommend everyone to experience it. We will be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Plus, there were so many activities for kids to enjoy, keeping them entertained throughout our visit. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a great getaway!

We have just left after a 10 day stay at Ashmore. What a perfect family holiday stay we had. We loved all the birds, staff were so friendly and helpful, everything was super clean, rooms had everything we needed, kids loved the pool and tennis courts, and it was pretty quiet in general. Only things we could fault is that the frying pan wasn't big enough for our family of 5, and the kids wish the birds names were on the cages (and bonus points for info and ages of the birds). Loved seeing the lizards around the place too. It's such a perfect location if you have a car. Theme parks and the beach is only a 15 minute drive away. Supermarkets are super handy. Close to Ashmore Outlets shops for great, easy shopping. Totally recommend this accommodation!

Ashmore Palms is a great spot to holiday, convenient location, beautiful facility with the pool and share areas. The staff are amazing as well, even fixing our noisy fans without us reporting it. The staff were so friendly and made it a great 12 day stay. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a great stay at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village. It's a great place to stay with young kids and we took full use of the pool, playgrounds and birds. The kids activities were an added bonus! It was close enough to the beach and activities like sea world. Also a bonus was it is in walking distance to supermarket, cafes and restaurants so accessing food was easy.

We stayed in a Macaws Mansion and it was great suited our family perfectly. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff we great to communicate with and easy to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again! Great price. Wish we could have spent more time there.

Beds need updating small cabins, hard beds, and bigger cabins to soft. I'd recommend a pillow top mattress mattress covering that doesn't do justice The majority of tourists are travelling through town and need rest

Friendly staff! Beautiful serenity! My kids loved the two pools! Very well maintained! They have a general store which is afforded for bits and pieces. Very highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back again!
