Had an amazing dinner at this Indian restaurant in Lombok! The flavors were authentic and delicious, but I would have loved a bit more spice to kick things up a notch. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving good Indian food. The Indian set menu is my favorite dishes so far.

I stayed for a month at the loft in ASHTARI, and I can only say it’s the most amazing place with the most amazing staff. The loft is spacious and comfortable, offering one of the best views in town and a great location. The yoga shala is surrounded by nature, and the teachers are incredibly talented — Almitra and Free classes are highly recommended across the island. The restaurant serves delicious food, and everyone is so kind. Terima Kasih guys 🙌

This place is unreal. Beautiful place set back in mountain overlooking Kuta, does wonderful guided yoga practices but more importantly, serves the best goat curry and butter chicken you’ll ever eat in your life. I would upload a photo of the food but I ate it too quickly. The staff are also lovely. Don’t be tempted to go to the Japanese place on the hill next door. It’s terrible, overpriced and the Food tastes of nothing. Go here instead.

We did the cooking class and ohhh my gosh the food we made was incredible! And what a view too. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere, the views, and the service at Ashtari are great. The food was fresh but lacked flavour, I was underwhelmed. The garlic cheese Naan was dry, even with the garlic and cheese, there was no flavour. I would suggest adding an extra coat of garlic enfused butter or olive oil to the bread once cooked and using a different type of cheese. One with a stronger taste. The butter chicken curry (although it was fresh) also lacked any flavour. It didn't taste like butter chicken. They also don't have any fruit chutneys available to add for extra taste. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back to the restaurant for food again.

Food super yummy; chicken butter curry and chakra salad. Stunning views and friendly staff. Best Mango juice in Kuta!

The view is really nice, but the food isn’t worth it. The summer rolls cost 75 000 rupiah, but the “6 pieces” are in reality 3 halved summer rolls, and quite small ones. The banana dosa sounded nice but it was very dry and hard to cut. Some drinks are tasty, like the pink banana lassi, but it also costs 50 000 rupiah… In the end, we paid the same, or even more here than we would have paid for a similar meal in Germany, but I don’t believe that the staff gets a German salary…

Nice location with a wonderful Atmosphäre. The people are friendly and relaxed. Everything is in an good shape. I had the samosas and a Cappuccino and was happy with both.
