If I could give it zero stars I would. My friend was in major GASTROINTESTINAL DISTRESS (vomiting, etc) after eating the sweet and sour chicken and veggie dumplings. I called them to get a refund on the food and the woman on the phone not only refused to refund the purchase but said “there is something wrong with your friend” because there couldn’t possibly be something wrong with their food. The DEAD BUG laying on top of the container should have been the first sign not to eat here. Highly unprofessional and apparently unsanitary. Do not eat here.

For a company located in an upscale town they should be a better at running a restaurant. Paying upwards of $5 dollars for delivery and taking more than 45 minutes to make and deliver is crazy. If you were a good company, you would make a courtesy call and say delivery driver is running late or orders are taking longer. Instead they make people wait and then they have to call in to figure out what’s going on. Do better, I’m done ordering from them.

This is a review for a pickup order, I haven't sat down to eat here in years but this place has gone really downhill. The prices charged for this quality of food is absurd. The drunken noodle was basically chow fun with a tangy sauce, and the steamed dumplings are tiny (quarter sized) dough balls with barely any meat. Paid by card, which has a credit card fee (no where does it say that and the cashier didn't tell me that either before I paid). Never again.

First off I just wanted to say I came out here from NYC and we decided to stop by this little spot and WOW their shrimp tempura main dish was so worth it. I would deff come back out here just to have this dish again. Their sauce paired perfectly with this dish. Very kind people, if you want authentic, this is the spot to go to. They have a good selection of foreign drinks to choose from as well!

Mostly do take out. Food is well seasoned, plentiful and reasonably priced. Always greeted with smile. Friendly.

This place is the best!! The chicken was very crispy and the sauce was tasty. You could easily tell that the sushi was fresh. I requested the drunken noodles to be extra spicy and they were the perfect amount of spice. I highly recommend Asia Hamachi!

Delivery took an hour and half to arrive , soups were ok. Rest of the food was not appetizing. Teriyaki chicken was strange and gross. Would not recommend.

They charged hidden price of 3.99 for delivery fee . For dinner size order, they gave you 6 piece of sliced beef with tons of peppers . Never go back . I wish someone else can take over their business.

The little things make a big difference. The avocado in the sushi was browned and mushy. The lines with the pad Thai was brown and dried out. Overall all of our dishes lacked flavor

I really wanted to like this place. I had been a few times and they're really nice. Unfortunately last night I stopped in and grabbed a soup and what I thought were Thai Wings for last night's dinner and today's lunch. Today I take the chicken out of the package and notice all these fine hairs coming out of the batter of these deep fried wings with no sauce... I picked at it to see the hair when lo and behold, the batter had FEATHERS in it! So grossed out and will never go back

On time delivery. Good prices and the food was great. Eat Chinese I have had in a while.

My local Asian food place. The food is pretty good, the lady that works there with her daughter are lovely, and it's always been a good experience, my go to take out spot.

So happy they are open! The restaurant is always clean. and safe and we feel very comfortable ordering here. They have very easy pick up you do not have to go in the restaurant and they have contact free delivery. The food is delicious. We've been eating here for a long time they have Chinese and Japanese options as well as Thai food and all of it is wonderful. My wife just made her food disappear and 30 seconds and gave me a big thumbs up :-). Huge thank you to the whole team here!

Surprised the reviews are so poor. My wife and I have been ordering from here for the last 2 years, and the food is consistently good. As far as Chinese delivery, it's the best in the area in my opinion. Pretty standard fare, so it's your typical chicken & broccoli, general tso, lo mein type of place. The occasional sushi we have tried has also been decent. If you're looking for a quick, relatively inexpensive option, you could do much worse.

They have everything I could ever want. And they deliver. I love the shrimp dumplings and the pad see yu. The mini Thai spring rolls are also delicious. I'm secretly hoping they read this review, realize the dedicated customer I am and up the number of sauce packs they give me when I ask for extra. Fingers crossed. Bottom line: I'm a huge Asian hamachi girl.

The food was absolutely horrible. Service is honestly better at McDonald's in a random town in Alabama. The food came over an hour and a half late and was cold and unenjoyable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTARAUNT.

Impressive very good tasting and expertly seasoned Asian dishes cooked to order with fresh ingredients. The staff is helpful and personable. There may be times that the food needs reheating before eating at home but that happens mostly in winter. Prices are reasonable. I am very happy to have such a truly good Asian restaurant so close to home.

AWFUL! Kicking myself for giving them another try. Waste of $50!! Tiny doughy dumpling Sesame chicken tasted like sweet and sour sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds How can you ruin chicken and broccoli??? They can! Pork fried rice - less than average & lacked flavor. Never ever again. Even if it was FREE!!

My Asian food go to! Ivy and the staff are warm, welcoming and cater to your needs! Off menu requests are welcome, especially if you get to know Ivy! The decor is what one might expect, and was recently updated, but it's fun. The food is outrageous! The sushi is of a HIGH calibre. It may not always be the fanciest in presentation, but the sushi chef knows how to deliver standards as well as create amazing, new flavor combinations. I love Thai food. And I live Asia Hamachi's Thai everything. The soups are crazy, and I've literally woken up in the middle of the night thinking about the lemon grass broths and curries. The Chinese food is fresh, rich is flavors, and generously portioned. Highly recommend!

The food is really great. However, the service is terrible. My family orders delivery from here often and although it says 45-60 min, it almost always takes 90min. Actually, we ordered tonight at 6pm and we are still waiting (it's 8:20pm right now). We've called multiple times and it sounds as if there is a 13year old on the other line who has no idea what's going on. Very disappointing. I hope at least they don't forget any of the food we ordered this time. If the food wasn't that great we probably would have stopped ordering from here a long time ago.

Was a loyal customer for years, but recent atrocious service has lost our business forever. Tonight I waited over an hour and a half for a delivery and when I called I was told it was "almost ready." Forget this place.

It's Asian take-out -- nothing special. However, they are very nice, usually on time and my family has ordered from them frequently since we moved here in 2007.

Food arrived ~2 hours after ordering and it was inedible. Drunken noodles were flavorless and mushy and the sushi was poor quality. Very disappointing - don't waste your money!

Got delivery - came within the estimated time. Especially liked our chicken fried rice, miso soup, boneless ribs and pork lo mein! Beef sticks could have been cooked a little longer or marinated more, but overall good experience.

Food is OK but delivery is abysmal. Food arrived 2.5 hours after I ordered it despite a 45 min estimate and countless follow up calls and failed promises. Swore I'd never order again but game them another shot recently. This time it arrived within a reasonable window but was missing a key part of the order so ultimately had to wait almost 2 hours before getting the complete meal. Bottom line is that you're rolling the dice with delivery; if you want to eat here go pick it up.

I'm not sure which Nobu the other reviewer was talking about, but this place was about as good as Panda Express (and that's not a good thing) but double the price. It was terrible. Mu shu was basically like stew. The sesame beef was mushy and was made with what tasted like sweet and sour sauce with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The steamed dumplings were tiny bite size portions with a nugget of meat inside so all you tasted was dough. Probably one of the worst Asian food experiences in the area based on this one visit. Unfortunately it is not worth trying them again. Very disappointing.
