Worst hotel experience ever. The staff was extremely inhospitable and rude. The building is pretty old and hence the rooms. There is no lift up to the lobby and so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs three levels. They asked for full amount for late checkout, whereas as a standard practice they are to charge half the price only. They did not even let us keep our luggage there for a few hours, which every other hotel did. Never stay here!

Room was clean and staff was helpful (not overt friendly but ok). Decent breakfast but WiFi only works downstairs. We stayed there one night but then found a much better option while walking around Tehran. The best value hotels are the ones that are not advertised on the Internet.

Hotel is run by the father and son who are nice and friendly, though a bit cool at first. ||||Location : Hotel is located just opposite of Mellat metro. It's good for travelers like me arrived Tehran at mid-night.||||Environment : Hotel is clean, bright and spacious. ||||People : When I returned Tehran from Shiraz, it's early morning. I went to Asia Hotel to store my luggage and expecting to collect it at 5 pm before heading to airport. The father, knowing that I had taken 10 hours over-night bus, served me breakfast and gave me a room for shower and short break. ||||Thankful for their kindness and made good impression in Iran.

It's very good location, metro station is just across. Hotel is very clean, staff very kind. Saeed is great host and his father as well, very good people. Price is very good for the quality that you will have, and you will find everything you need around. European toilet is also included. Laundry and breakfast are for free and also you will have fridge in your room with TV. Saeed will help you whatever you need and this guy will always give you a good advice for Tehran and for your stay in Iran, he simply knows everything. Definitely my recommendations.

At firdst we were quite happy with this hotel and the way we were good welcomed, as it was quite unexpensive (45 Eu for a family of 4) and central; But, as we were taking a night flight, we asked to keep the room till 9 pm, they first approvedbut they made us pay for an extra night when we checked out, without any romm for negotiations. Plus, we found 2 cokcroaches in the room. Quite disappointing at the end.

This hotel is really great. It is a budget hotel, but you will feel like a king here, with a staff so friendly and helpful. There is free wifi and also free drinks from the fridge in your room or from the lobby. Breakfast is standard Iranian and fresh. The location is also very good, right across the metro station and close to the Tehran Bazaar, Golestan Palace, Jewels museum and many more sights in the old town. During the day there is much loud traffic, but during sleeping hours there is only an occasional car passing by.

This hotel location at the front door of MetroLine2 Mellat station, the neighbors are shops for car accessories, car parts and etc. we stayed at this hotel during Nowruz(persian new year) so it's quite less noisy than usual. In room, we can hear the noise from the street. The room at the front is quite noisy from car sound, something knocking outside on the street at night. The corner on the Lt side of reception counter, is set to be place for having breakfast, which includes boiled egg/iranian breads/one apple and a cupof tea or coffee. The service of younger guy who is speaking very well is Ok, but older one is a bit so-so, not too helpful. If you can sleep with a bit late night noise of street , this hotel is OK. Moreover, toilet here is an old style for squatting, might be not comfortable.

It is the worst place in the Tehran to live. Dirty place with rude people. It is runned by a family which are extremely rude and they have very bad behavior. Rooms are very hot and air condition is not working properly. Showers are in a very bad condition.
