I purchased a bracelet from their store and later discovered that I had been significantly overcharged. As a tourist, I relied on the store’s transparency and expected fair pricing — especially at a duty-free location like Changi. Unfortunately, the invoice I received lacked a clear breakdown of the components (gold, diamonds, pearls), making it impossible to understand the actual value of what I paid for.
I feel misled and taken advantage of, especially as a visitor with limited options to return or resolve the issue in person.
It’s very disappointing when businesses prioritize profit over honesty and customer trust. I hope others can be more cautious and that this serves as a reminder for brands to uphold ethical standards — especially in tourist-facing locations.
