I bought jade and gold from big brands like SK jewellery as well as small ones from Fu Lo Sou building, but nothing come close to the satisfaction buying from here. I purchased a bracelet from their store and later discovered that I had been significantly overcharged. As a tourist, I relied on the store’s transparency and expected fair pricing — especially at a duty-free location like Changi. Unfortunately, the invoice I received lacked a clear breakdown of the components (gold, diamonds, pearls), making it impossible to understand the actual value of what I paid for. I feel misled and taken advantage of, especially as a visitor with limited options to return or resolve the issue in person. It’s very disappointing when businesses prioritize profit over honesty and customer trust. I hope others can be more cautious and that this serves as a reminder for brands to uphold ethical standards — especially in tourist-facing locations.

Located at Jewel Changi Airport level 1, this shop specialises in Chinese, Indian, Peranakan and International Jewellery. They've jewellery choices and designs that fit for any occasion. Staffs were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the pieces that they are selling. The shop's layout have every piece beautifully displayed, which made viewing easy. Overall a pleasant experience. If you're at Jewel, I highly recommend dropping by this place to take a look at what they have to offer.

Visited them and the staffs were very friendly and patient in explaining the difference in their products with in-depth knowledge on every individual piece.
