I want to provide an honest and transparent review of my experience at Asian Fusion. I was initially drawn to this place due to another reviewer's praise for the General Tso's chicken. After two visits and three meals, I must say that the General Tso's chicken was a 6/10 (not pictured), and my overall rating for Asian Fusion is a 3/10. It might have been even lower if it weren't for the surprisingly delightful sauce accompanying the beef and broccoli. Despite the commendable sauce, my experience left much to be desired.
To begin, the food was severely undercooked. The chicken wings had an overly soft exterior, the French fries were disappointingly soggy, and the rice was mushy and watery. This level of undercooking was unprecedented for me. I had to use an air fryer for an additional 3 minutes to ensure the chicken wings were properly cooked (as pictured). Furthermore, the staff's practice of keeping the door open led to an influx of flies, which, while not uncommon in Chinese restaurants, was noticeable.
Even after using the air fryer to salvage the undercooked items and mixing the beef and broccoli with the rice, the meal still only reached an average standard at best. Given the numerous dining options available in the neighborhood, I find it hard to recommend this restaurant.
