I absolutely love this place! I’m hooked on Korean barbecue, so I decided to stock up on everything I needed to recreate it at home, and this shop had it all. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. This was my second time I didn’t remember the name, but luckily I was able to find it. What really touched me was how it brought back memories of when I lived in Korea years ago. I was there for nine months during the Olympics (yes, that might be telling my age but I don’t mind!). This store is truly a one-stop shop. Whether you’re looking for skincare, electronics, clothes, they have everything you need. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves Korean culture or just wants quality products and a great experience.

Okay... I was in traffic and happened to be stopped in front of this market and never even stepped a foot inside, but Google is Never wrong so maybe I just forgot I shopped here... You're the best Google!! Seriously though, I used the combined star ratings of all reviews and took the average to make my score. Seems like this place is boo boo and only good for salt and pepper... 2 Stars!

Found items I couldn't find at any other Indian grocery stores! Good prices. Good service. So glad I accidentally walked past this place and decided to go in!

I don’t know how this place got an A and 4 stars.. their stuff is soo old and dusty. Their spices are over price.. 6 bucks for a small bag of curry powder!! Never coming back here!

I will never buy any fish from this store. They sell expired fish. I bought Hilsa fish and found it horrible, it is not Hilsa but may be some other fish with a horrible test. Such a bad experience.

Google
They are really sweet talker. Will sale you the crappy stuff saying its good. You know that people will find out when they bring it home and eat it. You should not be dishonest and provide incorrect information to your customers. Trying to sale should not be your only goal. But satisfy customers so they keep coming back.

Google
Perhaps the only option for Sub continental ingredients in that area, that's why it is popular. Otherwise how can one realistically like the place when there are hardly any parking options for that place. Correct me if I am wrong, but we can only park on street, right? The variety is okay for South Asian stuff (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi ingredients). I could not compare prices though. They haven't put down prices on any aisle, so it's very frustrating to ask them for prices for everything.

Yelp
Watch out what you buy here, i have seen rats running around and they sell non halal meat to Muslims oh and dont be surprised if you find imported food items more than one year past expiration date..and this shop has been running like this for ages... Shame on city of LA health department.I will still make sure to notify the concerned departments to remind them of their failure.

Yelp
I love, love, love this little market. Every possible goda masala, chana masala, chaat masala. 5 kinds of ghee. Meats, desserts, rice flour, everything you could possibly want or need to make wonderful Indian food. And a sublimely friendly owner, Nat, who will make recommendations and talk your ear off about humanism and history. A gem in Ktown!

Yelp
Best BANGLADESHi frozen imported fish you can buy in Los Angeles. Reasonable pricing and great service. Most importantly the place is very very clean compared to other similar ethnic grocery stores. Keep up the great work.

Yelp
I went here once before and had no idea what i was looking for beyond that I wanted to make Chicken Tika Masla, if that's what it's called, and Palek Panner, and get some rice.. let's be honest I have no clue about the culture but I love the food and I always wished I could know more about the dishes and meet someone that could help me learn the lifestyle. The guy that was working that day helped me find alot of the items i was looking for, but I didn't really know what I was looking for myself.

Yelp
I was looking specifically for Thai curry paste (apparently there just aren't any Thai stores in Ktown) but will definitely be coming back here to get ingredients for other food genres -- tons of fun stuff to try out and it's within walking distance of my work. Very good selection, so if you need stuff for Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani food this is a great spot.

Yelp
This is the Best groceries market you will find in the whole Los Angeles. This market carries everything for the Indian-Bangladeshi food (some of the best ethnic vegetables) , all the items might not be on the racks but if you ask you will find it. The Best place to get the freshest Indian/Bangladeshi fish and at very very reasonable prices (atleast a $1-$2 difference per pound from other places - thats a lot of savings). The owner Mr. Nath is a thorough gentleman - the ideal shopkeeper, ever willing to help you and would recommend only the freshest items to you. The only issue is a lack of parking & location of the store (corner of 3rd St.-Alexandria Ave; the map shown is a bit misleading). Beats other Indian ethnic grocery stores in LA.

Yelp
A man named Naath runs the store. Humble gentle and a really good nice man. Has very many varieties of fresh groceries and meat. I live far away, if not for LA traffic I would be a regular at his store. My favorite purchase is the coconuts

Yelp
Frankly speaking the above reviewers must be expressing their dream this grocery store to be ,i stopped by the pick up hair oil, i bought went home and found out that it is expired, i went back and told the cashier and look on the shelf to look for one there are about 15 bottles all are expired 7 month ago, i headed from friend too that they sold him expired food. Please check ur groceries and serve ur community, reviewers too be genuine.

Yelp
Beware of buying anything in this store. I went on to buy some spices in this store and found out that most of the spices and food items don't have any manufacturing date or expiry date and because of this, they sell the expired products to customers. I purchased few other products and got sick after using those. I advise you to never visit this place.

Yelp
Although it look like a hole in the wall and kinda dingy place from the outside, it has an amazing collection of everything needed in an Bengali/ Indian kitchen. The collection of Indian fishes and vegetables is awesome and fresh enough. It's neat and clean. The proprietor as well as the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist the customers. I will recommend it to everyone.

Yelp
This is the worst grocery store I had ever seen in United States. This guy sells Expired food items, some of the food packages does not have expire date. Some food packets contain pests... yaakkk.. FDA could only save us.
