Google
I moved here from Northern California and was looking for an Asian Market. This store is very clean and well stocked. Wish they had a site to where you can add to a cart. I wouldn't forget things.

Google
I loved the Asian mini mart I went there last week and I had an amazing experience. The owner is really helpful and willing to give a hand with anything. The samgok kimbap is amazing I recently went through a surgery and haven’t been able to eat my original diet but when I tell you this is easy on your stomach and easy snack for on the go.

Google
Great small shop with most all of the basics. If only they would have MaMa Green Curry I could give them 5 stars. It has most of the basics, but is not extensive. 4 stars is fair and if you go you will not be disappointed.

Google
Menifee's best kept secret. Prices are better than supermarket and they do carry lots of specialty items and fresh produce. The hoisin sauce they sell is not only 100% authentic, but comes in a plastic squeeze bottle, so those on lower-sodium diets can express smaller amounts than possible with a conventional wide-open-type bottle! Miso paste is excellent, hard to find anywhere else. I use it to make soup, even if a small amount to season steamed veggies. Individually wrapped sponge cakes are perfect for those on a nutritional program. Always fresh and just the right amount of snack; perfect with coffee. However, beware of the Filipino pretzels, which are delish, but each small pretzel has 100 calories! Produce is always very interesting, so be willing to try new things. Owners are good at answering questions. Bring your own bags to save on that extra expense. See my photos for some of my purchases and food I cooked with those purchases.

Google
This place is a wonderful little gem in a place starving for asian food. I miss my LA markets and asian food spots, and this little place makes this city bearable. Whatever you do, support this lovely little spot!

Google
As the name suggests, it was a really small store. There were a lot of products in a small space. I wanted fish.

Lisa V.

Google
So excited, they actually carry the ABC soy sauce I needed for sute’. I was driving to Temecula now I can just go local! Great little store carry a lot of items that i would normally need to drive out of town for. Great prices & friendly.

Google
Three stars, because I had a five star experience then a one star. Yesterday, my family went to the store together and brought a reusable bag to shop. This is a pretty common thing in California (we hate to waste). When we were picking items in the store, a clerk came up and pretty rudely told us we couldn’t use a personal bag. Fine, no problem. But I’ve never felt more like a criminal, and the owner checking us out was very curt as well. Just wanted to get out of there, very uncomfortable experience. I’ll just use Weee from now on.

Yelp
The best halo halo! Better than the ones I had in Manila. I think they add fruit juice so it's not too sweet & the ice ratio is perfect

Carla L.

Yelp
this store has so many options to choose from! service is so amazing and they even give out recommendations if u ask :) but my favorite thing about this place is their drinks! the halo halo is so good, i come here sometimes just for that as a weekly treat!

Yelp
This Asian mini market is mini, pretty small. & the prices are higher than other Asian markets in the IE, compared to Ranch 88 & Island PacifIc. It has your basic staples just pricier. One of the employees-possibly a manager or owner did not have good customer service skills. I heard him tell several customers that "they don't do that" when asked for help with certain orders like ice cream and boba. A customer was understandably upset when they were told they could not customize a boba order even if the customer paid extra. Another employee, a woman, possibly an owner came out to apologize for the male worker and offered the bobas free of charge. The businless could do better with customer service and by offering to up charge if someone wants extra boba. Unfortunately as it was my first time there, I would rather take the drive to Temecula for the Asian market. You can't have limited items, high prices and a mean employe.

Yelp
Their halo halo is the BEST! We are Filipinos and we are used to having evaporated milk in our halo halo so we were kinda taken aback when we saw how pale they were. BUT... we absolutely loved it!!! The ingredients were so yummy and our daughter who is not really a fan of halo halo said that she will only eat halo haloif it's from Asian Mini Mart! We have been back TWICE this week for the Halo Halo. Definitely going back again for all the goodies that have. Supporting small businesses as always.

Yelp
Always an awesome selection & very close to my home! They sell some produce which was a nice surprise.

Yelp
It's a little awkward because it's so tiny. They got ong choy and string beans that I can't find anywhere else. I also got a loaf of ube dessert bread. They were helpful because I wanted ong choy and they showed me where the bags are so I can get whatever much I want. Not much of an ambiance because it was so crowded. They do have stuff like I said the vegetables I don't see in other Asian markets. I will be back but I'm a little offended because as soon as my autistic teenager and I left they locked the door behind us and one lady trying to get in and the owner got keys to open the door for her. What are they thinking we're thieves trying to case the location. This is not cool.

Isabel G.

Yelp
The two ladies working here were so sweet and helpful. Very welcoming and patient with my questions and my kid running around. I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Always a fun trip with a great selection of accoutrements, I frequent this shop for my weekly needs. Of course, price point is higher than your larger Asian grocers, but this is your local small enterprise mart. Expansive buldak noods on the shelf for those who liken them, fun desserts in the cold section so be sure to check them out! Fresh veggies sold in-store but limited as they sell quickly throughout the day. The owner is always there with friendly customer service every time, and if you need something and don't see it, ask him :)

Yelp
As it's name's sake, it is a "MINI" mart. There are basic essentials, ie, vegetables or produce inside a fridge, and possibly a few frozen meat (may be processed or pre-packed) in a freezer. This is just like a quick pick-me-up convenience store when you realize you are missing some key ingredients to prepare your favorite Asian meal. Because of "convenience," prices are a tad higher than the niche supermarkets like "88 Ranch" or "Island Pacific." They do offer Boba drinks at the back of the store. Space is cramped ("tiny") so you may need to navigate carefully so as not to bump other customers or displayed merchandise. I forgot to photograph (with permission, of course) because we were in a hurry to grab our hot meal from a neighboring business. This Mini Mart do not offer fresh hot meals.

Yelp
It's a great and friendly place to get the Japanese groceries I need! I tend to cook versatile washoku-style meals for my family, so it has the essential sauces and ingredients that form the base of the cuisine -- some that are difficult to find! (My mother and grandmother were absolutely drooling.) I also stop by after gym sessions to order some of my favorite honeydew boba slushies. They're the perfect consistency and pick-me-up! It even saved me from collapsing the first time I visited on a 100+ degree day. The negative reviews mostly focus on the fish, even though they're in the frozen and dried sections. I think they're used to the large Filipino stores with a counter (which is a different focus from this shop). There was also this one reviewer who stood in front of me and other customers while taking pictures of the place, sometimes bumping into me and not buying anything. I think they posted bad reviews on other websites for money. So in my opinion, I would disregard it. I tend to be friendly with everyone, especially workers. So from my experience and observation, they're really nice people who care, and we remember each other's names on the third visit. As it goes for anywhere, striving to be a good person and opening up will attract more good people. Connecting with small shop owners in general is a plus, too, in my opinion, as it tends to make the air feel happier -- something that is difficult to find in larger stores. But that's just my mentality. The Asian Mini Mart fits a good niche in a local area devoid of Asian specialty food. I see myself frequently continuing to go here for as long as I live here. Otherwise, we have to consider the alternative -- not having this awesome convenient store.

Selene A.

Yelp
Had everything I needed, I would say for a good price as well. Also the workers were very kind I will definitely be coming back here!
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
Friendly folks & they had just what I needed & can't get in the local supermarkets. Small, but well stocked & clean.
google avatar

Gigi C.

Yelp
Glad to have this Asian market close to home. Always want to support Family owned & small businesses. The owner's & employees are friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect quick stop for Asian essentials! They may not have everything, but they have most things to get by for Asian dishes. They have Filipino, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese condiments/ingredients, so it's a wide selection. They also have a small selection of vegetables/roots (taro, ginger, Thai basil, etc). They also carry thin sliced beef (for hotpot), frozen dumplings, dimsum, lumpia, longanisa, and rice/egg noodles. Coming here is way better than driving 30 mins to Corona/Temecula for the bigger chain stores, especially if you're just missing a few ingredients. I took pictures of the shelves so I know what is and isn't included that I might need to stock up on at a bigger Asian chain. They don't have a meat/fish/deli station. Location is the size of a convenience store. But support local businesses! We need more Asian businesses in Menifee :)
google avatar

Keila N.

Yelp
This is a small market but I was able to pick up natto, ponzu, mabo tofu mix, Botan rice, and Kewpie.
google avatar

Amanda C.

Yelp
This place is so cute! I recently discovered it, and finally had a chance to go and try it out. They have such a cool variety of things, and they even make drinks in the back!!!! So friendly too!

Iris A.

Yelp
Overall service, from items in the store, cashier and staff interaction. Ambience is nice. Food items are there.
google avatar

Chantelle G.

Yelp
It is small packed store but it has the basic you need to cook asian food recipes. They have some veggies also like Thai basil and enoki mushrooms, bok choi and etc. Some frozen meats and fish. I always stop in if I'm missing something I can't get from a regular store like pho seasoning packs. The owner, I'm assuming, is always there and so friendly answers all questions. I am grateful for this store.

Amy Lou S.

Yelp
very overpriced and workers are very rude, i was excited to go here since its near but they were just staring us down the whole time

Denver C.

Yelp
Convenient place to shop in Menifee. Closed some days, check hours. Out of some products, sometimes. Prices are on the high side, but what market isn't these days.? Very small store but carries a pretty good inventory anyway. They have an app that will give you a discount for shopping there. I will continue to shop there, when I need asian food that is not available at other nearby stores.
google avatar

Maria T.

Yelp
Not enough goods but in a pinch you can buy some items you need. They are not open everyday so check their website for their schedule
google avatar

Shana B.

Yelp
This place is kinda pricey but what do you expect, everything here is imported from Asia and are conveniently ready for you to purchase right here in menifee, CA. I like that they also sell Culantro!! I can't even find that at the Asian supermarket in Temecula. Will continue to support this local business!

Haley B.

Yelp
I love this shop!!! Yes it is small but it doesn't matter they have everything you need stocked, organized and its so clean! They have lots of interesting new items to try and even fresh ingredients too.
google avatar

Martha M.

Yelp
Been meaning to write a review of this business. It's literally under a mile away from my home & although a small space, they have most of the ingredients you want for the popular dishes like ramen, chow mein, spices, snacks, drinks & some veggies to get you going and don't be afraid to ask them for what you're looking for or even quick instructions or advice, they are super helpful & friendly! I felt embarrassed asking but all the employees I've encountered there were more than happy to oblige & even ask if there was anything else I needed or ensure I got it right! Yep this little store makes up more just as the bigger stores you'll have to drive far too (Temecula/San Diego), I'll be back to get my noodle grub on & support a small family owned business.
google avatar

Giovanna D.

Yelp
Always cool and new food assortments to try from the boba teas are always so delicious and the service is always top tier 10/10 would recommend to anyone ,ambiance is very trendy and creative it feels very intimate.

Yelp
Everything I need to make Pho for the first time, plus more and good service. Compact but complete

Vivian C.

Yelp
Love it! Love Asian food and I usually would go to Temecula but it's so far, love that it's local it had so much stuff I look for. The owners are super friendly. I love getting yummy recipes from the owner when I shop there.

Sophia I.

Yelp
I love having a local Asian market. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Keep in mind it's a small neighborhood store so you're gonna find a lot of basics. If you're looking for something very special out of the ordinary, you may not find it there. But the store owners seems to be very accommodating if you ask for something. I will definitely keep shopping there and support small business.

Yelp
I went to this great little market looking for my favorite ramen that is usually hard to find. They had them in stock and had the best price on them. This market has a great variety.
google avatar

Jamie P.

Yelp
They have a good variety of foods/snacks. I thought it was cool that they have little bundles telling you what to buy so you can make a certain dish. This is the closest Asian market to me & I thought I'd check it out because I moved away from the one near me..I'll be back
google avatar

Patrick E.

Yelp
we just moved to menifee so me and my family were so happy to find a little asian market. its convenient because if you are in a rush or you dont feel like driving down to temecula this spot will do....of course the prices are a bit higher but that is ok because driving down to temecula you waste gas anyways...i gave 4 stars is because their are some stuff you cant find...but like i said good little spot and plus i like to support little mom and pop shops...workers are friendly once they start seeing you come in often....but if you are in area or you live in area i recommend this spot to get your asian ingredients.
google avatar

Meg C.

Yelp
This is the best market in town! They are always so kind and helpful. I come here for just basic things instead of stater brothers or o help support a small business. The products are great tasting and wonderful to cook with. Definitely a staple place.
google avatar

Thomas U.

Yelp
This is a great little shop. Wife and I stopped here to search for a few things, to our surprise they had just what we needed! We will be back!
google avatar

Maria N.

Yelp
What a cool store! I am so glad to have stopped by. I found what I needed and the service was great! We are lucky to have this in Menifee! Will have to try the drinks next time I stop by. Good variety of different Asian foods/ingredients.
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Really nice little shop, showed my shopping list to the young man working. He took the lead and shopped for this old guy. I'm recently retired and love tai food so I'm trying my hand at cooking it. Hard to find ingredients in the usual markets. He had them all and very fair prices in my opinion.
google avatar

Jesus R.

Yelp
If you want to find the worlds best Asian market this is the place they have amazing stuff. The snacks are delightful and the drinks are amazingly good. I would definitely come back I recommend it 10/10
google avatar

Courtney C.

Yelp
Great market for asian meal staples. The owner, Ronaldo and his wife are very nice and helpful people. We always have a great experience when we go.

Yelp
I'm beyond thrilled that I found this gem in Menifee!!!!! So use to going to convoy st or Mira Mesa down in San Diego. Plus I didn't have to drive down to Murrieta or Temecula. I can't remember the sweet women's name, but I believe it ended in Lyn :). She made me feel so comfortable to ask different questions. The have a little bit of everything! I'm praying they can expand and get bigger!!!! Woooohoooooooo So happy to find things I should have gotten in Hawaii, even in San Diego!

Sonia V.

Yelp
Kind of small, but I'm glad they're here in Menifee. Not the best halo halo I've had but it hits the spot when that is what you're craving.
google avatar

Kiana R.

Yelp
A hidden gem. This place is well organized and has all the goodies I want. The owners are extremely helpful and nice too. I really love how they have boba and halo halo for when I want some sweets as well. It's nice to have something out here that caters to my random Asian food craves at a reasonable price!
google avatar

Ja'Nelle S.

Yelp
I stopped by here because I needed Mung beans and couldn't find them at Stater bros. Amazon was charging $13 a bag and a friend of mine suggested an Asian market. Asian Mini Mart is a small market packed with lots of affordable, great finds!! I found Phó noodles, fish sauce, frozen lumpia, mug beans, coconut cream, and much more. Everything seemed to be authentic and not "Americanized". The woman working there was very friendly...she helped me find things and asked for my name. When having a personal shopping experience like this, it makes me feel a sense of community. I will definitely return!!
google avatar

Joe B.

Yelp
With new owners, this place has really improved. Prices are very reasonable now compared the high prices from the previous owners. Everything now looks neatly organized and easy to find.

Madilyn M.

Yelp
So happy Menifee has this little shop! Has all your essentials. Ran in last night for some bao and shrimp chips I was craving. The employees are all really sweet and helpful. Very clean and organized.
google avatar

Stephanie N.

Yelp
Nice mom and pop shop. Has everything someone would need for being a small shop. Instead of having to go all the way to temecula I can just stop in my backyard at this Asian market. Friendly staff and they even make halo halo!
google avatar

Brianna E.

Yelp
Love this little shop. I went in wanting to make pho for dinner and the man behind the counter was so helpful! Will be back soon for more yummy fresh food!

Christian T.

Yelp
I have recently decided to start learning how to cook my favorite Asian dishes. This store not only has all the necessary ingredients, but it also has a very knowledgeable owner. He is always quick to give me recommendations and tips. I love discovering new things every time I go in this store!
google avatar

Sheena B.

Yelp
It's small but it's super convenient especially if you live in Menifee. It has everything I need when it comes to my Asian items! I'm all for supporting small business!
google avatar

Mina K.

Yelp
I don't know why this place has many stars I wasted my time and gas coming down here this place has not only nothing to buy the prices are ridiculously high I have recently moved from Orange County and let's just say I'm surprised it hasn't closed the business yet
