Asiatique The Riverfront is one of my favorite spots to visit in Bangkok! It’s not just a shopping area — it’s also one of the main piers for dinner cruises, so it’s very convenient if you plan to enjoy a river cruise in the evening. The place itself is beautiful and aesthetic, with lots of charming corners perfect for taking photos, especially around sunset when the lights start to glow.
There are many souvenir shops selling cute and unique items at reasonable prices, much cheaper than in many other tourist areas. The food options are great too, from street snacks to proper restaurants, so you can easily spend hours walking around, shopping, and eating.
There’s also a ferris wheel, which looks beautiful at night, though the ticket price is quite high compared to other attractions. Still, it adds a nice touch to the riverside skyline.
One tip — when you’re waiting for a Grab or Bolt, don’t do it from the front entrance, as it’s usually very crowded and confusing for drivers. Instead, go to the north gate, where pickup is much easier and faster.
Overall, Asiatique is a must-visit spot for shopping, dining, and sightseeing by the river!
