"Retail by the River An extensive retail selection can be found at Asiatique The Riverside. There are over 1500 boutiques housed in this huge replica warehouse complex selling souvenirs, handicrafts, jewellery and clothing, mainly from local Thai designers. With around 40 food and beverage outlets as well as Thai puppets by Joe Louis Theatre and Calypso Cabaret, one of Bangkok’s celebrated ladyboy shows, it's a fantastic place to spend an evening."

Asiatique The Riverfront is one of my favorite spots to visit in Bangkok! It’s not just a shopping area — it’s also one of the main piers for dinner cruises, so it’s very convenient if you plan to enjoy a river cruise in the evening. The place itself is beautiful and aesthetic, with lots of charming corners perfect for taking photos, especially around sunset when the lights start to glow. There are many souvenir shops selling cute and unique items at reasonable prices, much cheaper than in many other tourist areas. The food options are great too, from street snacks to proper restaurants, so you can easily spend hours walking around, shopping, and eating. There’s also a ferris wheel, which looks beautiful at night, though the ticket price is quite high compared to other attractions. Still, it adds a nice touch to the riverside skyline. One tip — when you’re waiting for a Grab or Bolt, don’t do it from the front entrance, as it’s usually very crowded and confusing for drivers. Instead, go to the north gate, where pickup is much easier and faster. Overall, Asiatique is a must-visit spot for shopping, dining, and sightseeing by the river!

It is nice to take a complimentary ferry ride to Asiatique in the evening and enjoy the river view and wind breeze. There are shops and restaurants. I would not recommend riding the Ferris wheel because the admission is 600THB, which I find it a little bit absurd. If you want to enjoy the view from the sky, consider heading to ICONSIAM shopping mall where there is a viewing deck that you can enjoy the panoramic view of the city, and the best part is free admission. Besides that, the tourist-targeted shops and souvenir shops at the Asiatique are a bit overpriced. You can find much better deals at Chinatown and/or Chatuchak market. I still give this place 4 stars because I think it is nice go there in the evening and chill with some drinks. It is slightly away from crowd so you can enjoy more privacy and wind breeze.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Asiatique The Riverfront recently and really enjoyed the experience — it’s a must-see when in Bangkok! The riverside setting is beautiful, especially at night when the lights come on and the atmosphere feels so alive. Wandering along the promenade, browsing the boutique shops, and taking in the views of the Chao Phraya River all made for a memorable evening. If you go, I highly recommend visiting on a weekend and after dark — that’s when the place really comes alive with music, more open shops, street performances, and a livelier crowd. There’s more to see and do compared to daytime. What was especially great for me was the availability of halal food options. It’s reassuring to know that there are restaurants that cater to halal diets, so those looking for halal meals won’t have to worry. The variety is good too — from snacks to more full meals. Overall, Asiatique hits a sweet spot between relaxing riverside vibes, shopping, food, and entertainment. Definitely worth the trip if you’re in Bangkok!

I went to Asiatique by the free boat. It’s a perfect place to visit with family or friends. Compared to when I came five years ago, it feels much more refined and developed. The Jurassic Park attraction is especially impressive.

They have made a real effort to make this a more modern market but think it has lost some of the old charm. Plenty of food options and very nice overall but the retail part is lacking, rows of stall selling the same things with inflated prices. If you are going to make this a modern market time to do away with the over the top haggling and moved to proper fixed price.

The place has almost everything a tourist os looking for: fun, food and entertainment! We had our lunch at halal restaurant but it wasn’t to my taste! The souvenir shops offer many things that one may not be able to have time to buy at large shopping area. The ferris wheel is indeed a must ride! It looks so heavenly beautiful at the most top overlooking at the Menam Chao Phraya river and the city beyond. There are entertainment area such as the Jurassic world, the haunted house the boat etc. Family with children will definitely enjoy going to Asiatique!

Plenty of store to buy things and food to eat, I saw restaurants that offer halal food. We went there in the afternoon ( not recommended ) better to go here at night! They have a big wheel and I think it will be best to see the views at night! A little bit expensive to buy stuff, my sister asked me to buy here a soap it was just 30 baht in tofu store but bought it therw for 50 baht lol i made a mistake buying it. But over all it was abeautiful place to visit. They have Jurassic world.

It's better to come here at night because the ferris wheel lights up (600 baht per person). There are also many small shops here such as clothes, souvenirs, bags, you have to be able to bargain the price.
