I received exceptional customer service from Ahad today. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I tried on several different sizes and styles, and he remained patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days. A huge asset to the ASICS team!

Last week I went in looking for a pair for myself and my wife and Ahad helped me out. He was excellent explaining what the shoes have to offer and also a top bloke!!!. 100% recommend anyone looking for a pair ask for him.

Today Laura helped me. I went looking for some shoes for long walks. She gave me excellent service and explained the Asics technology to me. Together we looked for the best shoe for my specifications. Excellent service.

Had a good experience in the shop, bought myself a pair of ff blast in black. They look gorgeous and they're one of the comfiest shoes I've worn to date. I remember Aasics a while back being quite uncomfortable but these are the absolute bomb 💣. My feet get sore enough because of my height and I can already feel that these will help. When I put back on my adidas gazels , I was shocked at how rough they were on my feet. Thanks a mill again. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased the ASICS Gel-Kayano 31 for €200, expecting high quality and performance. Unfortunately, after just a few days of use, they began making a loud squeaking noise, especially on indoor surfaces like shopping centers and churches. This seems to be a manufacturer fault, as I've seen similar complaints in online reviews. Additionally, the customer service at the Connelly Street branch was disappointing, with staff refusing to provide management contact details. Given these issues, I would not recommend these shoes unless you're prepared for potential problems.

I had a really good experience in the shop today. I’m wearing Asics runners for the last 15 years and I never had any issues with them. They’re the best runners I’ve ever used. However, I bought a top range pair of runners a while ago which was hurting my right heel and since one of its features is that it takes up the shape of your feet I thought they might just needed some extra time to adjust. When I brought them back today the store assistant told me that it looks like that side just had a factory default and told me that I can change it for a new pair. He was really helpful and informative and helped me to pick the right pair in the right size. I was really happy as I got this pair for running the marathon and I really needed them to fit me perfectly. Amazing customer service! I would highly recommend shopping here the staff is very knowledgeable. Thanks again ✨👌☺️

I spent some time researching and I ended up at this Asics Store. I strongly recommend visiting this store if you are a bit lost or starting your running journey! Ask for Neville!!! he was very kind and patient. This store offers an option to check which kind of runners are best for you depending on your foot type, they have a treadmill to take the test and run for some minutes. Neville offered me to take this test and he guided me to get the right runners and socks :) some days later I took a 5K race and his recommendations were accurate!!
