My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing, as there were significant discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, particularly concerning hospitality.|Disappointing Vegan Options and Unresponsive Staff|Prior to our stay, we received written confirmation via WhatsApp and email that the hotel offered a variety of vegan breakfast options and that staff could assist with special preparations. However, upon arrival, this was completely contradicted. We were informed that only one vegan dish was available, and no additional preparations could be made. This was very frustrating, as we had planned our stay based on these assurances.|The staff's unresponsiveness was another major issue. We found it nearly impossible to reach the front desk by phone. On one occasion, I needed to contact them urgently and called for over 30 minutes with no answer. I had to walk to the reception in person, which is not what you expect in an emergency.|Room and Cleanliness Issues|The rooms were decent in size, but the amenities were problematic. The air conditioning was outdated and consistently ran too cold, making the room uncomfortable. The balcony was also unusable for most of our stay, as it was not covered and was wet from rain 90% of the time.|A recurring issue was the cleanliness of the cups provided in the room. I had to request fresh cups multiple times, but each replacement was also unclean and had an unpleasant smell.|Final Impression|Overall, my experience at this property was a series of letdowns. Given the lack of reliable service and the major issues with promised amenities and cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel. There is a clear need for improvement in their hospitality standards.
