The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The value and service for the bike rentals is the best I’ve experienced. A comprehensive assortment of well maintained (like new) bikes which included road / gravel / mountain / e-bikes. I rented an e-bike for half a day and it included the helmet, filled water bottle, and a cold beverage when I returned the bike. Highly recommended if you need a bike to explore town and beyond.

Only place it makes sense to rent in Aspen. Small format, great experts with great equipment and you can even have a beer or wine while they’re fitting you and getting your stuff ready. The few extra dollars are worth it, hands-down

Very cool and welcoming atmosphere, awesome & delicious cafe (love their lattes), with the best customer service ever! High quality designer clothes, fashionable layers, and performance ski & snowboard outfits! An excellent quick stop for goggles, gloves, beanies, sunglasses etc (the good stuff)!! My Aspen X - Aether leather boots were hand made in Italy! Their rental shop offers best in the industry skis, boots, and snowboards in a comfortable setting to be conveniently taken care of by experts! A one stop shop for getting you comfy and styling for around town and on Aspen Mountain! I appreciate their eco-conscious fashion options and streamline rental process! Thank you Aspen X for the awesome all inclusive experience! Let it snow!!

Great latte and friendly staff. The only thing is a guy who was working at the counter did not use any napkins or wear gloves - touching all the baked goods by bare hands. We were all grossed out. Not sanitary. Please change that.

The absolutely best place to rent gear. Super friendly staff both in this location and Snowmass. Free drinks with rentals. Pleasant ambiance with comfortable leather seating. Both locations right next to base lifts.

I recently rented skis from AspenX and it was the best rental experience I've ever had. The location in relation to the mountain is perfect, the staff are incredible and the ski selection is top notch! Highly recommended!
