Aspen Cross Country Center

Wanted to give 5 stars to my instructor Chris and the other staff at ACCC. Since moving to the area last summer, I wanted to find a winter sport to my liking, cross-country skiing looked like a great thing to do since I am in my 70s. I've taught high-speed driving for over 3 decades and know what makes a great instructor, Chris fulfilled this and more. I'd never skiied in my life and he got me on the right equipment, calmed any anxieties I felt and had my technique going in the right direction along with being friendly and supportive. Simply a 5 star experience all the way. I REALLY looking forward to returning next season for a second lesson and practicing my new-found sport.

Stopped by here to pick up some hiking gear and ended up speaking for a while to one of the technicians there who gave us a lot of great advice for winter hikes in the area. We followed his recommendations had a blast. Seems like really great and honest people here. Would definitely recommend for rentals, lessons and general guidance on how best to enjoy the area in the colder seasons.

We had a really great time learning cross-country skiing for the very 1st time. Really enjoyed it and can't wait to do it again. Thank you, Chris, for the excellent class and your attention, making it such an awesome experience for us. Great guy!!

We rented skis for 3 days and highly recommend renting from Aspen Cross Country Center. We had the flexibility to try skate ski and classic skis within our 3 day rental. Staff was very helpful!

This is one of the best Nordic Venues in the Rockies. The Ski shop is excellent and the trails are fantastic. No charge if you have your own gear. The Nordic complex extends across the road through two tunnels. Lots of fun people to meet and watch. The only down side is kerosene odor from the private jets taking off down the valley. People are very hospitable on the trails. Also a dog friendly trail on the perimeter.

Excellent instructor (Chris), gorgeous trails and scenery. This was our first experience cross country skiing and they made it awesome in every way. Highly recommend!
