Location of the caravan park is okay, it’s walking distance of the zoo but nothing else really. The family cabin is so cramped, walls are stained, scuffed, bedding was stained and the shower ceiling had black mold. Toilet had pee stains around the hinges, obviously not deep cleaned, just wiped over. Hot water tap in the bathroom sink didn’t work but worked in the shower but barely. The hot water was very touchy it’s either cold or too hot no in between. The vending machine in the kitchen has good options but why replenish new and completely different products in front of the old products? Like for example one day there was cookies in the vending machine and then the next day there was apricot bars in front of the cookies? I was so frustrated because I wanted those same cookies again.

Nice park. Great location. A little bit difficult to get the van onto our site was just large enough but as there was limited parking all the neighbours had there tow vehicles in the way. Requested a larger site when we booked and was told they keep the largest sites until a booking that needs it comes along. Although the park had few bookings when we booked when we arrived there was a smaller van occupying the sure e had requested. We have a van over 9.5 meters so not a small rig by any means. Would go back if we could book a better site

Good location. Rooms were a bit tired but clean. Pillows werent overly comfortable so best take your own. Close to Botanical gardens. I found it not your typical caravan park vibe where it felt super hospitable and inviting but did the trick for the 5 nights stayed. Be aware that if you take a big caravan in there as its pretty tight, not a huge amount of space. Plenty of cabins but felt like they needed a refurb. The pool was clean, not overly big but good to cool off. The nearby park you walk out of the caravan park and along the footpath. This was good for the kids to run around in. Would have been more convenient if there was a gate with direct access into the park. I couldnt see one.

Absolutely loved our stay at this camper site! It has all the facilities you could ask for—clean bathrooms, hot showers, a well-equipped kitchen, and even laundry. The location is perfect, just a short walk or drive to the city center, making it super convenient for exploring. And the best part? At night, you can spot possums up in the trees—such a cute and unexpected bonus! Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and nature-friendly stay close to the city.

Stayed in a 6-berth cabin — definitely not built for six people. Super cramped, nowhere to put your clothes, and the double bed is literally in the kitchen. Honestly, it should’ve been a sofa bed so you could at least have somewhere to sit during the day. Bedding had stains, walls had marks and grime — not a great first impression. Shower was the only real highlight: good pressure, decent showerhead. But the light switch for the shower is in the other room, so good luck using the bathroom at night without waking everyone. Only 4 beds were made even though we booked for 5. Blinds have gaps and no sheer ones either, so it’s either full light or zero privacy. One towel rack for six people, and only one car spot at the cabin. Wifi was fine. Bed was comfy at least. But overall? Pretty rough for the price.

We strongly recommend it to families, with kids and pets ❤️ Impeccably clean cabins, amenities and grounds. Staff are visible and responsive to guests' needs. Functional amenities like BBQs, clean laundry, and shaded caravan sites. Quiet, shady setting close to city attractions.

Good for city access, good cabins even if they are sort of dated. Shops on Payneham Road and there are e-bikes close by. A good size park to the right of the gate if you have your dog with you, bring your own pooh bags. Enjoy

Hired a cabin. Hmmmm. We arrived early and I asked could we leave the car in the visitors carpark. Response was just a look at the clock. No hi, no conversation. Nothing. Heater worked well IF you were sitting right under it. The refrigerator was made for dwarfs. Actually, would be useless for 4 people. The bed/mattress was awful. And no easy chairs/lounge to sit on. If you wanted to watch TV you had to sit on the bed or on the ridiculously hard kitchen chairs. One towel for a week. Really! Sorry you need yo do better.
