Aspen Holidays Adelaide Caravan Park | Inner City East

Could not fault anything about this place when we stayed. After our original hotel being like an oven thanks to the Aircon not working, we rang up at 4.55pm to see if the had a cabin for the next 2 nights. Even after almost being closed we were helped to make sure we would have a cabin the next day. Even had it ready early for us so we did not have to lug our stuff around all day. Price was also great considering just after xmas. Definitely recommend this little Caravan park to anyone.

While the cabin was quite compact, and perhaps a bit expensive for its size, there were a few other issues during our 3-night stay. We didn't receive any follow-up from staff to check on our experience or to offer fresh towels. The bathroom was notably small making it difficult to use, and we found the door lock was non-functional due to a missing strike plate. The bunk beds were not the greatest, with thin mattresses on what appeared to be homemade wooden frames. We experienced a-lot of discomfort, even after combining mattresses. Some of the linen was dirty and couldn’t be used. The music festival during our stay created significant noise from teen concertgoers. The park seemed to be at full capacity, with tents pitched in unusual spots, like between cabins and in parking spaces, and some cabins appeared to be over-occupied. The laundry facilities were also problematic, with many machines out of service. One machine left a brown residue on our clothes, requiring a second wash. We had to resort to using a laundromat 3 minutes away, due to the limited availability and a significant delay caused by unattended laundry by other guests. Overall, while we appreciate the park's location, we feel that some improvements in maintenance and guest services are required urgently. I would not recommend or stay again.

Stayed here in a cabin on our way through and was pleasantly surprised by the room. Reasonably new with comfortable beds. Room has a stove and a connection microwave with a decent fridge. Would definitely stay here again on the way through Adelaide!

The cabins are quite good and the girls in the reception are great! Ali helped me out heaps and gave me directions to places and helped me with any questions I had! Location to the city is so close and the facilities are great too! Just wish there were some more sites but overall, 10/10! Will be back! Thanks Ali, you were a massive help!

Our recent experience was priceless; this started from the time we arrived, and the site was too small which is an error with me, the site was fully allocated however Gary was amazing and moved us to another site and accommodated us for our three day stay.|The team was amazing, the park was clean, tidy and well serviced, the location was superb for all the events we had undertaken in Adelaide.

Was in cabin 409, Room overall condition was good, only complain was that the wood floor was dirty and not properly cleaned. Customer service was just fine, Bathroom was really nice for a cabin. Swimming pool was poor though.

Very clean and modern style 2 bedroom cabin in the perfect location of where we needed to be for our plans close to the city being from the country and having a large vehicle it was great to be in close proximity to the city so we didn’t have to find any parking and left our car safely in the park.Will definitely be making this our go to for our future stays. Thanks so much.

Good location but were abused by a rude n arrogant man in reception. We made arrangements with a nice lady the day before n were told to drive in our vans n then book in. The man told us they had procedure to adhere to and we were then treated very rudely by him. I tried to explain the arrangements we had made previously but he wouldn't listen. He gets to prize unfortunately as being the rudest n aggrogant person I've dealt with in 15 years of caravaning.
