Reception incredibly rude, lacking in hospitality. Teenagers being extremely loud, slamming amenities doors, yelling and running around the park very late at night. Don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep. The river next door stinks like poo. Camp kitchen dirty. One power point per powered site, other parks usually have at least two. Gravel camp sites, no grass. No clotheslines, rules about not hanging out own clotheslines, so they expect you to pay for the dryer. For the price per night, I'd expect better. They take your whole stay as a deposit so that you cannot leave and/or get a refund. Not a great first impression of Adelaide. I'll never come back here again.

Needed a last minute pet friendly cabin and they were so helpful and understanding! The cabin was clean, everything worked and it was perfect for us and our pets if we ever come back we will stay again for sure! Thanks again :)

We had a great stay and have no complaints. You cannot argue with the location, and the cabin we rented we loved and would have happily stayed long term! We brought my companion animal (cat - the website is dog focused, but he was accepted with no drama) along from Sydney on his first ever road trip and he settled in and enjoyed a stress free stay. We enjoyed great hot water and water pressure (after staying halfway to Adelaide in a traditional country hotel on the way over where we struggled to get wet, having a shower here i felt like i was being assaulted by comparison! :) ). We enjoyed the aircon and the pool during the heatwave we arrived to. We found NO issues, as some have flagged (maybe you get back what you present in attitude), with the management, who were very nice and accommodating to me and my companion animal, and other than confirming my pet and letting them know we were running late (common courtesy), i didnt deal with management in any way, as our key was left in the lockbox and everything was clean, and sorted for our stay. Again, no gripes here, the cabins are worth the money for a self contained stay and privacy. Thanks to the management and staff for a great stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positives : Beds comfortable, Location - GREAT! Negatives: Air-conditioning was barely working due to what looks like years of dust coated on the filter. Bed leg broken on one side. Toilet Roll holder brittle and broke off. Floors FILTHY although they'd be swept I think it's been months since they had been mopped properly! Need better lighting around the park returned to cabin in the dark one night (maybe sensor lights) Overall: staff were good and with a few updates the park could go from a 3/5* to a 4.75*

Buyer Beware: Booking Policy Issues We booked two caravan sites at this park on 12/9/24 for 16/1/25–20/1/25, paying $574.82. We canceled in writing on 16/9/24, 120 days in advance, but were denied a refund. When booking via iPhone, the Early Bird Special Rate terms—stating no cancellations—only appeared after payment. Despite multiple emails and calls highlighting this issue, the Property Manager did not acknowledge the system fault or exercise discretion. While we cannot comment on the park itself, customer service matters—and in this case, it was very frustrating and disappointing. We constantly felt during all of our discussions with the Manager that we were never heard. Recommend any bookings are made VIA Phone and all of the T&C's sent to you BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO A PLACE THERE

Staff were rude and not welcoming at all. Very short and cynical behaviour from them over the phone, I’m glad I didn’t deal with them in person. They don’t even sound happy or inviting. Expensive to stay in a cabin. I was staying for 3 nights from memory and I had to pay the entire amount before arriving. I don’t mind that however the way they came across was very strange and I was very patient and kind on the phone. I’m disappointed in my experience. I had my dog with me which was good I had a pet friendly cabin. The fee is an extra $50 for this but I think you should get that back once you’ve checked out with no damage. My dog does less damage than children. It gets one star for being in a convenient location and another for having very nice clean accommodation. Other than that, I don’t recommend it and I won’t be returning. I felt the need to take photos of my cabin before leaving in case they tried to charge me more, that’s how horrible they made me feel. I am a clean and quiet person with a well behaved dog.

Great place to set up camp close to the Adelaide CBD and zoo. About a 25min walk to Rundle Mall and 10 min walk to the zoo. It was a great spot to base our stay in Adelaide for new years.
