I bought several little Summer dresses from them : three are ok because they are dark and the cotton a bit more consistent , two are basically super flimsy and being white they can just about go as swimsuit cover, the last one is simply a mess: all over the place in shape and with a seam having a mind of its own. and about two sizes bigger than a small as indicated. All in all not great value and not amazing quality at all, actually pricey for what they are.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I bought two dresses from this company of which I both returned. I then find out that they have sold my personal data onto a data cooperative company which sends my data onto its members for marketing purposes. I started to receive scam calls and numerous catalogues were delivered to my home address from companies I had never heard of. The data cooperative company confirmed Aspiga Ltd had sold my personal data to them and that was the reason I was receiving these catalogues and phone calls. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you would like your personal details sold to companies you don’t even know!!!!!

Shopped here today. Amazing customer service from the young woman in the shop. Listened to what I was looking for and suggested a fab dress that really suited me. Real bargin too.

I paid £110 for a dress on 27th June using PayPal. I still haven't received an acknowledgement of my order from Aspiga, and they haven't replied to my email requesting information about the progress of my order. I wish I had never ordered from this company. I advise everyone to avoid it.

Terrible terrible service. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for a £110 dress stated as 2-4 days delivery. Nobody contacted me to advise there was an issue - instead I repeatedly had to email and received responses about warehouse arrivals and allocation to orders and timelines (which were always then delayed) but never confirmation of when the dress would be delivered to my house. Isn’t this basic for online retail? Do I really need to hear about their warehouse and allocation process? Why can’t they just give a (true) delivery date like all other online retailers? And let me know if there’s a delay without the follow up coming from me? How can Aspiga get it so wrong? I have now asked for a refund but I’m fully expecting another 5 week fight for this basis other reviews here and on trustpilot.

Order Number 566919 for Blue Emma Dress. Did not arrive and invoice marked Out of Stock despite the order being taken and paid for on line - dress not delivered with no apology and no explanation . This company should be avoided at all cost - taking orders and taking payment for goods knowing they are unable to deliver is called fraud .

The clothes look wonderful in the catalogue that I was sent. I bought the IKAT cotton trousers at 40quid. One waist fits all apparently, but the leg length was short. Was told by customer services that they do a longer leg length, however this was not obvious from catalogue description. Disappointed that there were no side pockets to them also. Fabric very thin and no care or instructions on the label. Over priced and short on quality in my opinion. Won't be ordering with Aspiga again. I won't even go in to the aggressive customer service I received when I refused to give my email address. The supervisor I spoke with was polite and did listen, I wouldn't shop with them again though!

Trying to speak to someone about my late order delivery have emailed, spoken to Liberty who assured me she would be back in touch yesterday… today left message still no answer. Customer Service needs to improve really frustrated loyal customers. Just a response please !!!!
