Used to have fabulous customer service. Not any more. A real shame as it’s a lovely store full of beautiful jewelry.

Purchased a lovely tote bag for my wife this past Christmas. There were a couple of initial hiccups with the order, but these were quickly rectified by their excellent online support team (especially Noemi). A wonderful experience all up.

Google
Absolutely outstanding service; we walked in looking for the perfect engagement watch and we bought this beautiful Rolex Oyster Perpetual we both still completely adore. Looking forward to coming back for an anniversary watch!

Great products especially their Purple Water home products. I was a little put off when we entered and asked where the Asprey Purple Water products were and they didn’t want to necessarily help because they we were waiting for someone to come in looking for a Rolex or and Asprey bag... eventually someone helped us and then let us know we can buy it in the New York Store, so that is what I’ll do... amazing products, great service, if you want to spend the money.

Absolutely fantastic experience! As a small child my family would speaking highly of Aspreys and today my wife and I stepped into the famous building. We were greeted with smiles from all staff and welcomed to a personal tour of all departments. Absolutely brilliant! We'll certainly be back to buy that extra special item. Thank you. David & Ola.

"Diamond are forever" - Well, I agree. If you are looking for something sparkling, you should visit this store. I found here great collections and luxurious gifts. Flawless service and special approach to each customer. Recommend it.

Google
A beautiful, iconic store and brand. You will not find anything like it in London and the last remaining store in Mayfair that actually makes it products above the shop floor! It's the shopping destination of royalty, celebrities and those that appreciate pure quality craftsmanship. The staff are welcoming to everyone and its a must see destination for anyone travelling to London.

Went on a little visit today, service was phenomenal, always smiles when you go, good ideas for gifts - anniversaries, parties, little treats, some would say it looks like a colourful peaceful la lique.

Yelp
I suppose I deserve to be super frustrated and angry, after all, I gave them another chance. I found a necklace that I really liked, spoke with a very helpful person at the Palm Springs store (who deserves 5 stars) to get the details, as the website was sparse, but then had to order it online through the London store. Not sure why. Ordered it--charged immediately. Then, I was hit with a $350 bill for customs & taxes. The online site satin there would be no duty or taxes (which was odd given there are CA stores). Of course, no one in London customer service is available due to "covid". Argh. I'm having the shipper return it and disputing the charges with my credit card company. Twice burned, and all.

Yelp
I dare to claim that this is probably one of the finest shop I have ever visited and that Asprey is as high end as any luxury label can ever be. This British label has made the jewelry for the royals and and aristocracy for the past hundred years but is now a days mostly know among our grandparents.. Anyway, just went there to see the place, knowing that I would have difficulties even breath there. But I did switch my sneakers to my leather shoes, just in case I could fool them. I know they didn't buy it. Oh well, the benefit of some luxury label flagship stores is that they are almost like official sight seen hot spots, so don't worry. But one fancy shop indeed, with what seemed very random selection with stuff. From the traditional jewelry to crocodile bags and books, maybe targeting for people who have problems figuring where to spend all their moneys..with very civilized and a la English atmosphere.

Yelp
Fairly nice selection of unique giftware but the most horrendous customer service for after sales assistance of any store I have ever encountered . I had an issue with one of their products and was shuffled around to various people which took months to get to the "correct department" which turned out to be not the "correct department". The whole process took so long that I had forgot what I had even wrote in about by the time I was contacted and therefore ignored the email as spam. There appears to be serious management issues with how Asprey is run and whose job it is to do a given task as I have never been shuffled around this much when dealing with a company. It reminds me of the old technical support phone lines computer companies used to have (and maybe still do) where no body knows anything and all they do is cycle you around to the next know nothing who invariably "accidentally" hangs up or doesn't answer ending the call and you finally give up and just throw out the computer out of frustration. Well this is where I stand right now. Rather then sitting around waiting for "the correct department" to contact me as I have been told yet again, I plan on throwing out the product three days from now as I have wasted enough time dealing with Asprey. Good heritage, some nice products, decent in-store service, EXTREMELY TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE and apparently horrendous management and company structure. It should not take months to get a response from any company and then months to get a response for your response to their response.
