Assaraya Palace Hotel

Located on a corner of the streets of Bethlehem, the hotel offers cozy stay, a safe park outside, and a relative close stay to the cities sights. The staff is very friendly, and provided us with every request we needed. The chef is amazing and the food was incredible with 24hours station of hot beverages. We were a group of researches so they provided is with the space, quiet and projector we needed. All in all very good stay. Recommended for family, friends and conferences.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Bethlehem. The room was very clean and spacious and I had a great view from the balcony on the city, mount Herodion and even the Jordan mountains. The staff was very friendly and helped me out when I needed to leave and get back to the airport. The even made a special breakfast on the last day since I needed to leave early.

Lovely people, excellent stay

This hotel is the most unclean hotel I have ever seen. From the moment we arrived we were mistreated by the hotel manager Nader. I asked Nader for a different room because the bed was as hard as a rock. We also made a reservation for 5 nights and upon arrival we saw the unhealthy conditions and asked to leave. We stayed 3 nights and it was the worst experience ever. There was food crumbs under the bed, the hot water kettle was corroded, and we couldn't take a shower because the water was cold and the shower floor was so unclean. I am very disappointed in this hotel and I would hope that they would at least consider making changes for the next guests.

I stayed at Assaraya for 2 nights to participate in the Palestine Marathon 2022. The room, sheets, toilet were well kept and clean. The rooms have nice decorations + lighting. The hotel is in a quiet area in a suburb of Bethlehem and it is right next to amazing art on the wall of segregation which is nice for photography ;) Overall: Great experience and highly recommended.

We booked through Booking.com, when we arrived they acted like we "cancelled" our room, it was obviously a scam, we showed them the confirmation we had, then they began to negotiate with us regarding the price, we had to discuss with them for 40 minutes about the prices! The rooms were not as described and the water was freezing.
