Assemblage - Maison Alta Vista

Wow, just wow. The Assemblage is perfect. We have been to Casa Vigil, Angélica Cocina Maestra, Centauro, etc., but this place exceeds all expectations and was by far the best experience we had in Mendoza. Everything is perfect: from the beautiful atmosphere to the delicious and well-presented food to the impeccable service from Anahí, Gonzalo, and Marcia. Although they only opened in 2023 and are quite new, they are already ramping up impressively. We had the 7-course menu with wine pairing. Definitely a must-visit when in Mendoza.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful. The food was great and the staff catered for a vegan and vegetarian so well. We were so grateful. Really patient and huge attention to detail. Amazing tour of winery offered complementary. View was spectacular. Expensive but it was high end and I would recommend really highly.

Absolutely the best meal we had in Mendoza and one of the best ever and better than some Michelin star meals we‘ve had including in Mendoza. A 5 course lunch with wine pairing was just outstanding. The taste, the presentation, the wines, the atmosphere and the most attentive service. This place should be a Michelin star.

We dined in many fine restaurants in and around Mendoza and Buenos Aires over a two week period and the experience here was superb in every way. Better than the Michelin star restaurants we tried. In my opinion this is st least a two Star Michelin restaurant. We were greeted at the door and treated like we were the most important guests. Our server was simply perfect in every respect. And the food and wine pairings were spectacular.

We had a fantastic lunch here! We were greeted by Lucille who gave us a wonderful introduction and made us feel so welcome. The wine and food was beyond comparison. One of the best steaks I have ever had but also each course and each pairing was perfect. Our sommelier Catalina was excellent as well as Diana our waitress - both gave such wonderful descriptions of everything and were very hospitable. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone!

Great ambience, excellent service from Lucille, Anna & Joaquin & unbelievable food and wine. The 5 courses and accompanying wines were first class!

Stupendeous location, amazing food, even better wines and a quality ensemble of winery workers. Would recommend 10/10.
