Only writing this review with the hope management can see it. Been a loyal customer for years but faced the most surly, impersonal and rude service today. Brought a return in a day over the 7 day policy due to my partner being weeks away from giving birth, and things being very hectic at home. Explained this. Then had to beg. Was faced with a grumpy ‘we’re doing this as a favour but it’s the last time’ attitude (an actual quote), no eye contact, and just a total lack of empathy. Years of custom didn’t matter, just a firm message I was very lucky to receive a store credit. And I should apparently never try this again. Manager - have a word with your team. Unbelievable.

Love this store! Always has great items and the staff is just amazing. A young man named Charlie helped me… he was so helpful and charming! Will be back soon!

Such a good selection of clothing. Really fun jewelry! I have a balaclava from here that I wear everyday. I always make sure to pop in when I’m near.

If I had one billion dollars I’d spend $999,999,996 here, and the other $4 would be on a redbull. Very cool store, unique selection of clothes, the ambiance is great.

Super cool boutique with an airy, welcoming vibe and a standout selection of unique, high-quality clothing. The space feels thoughtfully curated, and the atmosphere is relaxed but stylish. There were three male-presenting staff members on the floor when I visited—all super friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. One star off for the fitting room situation—there was no way to fully close the curtain, and the 5-inch gap made me feel a little exposed while trying things on. I could see out, which made me wonder who might be seeing in. That said, it wasn’t enough to ruin the experience. I still went back to buy the pieces I had my eye on and left happy. Overall, great shop—I’d just love a little more privacy next time.
