Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm, welcoming, and truly luxurious. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived until checkout, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel that I have stayed. We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Umrah. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome and our room was upgrade to a suite. I love the attention to details in the room set up and use of space. There is also a guest bathroom and sofa sleeper in the main living area. The master bathroom has a big soaking tub which I used several times. The hotel is very well located with several options for shopping and dining within a short distance. I look forward to staying at this property again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! My room was beautiful, and they even upgraded it for me. I had an important exam during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond. they kindly arranged breakfast in my room and even made sure to wake me up on time. I truly appreciated the luxury and attention to detail in every corner. I’ll definitely be staying here again!🩷💕

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5 years, but my recent stay was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and the overall service has declined drastically after the management changes. The hotel’s standards have dropped to an unacceptable level — definitely not what you’d expect from a so-called “luxury collection.” I strongly recommend staying at Edition Jeddah instead — far superior in every way and with similar prices.
