We were expecting so much. Unfortunately our rooms were not nice at all. Clean but no view and very old. The bathrooms were ok but the rest was not what we expected. No really blanket in the bed. Very loud since the window got right to the air conditioning outside. No way to open the window. We expected more from the pictures. The beach is nice but crowded. Don’t go to the restaurant. It’s really bad :( Disappointed! Would have been nice to know which rooms we book. The price was high, so we expected good rooms.

The location and valet team were the only redeeming parts of this stay. Everything else was a letdown from the moment we arrived.||Customer service was terrible. They insisted on collecting passport numbers from everyone in our group—including the kids—just to activate Wi-Fi, which never worked. At 11:30 PM, when we were hoping to wind down, I had to go back to the front desk, only to find they had entered everything incorrectly.||In the middle of July, our room’s air conditioning didn’t work. When we informed the staff, the response was essentially “too bad, someone can fix it in the morning”—even though we were checking out the next day. No offer of a fan, no apology. The room was unbearably hot and humid. We couldn’t sleep until around 4 AM, and when I asked for a late checkout, they flat-out refused.||To make things worse, the beds were rock hard and the power went out in the middle of the night.||Breakfast was forgettable at best.||When checking out, I asked for my car and was told valet would be notified. Twenty minutes later, I went outside and found out they had never called for it.||If you don’t speak Turkish, good luck. I’m Turkish-American, so I could navigate the situation, but if I weren’t, I’d have been completely stuck.||Truly a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I will not be returning—and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere.

The location and valet team were the only highlights of our stay. Beyond that, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Customer service was abysmal. Upon check-in, they insisted on collecting passport numbers from everyone in our party—including the kids—just to activate Wi-Fi, which ended up not working anyway. At 11:30 PM, instead of relaxing and getting online, I had to go back downstairs only to find that they had input all the information incorrectly. Apparently, I had only included two of the kids in the second round we booked they insisted we pay extra for the third one/ $130+ which was absolutely ridiculous when I saw other people have many people in smaller rooms; normal for Turkiye. Being a turkish American put me at a disadvantage. Even worse, in the middle of July, our air conditioning didn’t work. When we informed the front desk, the only response was, “We can have someone fix it in the morning.” We were checking out the next day. The room was unbearably hot and humid—sleeping was nearly impossible. I requested a late checkout since we couldn’t fall asleep until 4 AM, and they simply said no. No solutions, no apologies, not even a fan offered. The beds were hard as a rock as well. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Finally, when I checked out, I asked for my car. The front desk said they’d notify valet, but 20 minutes later the valet informed me no one had called for it. If you don’t speak Turkish, communication will be a major issue. Fortunately, I am Turkish-American, but if I weren’t, it would’ve been even more of a nightmare. Overall, a deeply disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolute garbage of a hotel. The town is great, but the hotel in no way has any idea how to operate. From an incompetent valet to a front desk who essentially shook us down for additional payments to a non working A/C that they had no way to fix; I was sweating in my room with zero recourse. Garbage garbage garbage. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Enjoy the spacious rustic atmosphere of the lounge area as it stops at the stairs (no lift). Our room was small and had an extra bed so movement was restricted. There were no glasses, cups, kettle, tea, coffee or conditioner and the internet was variable. We used the small balcony stool as a bedside table. No chairs,|At dinner the main course was tepid. At breakfast there was no juice, yoghurt, milk or bread rolls. First use of the antique coffee machine blew a fuse resulting in darkness.|Stay if you must.

Stayed here several times and love it. It is a fantastic place right on water in the middle of a historic place. Food has been decent. Service has always been fine. Rooms are a bit small but have lots of character. The lobby and the food area indoors are charming. Outdoor restaurant is right on water. Pool might be good for kids but useless for me considering the sea is fantastic; clear, swimming with fishes (just grab some bread and dive in) but on the cold side for most people.

The location is right in the center of Assos, provides a private pier for recreation and swimming. The restaurant serves food and drinks directly to the pier. The sea itself is great, welcoming and peaceful, also perfect for snorkeling. The personnel is friendly and their service is just right, not intrusive yet always present when you need them. The parking in Assos is challenging, however you can simply leave your car at the valet point. It will be parked to a dusty parking lot on the hill, a few minutes away. The hotel’s restaurant is a bit unorganized, cold drinks are fine but food is subpar. However there are many great restaurants in the small neighborhood. Overall, I got what I was hoping to get. A clean, well kept, friendly place right next to the beautiful sea of Assos.

Google
Really a location you are aiming for and our single night visit did not provide insights into why this might be the case except for a pretty sea view. The room was adequate without excess space and staff seemed only moderately interested in the clientele.

Yelp
Very cute, almost cottage feel to this hotel. It's a drive to get out here as it's isolated and there's really nothing much out here besides the sea and the mountains. The rooms are smallerish but it's perfect as I wasn't there to hang out in the room all day long. And the bathroom was a bit cramped too. The food here was better than most other hotels I was at in Turkey (I stayed at about 7 different hotels in Turkey) and it had a really nice view of the sea. Very quiet and serene. Explore the docks and the people here are very nice and helpful. The free wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms though. Most likely due to the stone walls and construction of this place so it basically only works in the lobby. Oh, and the electricity went out about 3 times for about 3-10 secs the one night I stayed here but I didn't mind it at all. Very quaint. I think that's a good description of the location. Beautiful surroundings. From the natural space to the homes and buildings that hugged the cliff sides. I would not mind going back here at all.
