Went with my dog. The hotel is pet and kid friendly, calm, one with nature. If you want to visit somewhere be it Athenas Temple or somewhere like that it takes maximum of 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Food and coffee is amazing. Staff is remarkable, kind, caring and cheerful. And I believe it is a big plus that the hotel is covered in art pieces like sculptures and paintings. 10/10 would visit again.

This is an awesome boutique hotel in Assos, Behramkale. It's apparently built into 3 antique stone houses. The rooms all seem a little different from each other as they had to fit into the existing structure. The amenities are basic but totally adequate. There are multiple common areas throughout the hotel, some closed for rainy or too hot days, and some open, like the backyard. The backyard overlooks the valley below and has many sitting areas with unique sitting arrangements. There are many sculptures, mostly metal, as well as many art pieces adorning the walls in all common spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, this is an excellent little hotel in Assos. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

After arriving from a long drive from Istanbul we found we were the only guests for two nights. The lady who worked there was lovely and ran the restaurant herself, cooking an evening feast and a massive traditional breakfast. The kitchen produced lovely food. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and well facilitated. We loved the art and unique curiosities that littered this hidden beauty.||It's only a short drive down the hill from this little village of Behram to Assos, the fishing village full of character, fresh fish and relaxing restaurants.||A short walk to the top of the village leads you to the beautiful Ancient Greek ruins of the Temple of Athena, worth the time to walk around and take in the history and view. A hotel like you've never seen before, it's many lounge rooms, dining rooms, restaurant and even bar! is a gem in both winter and holiday seasons. I'm recommending it to my family and friends. 👌🏼

If you want to go to a calm, unique, one of a kind place, this is it. You can get lost in your mind and your stories here at the top of mountains.||The hotel is like a hidden treasure in a little corner of Assos center. Even the locals are not aware of the hotel being there. ||The hotel has a unique ambiance as a result of its architecture owner. Every corner has another sculpture with another story embedded into it.||The breakfast- amazing. From cheese platter to brownies, they did not miss anything out. Everything you need is on your table.||The rooms are built into stone, they are cool with the AC and they are simple and elegant. ||There is free wifi.||Staff is so helpful, more than helpful even.||||All in all, Assos is a nice place to spend a few days, and this hotel is the place to stay during that short time. ||Enjoy!

I LOVED this hotel. It's on the edge of the village with a lovely view over a valley. Very relaxed and quiet, with a nice breakfast and a lovely terrace for breakfast, drinks, dinner, or just reading a book.||||There's lots of art scattered around: sculptures, quirky little touches, and hidden public rooms. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and are a short walk from the village center. If, like me, you don't drive, the dolmus (public bus/van/transport) passes the hotel on the way to Kadirga beach, about 15 minutes away.||||I will definitely go back!

This hotel is as unique as you’ll find anywhere. The place is a virtual work of art and each new nook and cranny reveals a new surprise. A distinctive stay in an ancient town, it’s not perfect but it’s perfectly interesting. ||||The good: free parking outside the hotel on a first come basis otherwise it’s a walk down the street. The guest rooms are modern, tasteful, conspicuously clean and adequately equipped including a safe. The bathroom is stylish, well-appointed and the plumbing all worked as expected. Our room (#14) had a splendid outlook NE towards the playground of the gods – Mt. Ida. The included wifi worked OK on all our devices. One of the staff has passable English otherwise it’s nodding and smiling but they’re all friendly. It’s a non-smoking hotel which is rare, and welcome, in Turkey. Breakfast is a superior Turkish table d'hôte affair served on a balcony overlooking valley or at one of the numerous dining alcoves arrayed around the hotel. || ||The not so good: OK, so you’ve got to find the place first. Once you do that and get past the really interesting design features the guest rooms are a little small, same with the bathroom. There’s no TV but they’ve warned you about that already. There’s not much space to sit and play with your laptop/PDA/whatever but then you’re spoiled for choice on that count elsewhere around the hotel where you’re more likely to be entranced by the funky design and décor than the online content. The avant-garde bathroom lighting works for the basics but offers no help to those who need to shave or make up. Luggage space is limited – so travel light. || ||We would come back.

I'm guessing that you've never experienced anything quite like the Assosyal Otel. I know that we never had. ||You'll wind your way uphill through the village of Behramkale, feeling like you've gone back 100 years in a time machine. The front of the hotel is quite unassuming. At first glance it's just as modest as the surrounding houses of the village. But as you get out of your car, you'll notice a funkiness to the hotel's sign, and as you wind you way down the path you begin to see various sculptures and artistic touches on the buildings that tell you that you're not in Kansas anymore. ||The 'hotel' is not a single building but is instead a small campus/complex of little buildings grouped together. Sometimes it's hard to know if you're inside or outside, because everywhere you turn there's a new place to sit or something new to see and experience. The attention to detail was really appreciated and put a smile on our faces, as both my wife and I are in the design/art-related fields. ||Our room was very modern, comfortable, and clean. It opened up onto a back patio that extended across the back of the property and provided a spectacular view of the valley below. The bed was good, bathroom clean and usable. Water pressure was good, but the hot water was just okay, for some reason. WiFi was free, but it's strength was a little sporadic depending upon where you are on the room or on the property. ||Elsewhere there are many other rooms to explore at Assosyal. There are several sitting rooms, a TV room, and a dining room where we had a superb dinner cooked by the proprietor (who is a lovely, friendly woman who always had a big smile and was available to help in any way.) The breakfast was also excellent. ||Overall it was a very memorable stay at the Assosyal. We recommend it highly.

I spent four days with my wife in this relaxing hotel. It was a pleasant surprise Immersed in absolute silence, we appreciated the kindness and discretion of the staff, as well as admired the works of the architect who have further improved the structure. In addition, we enjoyed the breakfast based exclusively on homemade products, while enjoying the fantastic view of the valley in front. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a few days in absolute rest.
