Aston Ketapang City Hotel

Foods are not fresh, they serve isn’t warm condition, omlete smell like rotten eggs. Also fruits so wet..

The bed was big and comfortable. There is a hot water shower and air con. Tea and coffee is provided in the room and there are water machines in the corridor to use. There is WiFi in the room but it is unstable. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

Bad services ever in Aston Hotel chain. Hotel blackout more than 2 hours without any forgiveness to the customer. They just said, it's due to PLN supply trouble however others PLN customer nearby the Hotel are normal. It seems Emergency Diesel Generator is undersize compared to the normal power required.

Location Is Good, But for Aston brand standard,room need improvement into newer design and better looking conditions. But breakfast is quite ok. Room AC in my room also not very cold

Aston Ketapang is the best hotel I have stayed during annual audit of Post Office around Kalimantan. I am an internal auditor of PT Pos Indonesia. I will recommend my fellow auditor to stay at Aston hotel in the next audit

Hygiene and cleanliness |1. Water spills in restaurant's toilet floor;|2. Cigarette buds in restaurant's toilet floor;|3. Yellow reddish water from bidet, faucet and shower;|4. When i opened up my room window, there were at least 10 to 12 cigarette buds;|5. Room service didn't pick up dishes from in-room restaurant until 3 pm;||Breakfast|1. Condiments seemed to be leftover from yesterday breakfast, as they are not fresh;|2. Fruits were not fresh or properly stored in cold storage, just chilled over cold water bottles;|3. No staff assisting guests, just 1 staff cooked the omelette;||I've been visiting this hotel back in 2014 for the samw business travel and they showed excellent service, hygiene and food. As a premium hotel in town, Aston fails me this time.

I stayed 3 nights in Aston Ketapang Hotel. I wish It would be longer! Great service, very friendly Staff. All the Team members are very skilled and dedicated doing their Job perfect. I like very much the Entertaintment not crowded like other Pub in town so I can enjoy beer and DJ performance||||The Food was excellent, Breakfast was great. The hotel was very neat and tidy. Luckily I was able to watch World cup 2018 Soccer as special Channel was made available. Really appreciated!|||| Many thanks.
