Wahhhhh Aston Makassar Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The facilities were also quite complete, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Makassar. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Salam from NTT

Spent 4 nights here. The beds were comfy and the Losari views from the pool are wonderful, though the 7:00 PM pool closing is a bit early. Service was a highlight, especially one staff member at buffet check-in who was incredibly thoughtful and kind: (wishing us good health) but he wasn't there on Sunday. The buffet menu (like the Sop Saudara) repeated in 2 days. Our room shower gel wasn't fixed (either empty or broken) despite leaving a note for the next day house keeping; and the connecting room lacked soundproofing, making it easy to hear neighbors. A decent stay overall, but with room for improvement

Great hotel, good location. nice breakfast managed by a lovely friendly team.Liked the gym and pool. Unfortunately no towels at the gym and I didn't receive a towel after asking for it.

Really 3.5 stars but will rate 4 Star. Positive: The rooms are nice & clean. The gym is good. The location is central. Reception staff is kind. Negative: The breakfast is nothing special. They say it’s finished at 10am but by 9am almost all the food is already finished, they won’t refill anymore food and are already cleaning up the entire dining area. Seems they want you out already even one hour before closing. The housekeeping staff cleans well but starting early at 7am they are slamming doors, moving furniture, and talking so loud in the hallways you will wake from your sleep. The AC is basically non-adjustable. It only cools from 23-25 degrees celcius.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The food was delicious, varied, and well presented. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you for this wonderful experience. My suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast menu or offer more regional specialties to make the culinary experience at this hotel even more interesting. In addition, I hope that the friendly and professional service will continue to be maintained.

It is one of the most popular hotels in makassar, with a beautiful view. Not only that, but the facilities are also very modern as well as one of the hotels supporting go green is closely associated with the concept of tourism. Facilities like "sky pool" upstairs so guests can swim in the view of the city and have a jacuzzi and a sauna, and also a gym with a beautiful view. Five-star service: kindly staff and a delicious food. The best option in makassar for a vacation or a business that wants to relax with a top-notch view!

The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options and the location’s great, easy to get around the city. Only small downside is the room could be a bit more soundproof, but overall it was a great stay. Would happily come back!
