We had a wonderful stay at Aston Maui Hill. Our third floor condo had beautiful|Views of the grounds and the ocean. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. The pool was quite large with restrooms and plenty of seating. Desk staff were awesome. We loved it here and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. I would highly recommend Aaron Maui Hill.

The price was ridiculously less than other resorts. However the room/condo I stayed in was amazing. I literally had to double check that the price for my 4-day stay wasn't the price per night. The condo was huge with vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen. There were multiple large balconies, the main balcony having a 4 person dining table and 2 reclining sunbathing chairs. The staff was over the top nice and prompt with bringing us: the crib we requested, a gift we were not expecting, and a phone call to make sure we were settling in okay (which I have never had before at a hotel). Seriously, the value here was incredible and I can't believe we got such a nice place with a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms and full kitchen for the price. The downsides: The main bathroom had a slotted door so that everyone could hear and smell you poop. I have no idea how anyone thought that was a good idea. The only other thing was the cable, be ready to be transported back to 2005 with the TV and cable. But you didnt come to Maui to watch TV. The resort amenities were nice, lots of stuff to do and nice pool. They had a free Mau-tai hour for people to drink for free on a certain day. However, I would have really appreciated some sort of convinience store to buy snacks in the lobby other than the vending machine. Overall, wonderful experience and we will be back.

We had a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom suite, with a full kitchen, living room and dining room. Every suite has a washer and dryer. There were several large Lanais with lounge seating, and a table for four, with a view. ||||This is a wonderful location to start tours of Maui.||||This was a return stay for us, so there were no surprises and we enjoyed ourselves.||||This location is recommended for active individuals. This is called Maui Hill for a reason. Walking from the hotel to the beach or Kihei involves a long stairway or a long ramped road, which must be climbed or traversed when you return to the hotel. Mobility impaired individuals would need assistive devices. The multibedroom suites are on the third floor of the buildings, with no elevators, so you must be prepared to bring up your luggage.||||Being prepared for this layout, we encountered no difficulties, and enjoyed the amenities.

This place has had the same manager since the place opened in the 80s and he takes care of Maui Hill very well. Pool is clean and heated. Hot tub is also nice and clean. Landscaping is beautiful. See the lady in the office (Donya) for activities as you get better pricing through her than online and she can direct you to the right activities. The staff does a very good job keeping rooms clean. This place has amazing porches for relaxing. Two for each room. You can sun yourself on one and be shaded on the other. The kitchens are nice for cooking as eating out in Hawaii gets expensive. Maui Hill is within walking distance to the beach and is close to shops and restaurants and a highway to take you to activities. They have a par ty at the pool every Thursday with free drinks and a food truck.

I stayed at the Aston Maui Hill Resort for 10 days. The price for the Aston was substantially lower and the location was still convenient. The staff was always so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend.

If you're searching for the perfect getaway for families and couples, look no further than Maui Hill! Since our first visit in 2013, we've returned over ten times. Each trip feels like home, thanks to the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special—from the friendly check-in to the customer experience.||While we've stayed at other properties, such as the Outrigger Palms, Mana Kai Resort (across the street), and Airbnbs, we don't recommend them because nothing compares to the experience at Maui Hill. There are also no hidden fees, like resort and parking, which you must consider when choosing properties.||Each unit has its character and vibe, with well-stocked kitchens and a spacious primary bedroom that opens onto the lanai—perfect for sipping your morning coffee while soaking in the stunning views. The generously sized accommodations often come with beach chairs, and the peaceful lanai invites you to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Get the 10% discount at Foodland upon check-in! The beach is just a short walk away, and the property has a relaxing swimming pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard. ||We love how Dennis Costa, the General Manager, makes us feel like family, and the entire staff genuinely cares about our experience. They have a weekly manager mai tai party, which is welcoming and fun.||Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and Kamaole Beach Parks, Maui Hill is also an excellent choice for remote workers. It offers spacious rooms and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi.||This hidden gem is Maui's best-kept secret, and we can't wait for our next adventure at the end of this month! Discover your happy place at Maui Hill!

Was able to stay at Maui Hill the last week of January using an RCI exchange. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful front desk staffer and check in was a breeze. My one bedroom unit was very large, comfortable, extremely clean, and well-stocked with everything that we needed, even two beach chairs and an umbrella. The resort was very peaceful and well kept, loved the pool area. We met several people staying there that were weekly timeshare owners. All were very happy, friendly, and helpful - a real community feel. And the Monday mai tai night was a very nice touch. Al in all - a very enjoyable stay and we’re looking forward to a return trip !!!

This was the third time we stayed here and we are making plans for the 4th time. The facilities are starting to show their age but its still a great place to stay. The price is a little high but the location can't be beat. A short 2000 ft walk from the property and you are on Kam 3 beach.||The staff is friendly property very nice.

Yelp
Our stay at Maui Hills condominium was absolutely wonderful. We never felt as welcomed, by any staff members, anywhere else on the island, as we have at Maui Hill (and we have been coming to Maui since 1996.). Walking through the door and seeing a huge basket, full of fresh fruit, including : pineapple, papaya, kiwi, apples, pears, grapes, oranges, and bananas, was a most surprising and impressive start to our visit. Every staff member from the office to the maids to the maintenance crew was warm and friendly. Kudos to Mr. Costa for managing such a well run establishment. Everyone we met while staying there were enjoying themselves as much as we were and we made many friends while staying there. We plan to go back to Maui Hill again next year. Every Monday they have a Mai Tai party at 4 pm was great. Really good Mai Tais, snacks, food truck, and every room gets a ticket for prize drawings. Nice prizes for whale watching cruise or sunset cruise and smaller prizes too.

Yelp
We always stay here when we come to Maui for vacation. The units can use some sprucing up. The living room and dining room furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. It gives me the feeling of being dusty. Their appliances and cookware are also outdated. They did seem to upgrade their ac units, they're not on the wall anymore, but more on the ceiling part which is good because otherwise you ended up freezing while laying in bed. Their Wednesday happy hour at the pool is pretty fun. Everyone at the front desk is really nice. I did have them try to charge me for a missing safe key, which I hadn't gotten one to begin with. Turns out that they found it filed under someone else's room.

Yelp
You won't find a better deal for the reasonable rates! We needed a three bedroom place for our winter trip, and this checked all the boxes. We loved the kitchenette, storage, eating and lounging areas, and the closet with items for the beach. It was really roomy and much bigger than what you are likely to find elsewhere on Maui. Perhaps the biggest selling point was the washer and dryer, since the four of us were able to knock out our laundry several times during our week and a half stay. The partial ocean view was really lovely, and it was easy to walk to the main road from the stairs to get to the beach and local businesses. It was easy to get to plenty of stores by foot, and we really enjoyed finding places for breakfast on our morning walks. The furnishings aren't luxurious, but everything was in good working order. There was plenty of parking for each section, so we had no difficulty finding a space right by our unit no matter when we were returning from excursions. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There were a few things that were a bit disruptive, but none of them were the hotel's fault. Most of our stay was quiet. However, during the last two days someone checked in to the unit beneath us with what I could only assume was a herd of elephants learning parkour. (The next morning, I saw the two children looking out from the balcony screaming at 6 AM. The mother looked at me and shrugged saying, "It's their first time in Hawaii." And...???!) The walls were literally shaking all the way to the third level as they ran around, so don't assume an upper-level room will result in more quiet. My mom was also not really excited about her "rooster alarm clock," but a noise machine app on my phone was enough for me to sleep. Despite our best efforts to keep everything clean and empty the trash regularly, the kitchen was overrun by ghost ants. However, you'll get ants and bugs pretty much everywhere in Hawaii, since they also thrive with the warm weather. The employees were all wonderful. We really appreciated the information they provided throughout our stay. We even received a lovely fruit basket to enjoy during the trip. Overall, we were happy with our stay here. I would definitely come back if I was looking for a place for a group and needed multiple rooms.

Yelp
Trip dates: 10/1/24-10/8/24 So I would love to give this place a review. Upon our arrival the staff was awesome. Our room wasn't ready but we got there early and they were so nice that they said they'd call us once our room wasn't ready. We wanted to get food anyways. The staff was wonderful and pleasant and very attentive of all our needs tent even had a nice concierge there we spoke with some days later about some activities. We also joined their meet and greet they have which they serve Mai Thais. The layout of the property was very clean and awesome. Easy access to the rooms. The rooms were furnished with everything you needed especially in the kitchen. The rooms were very clean and the showers were awesome. We definitely love spending time on the balcony having breakfast or late nights watching the sunset. If you plan on booking this resort or if you are looking on some insight of recent past experiences, I will tell you you will have an awesome time. I highly recommend this to anyone thinking of going and I do plan on returning again.

Yelp
Ambiance: clean, up to date, lots and lots of trees. Xe Staff: very rude, not personable, not willing to answer most questions. There was a mixup with our condo rental, it was on their part, and their management acknowledge but because someone else was already using it, they couldn't allow us to use what we rented. They did not want to upgrade us so we took what they have which was more than 1k less than what we paid. They were not willing to refund us the difference. It's been a few months since this incident, I waited for them to make a right. As of today they never made it right. I am writing this review because based on how they handled my situation there's a lot of integrity issues I have with this establishment. I won't be doing business with them ever again.

Yelp
We had a fabulous time we picked this place not knowing how wonderful it was going to be. It was a two bedroom suite overlooking the ocean. The pool was fabulous. The owner of the property is on site and takes care of everything We got to meet him talk with him it is wonderfully well kept property And I absolutely 100% recommend choosing to stay here ... it is a timeshare property, but you can rent it per night, and it actually is reasonably rated

Yelp
My unit 136 was outdated and dirty, not much beach amenties. Had a few large cockroaches, loud and old buzzing refrigerator, clanking mini washer dryer combo unit, terrible tv systems. Old leaky loud ac units, dirty carpet. My sisters unit at 127 was the complete opposite, completely updated unit new french door refrigerator and new stove, hard flooring, clean showers, full sized laundry, beach chairs etc etc etc list goes on. We had 2 different room experiences. Property is clean and lots of pool seating. F few minutes drive to downtown for drinks and dinner. If you like walking this can be a good location to walk to town, about 30 minutes, but next time i think ill stay in a location a little closer to town.

Yelp
I cannot not speak ill of my experience because it was quickly rectified. I had an issue with my room. Unfortunately it was late at night when I got to hotel room so the manager was not there. Night staff was eager to help and switched my rooms. When I did leave I spoke to the manager Dennis (huge raiders fan). He was more than willing to help. I appreciate his help and I would more than definitely be back again.

Yelp
The front desk people are amazing. Many rooms have great views. The rooms are all clean and spacious. LOVE the lanais. Great for coffee in the am and mai tais in the evening. We went to the beach for sunsets but they would have been fine from here. Better from the beach. The three beaches are just down the street as well as lots of happy hour places. They have a mai tai night and we were surprised that the event was really fun. The cocktails were good and the music was great. I love north Maui but if I lived here, I would probably live in Kihei. The community here is fabulous! Tip: Foodland has amazing poke. I ate it every day. Garlic and spicy.... I want more poke.

Yelp
what's not to like here. A wonderful resort operated by wondefful ppl. Dennis Costas and Nacy Benson made it happen for us. A month in paradise for us. So relaxing in a beautiful areas and reasonably priced. They are ver accommodating. My husband is handicapped in a w/c. Maui Hill provided ramps so he was safe and a shower chair. There are safety bars in the bathroom too. We rented a ramp for our Hertz truck to put his motorized Gogo Pride in from Gammies n they delivered it. Our Alaskan Air flight was great too. He could drive hiss Gogo to the plane. They have a small w/c in the isle to transpory him. All very helpful. The pool at Maui Hill is very nuce, a get acquainted party on Monday eve across the road n private up on a bluff with ocean views.. TS too or rent. A putting green, tennis n shuffleboard, towels for pool, handy person to help with reservations. An established place with beautiful grounds, AC nit too far from airport n away fom crowds. Love it here. Thank you Dennis n Nancy from the bottom of our hearts. The big fruit basket was nice too. Great Aloha hospitality. Home away feom home. I will always stay here with my family. Large rooms, 2 br, 2 bath with full kitchen n outside BBQ. Plenty of parking n crew tlo help. just a super place TV in every room. just great, thx again. (sorry i cant correct errs)

Yelp
A nice property if visiting for a short .period of time. Clean, affordable, and friendly staff. Parking was close to the room and quiet. Our only concern was the town was busy, and we didnt get a chance to try the popular restaurants in the area...the restaurants wouldn't even answer the phone to take a take out order. We ended up eating at a local Izakaya which was very good, but we wanted to eat seafood. We actually saw one of the restaurants and the line was long and the place was packed.

Yelp
First off, I'm impressed by the extra mile the Aston resorts go to take care of their guests. So, on Oct 2 there was a significant brush fire- closing off Honoapiilani Hwy right as we landed at the Kahului airport. At almost every point (gate, rental agency, Costco) we were told that we had no chance of getting to Lahaina. And where did we make reservations? At the Aston Papakea in Lahaina! So, we called the Aston Papakea resort to see whether they could transfer our reservations, to a sister resort-for one night or as long as needed due to the circumstances. We were told to come to the Aston Maui Hill as they had available Condos and it would be free-of-charge as we had reservations for another Aston resort. We were one of the lucky ones as our trip wasn't hugely affected by the brush fire and my little ones were in bed by 9pm. The next day, I found out that many tourists were not as lucky as we were and some were stuck on the highway till past midnight. We understand that things happen that can affect everyone's plans: locals and tourist. And no resort or hotel is obliged to save their guests' visits as they and their employees are affected just as much. But I am very impressed by the Aston resorts and their efforts to house stranded guests. The condo we stayed at was comfortable with all the needed facilities. Also, I love how the condos have a washer and dryer combo. You definitely need it when in Hawaii. Aston Maui Hill, mahalo nui loa!

Yelp
Aston Maui Hill is amazing! Dennis and his staff went above and beyond, especially after our party ran into a bit of an issue. Their assistance was priceless! The condos are located right off the main road in Kihei but not too close that you can hear the traffic. Only four units to a building so you don't feel packed in. Each one (we rented three separate units) was clean, well stock kitchen, comfortable for a family to spread out and had a good size lanai to enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept with a swimming pool, tennis courts and community BBQs. Can not recommend this place enough!

Yelp
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, the Aston Maui Hill. It was our first time to be in Maui. We loved the place just as soon as we entered the facility. The grounds are immaculate!!! The rooms are large and spacious. They have everything you need. The queen bed was firm but comfortable. Our room was very nice and clean. It is located just on the outskirts of Wailea. It's located in Kihei but just by a few blocks. Across the street is a beautiful beach that we just loved to go to and walk. Very close to the Kihei restaurants. Within walking distance. There is a Safeway not to far away from the hotel, if you need some groceries. We found it to be the perfect location for us.

Yelp
We loved the space and the location. It was perfect!!! The staff and service was disappointing. The house keepers came in for their mid-week cleaning. It's not clear what they do except emptying waste baskets. They made the bed but didn't change the sheets and they folded damp used bath towels. This issue I had is what they did to my pajamas that were left on the bed (see photo). They threw them across the room and left them dangling from a nightstand lamp. That and the infestation of ants and cock roaches (see photo) is what earned it three stars. When we checked out, the woman at the counter pulled out our ticket, looked at it, then looked up at us and simply said, you're good and went about her business. Not a, hey how was your stay or a, glad you came, we'll see you next time. Not even a thank you...NOTHING!
google avatar

M S.

Yelp
Musty smelling lobby, slow service and overpriced. Long line to check in. No exchanges on towels. The AC is capped and attached to a timer so can't even get the rooms comfortable. $1000/night for a dump from the 80s? Too bad there are not many other options on Maui.
google avatar

Yelp
I like the floor plans and the set up but the place has cockroaches! eek!! They definitely need to have trash cans in each unit with a lid as I had encountered two cockroaches in my 2 bedroom plan. One was huge and made me not hang out in the living room anymore and one was in the master bathroom shower, which made me stop using that too.. Other than that, it was peaceful and was in a decent location. However I will def not stay here again.... Coffee was also not incl as you will have to go to the lobby for it and the hot tub was quite small so we were unable to use it during our stay. The only plus is that you get a free box of choc covered macadamia upon arrival. thanks.

Yelp
This place was amazing! We spent five nights here and the facility had everything we needed. From a fully stocked kitchen, to pool towels that we were able to use at the beach, along with a beach umbrella, chair and boogie board. The staff was wonderful and the views of the ocean was great. There was plenty to do with our five kids on the property (tennis, corn hole, putting green, shuffle board, the pool and walks) Thank you again Aston Hill Maui. I'm looking forward to returning!

Yelp
I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. I traveled with my sons soccer team and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the first floor. In our room there were 4 adults and two tweens that comfortably slept in the room. It had two bathrooms with one bathtub and a shower in the other. Our room had a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and several BBQ stations are available through the area. Unlike most Oahu hotels I was happy that Aston Maui Hill DOES NOT charge for parking, offers free WiFi and does not have a resort fee. I was able to visit 3 different rooms during our stay, each room had different decorations and offered something different. The rooms had an island style, bamboo rattan themed going on. In the room that I stayed in it had a decent library. It had an array of books, including children books and current magazines about Maui. On my last night I found several board games located in the drawer underneath the living room TV. In our bedroom closet my husband found a boogie board, beach umbrella, and sand toys. I would suggest on your first day that you thoroughly check your room from top to bottom for unexpected perks. At most hotel condominiums that I stayed at they usually don't provide daily room service, Aston Hill does. All the staff that I encountered was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. However, the security is quite strict during the day at the pool. They had warned our group of lowering our voices. I would suggest if you plan to stay here during the day not to be placed by the pool. Aston Maui Hill has a swimming pool, tennis court, and putting area. I attended the complimentary island orientation. They provided a free breakfast that consisted of pastries and fruits. It's worth attending the concierge gave great tips on where to dine, what to see, and offered great deals to different activities across the island. The location is great. It's walking distance from several shops and eateries. It's a 5-10 minute drive to Foodland (Local Supermarket). It's walking distance to the beach. There is also a bird sanctuary nearby. Overall, when we return to Maui we will plan to stay at Maui Aston Hill again.

Yelp
We were happy one year ago when were notified that our condo / timeshare exchange found a match at the Maui Lea at Maui Hill, an Aston property. The fee for the exchange was more than we wanted to pay, but this was a chance for a two BR upgrade, and Hawaii is always an upgrade so we are dinged twice. One year goes by and it is now nearing our stay. The airfare was exorbitant. Our extended family could not afford it. So the missus and I will be by ourselves. The missus just had knee and back pain management surgeries done so we wanted to make sure our exchange put us in a lower floor unit with no stairs to climb. I was asked to call back and connect with a Ms Nancy B. None of the front desk people are allowed to make any business type decisions other than to check you in, pool towels and check out. Nancy B promised to get us a front unit, void of stairs, it is the best she can do and the unit 45 will be perfect for us. Bah humbug. At the end of the week we actually saw her and I introduced our plight. She actually said I should have stressed our needs and she might have done better. No comments ... as the missus tugged and led me out the door... When we arrived we had to lug our luggage at midnight 16 steps up to the front door from a parking spot that was two buildings away and we had to walk around the buildings to get to ours. That was not pleasant, nor was grocery shopping the next morning and having to lug bags of groceries up the stairs. Could not get any help in a change of units. Upon checkout we were billed an additional resort fee of about $11/day. We decided to grin and bear it now that the heavy stuff is done...just checkout would be another problem, but that is at end of the week. The unit is otherwise fine, the A C and fans kept us cool. It is nice to have a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms too. The kitchen was acceptable but the handle of the refrigerator failed an attempt by maintenance using superglue. We reported this but have not seen any action while we were there. Midweek we had a change of towels and a quick mop of the floor. You use a real key to get into your unit rather than a card key. That really is old school. The walk to the pool was difficult at best. We are at the bottom of the hill. The pool is wonderful, and the owners meet and greet on Monday night was MaiTai terrific. We also made it thru two hurricanes which had no impact on Maui, but the first storm Madeleine made the big island a horrible mess. The concierge lady helped with tour arrangements and of course has her own ways of justifying the tours. Other wise, our weeks stay at Maui Hill went by quickly. If given the chance to trade here again, I probably would. But, Google a property map for this site before I agree and save some unjust misunderstandings.

Yelp
It was a great hotel - lovely room, lovely view, kitchenette, etc. However, we stayed here during the fires in Maui (2023) and were closely watching evacuation maps. We got a notification saying Kihei was under evacuation, so I called the front desk and was told we were (after having to ask 5 times). We left the NICEST restaurant to rush back to our rooms and pack. However, after speaking to the front desk again I was told that we were NOT under evacuation, that they didn't speak to anyone, etc. Very upset that we had to cut our dinner short, a nice couple even paid for our bill because we were in such a rush.

Yelp
This was mine and my husbands third time enjoying the beautiful island of Maui and our third stay at Maui Hill. As the other two times we were greeted with friendly smiles from all the staff and the manager (Dennis). They bent over backwards to ensure our stay was excellent. For the first 6 days all we did was eat breakfast and sleep as we were our exploring the island but by day 7 we just. Needed a down day. Despite the ground crews doing maintenance we were able to kick back and fully relax and barely even knew they were there. The location is excellent. It's just less than a 5 minute walk to kamaole 111 and another minute to kamaole 11. List of restaurants just across from the beach and both beaches offer great snorkeling and sandy beaches. If you want a bit of a quieter beach. Makena state park is only a 10 minute drive away (my personal favorite) not great for snorkeling but great for body surfing. Boogie boarding etc. Kudos to management, housekeeping and everyone else at Maui hill. I've never stayed at a more welcoming condo! Mahalo!

Yelp
These condos are wonderful. The front staff at the office was awesome and very accommodating. The condo was clean and fully stocked with the essentials. I was so impressed with the amount of attention that was given in these condos. Me and my girlfriend had a great time and had all the accessories that we needed for our vacation. The deck in the front and the back of the condo are also very nice and relaxing. We did go by the pool and that was very clean and was a fun vibe. You're close to just about everything you need. Cross the street is beautiful beaches. Down the road is amazing restaurants. And you're about 25 minutes away from the airport.

Yelp
This place was way nice than I thought it would be. Our space was much bigger than I thought, big diving room, big living room and big patio. Very clean, and they provide pots and pans and utensils and a ton of glassware. They even had tennis balls, sunscreen, coolers and beach chairs for us to use! The AC works well and they have a washer and drier in unit. Had a lot of fun playing tennis and shuffle board. Would love to come back.

Yelp
I was very disappointed with our stay at this facility. Our reservations were made well in advance of our stay and the reservation was a partial vacation rental trade from a much nicer facility. We Requested a second floor room with ocean view. We got a first floor room with views of the maintenance facilities and walls. There was minimal kitchen tools and resources. No coffee, cream, sugar, spices or aluminum foil or other food wrapping containers. Laundry equipment is in the room but no laundry soap. A small box of Tide (one load) could be purchased from the office. To use the kitchen a complete shopping effort was required before settling in. The entertainment devices were older than most other facilities. No smart TV and no TV guide was provided. Finding anything to watch was a time consuming effort and frankly not worth the time. Adding to all of these problems was the lack of noise quieting insulation. Our upstairs neighbor was large in stature and noisy. Every step could be heard and felt with lots of furniture moving activities. The occupants were up every morning at 3am flushing toilets, vacuuming and making noise to the point that I never got a full nights sleep. A long and hilly walk to the pool and beach, required a major effort to enjoy the facilities and main reason to visit the islands. (Our room was located in the last and highest building at the top of the hill near the employees units). The pool was taken over by unsupervised children who were taking significant risks with their safety and everyone else close to them. Not relaxing. The hot tub was not well cared for and full of kids under the age of 18 which was a violation of the rules. Only a hand-full of Pool chairs had cushions and we were not allowed to move the cushions to other chairs. One pool towel was provided per person per stay (we were there a week). Once the towels were wet they stayed wet. This was a big problem which required daily use of the laundry facility. The lodging facility was NOT within walking distance to restaurants or shopping. A car was required to go anywhere. The management was not concerned with our experience and complaints but tried to calm us with a small box of Candy. Customer service was not in their vocabulary. I do not recommend this facility if you want pleasant staff, relaxing stay and being taken care of commensurate with the cost.

Yelp
We have loved almost everything . We are staying in 128 . The upstairs shower was alittle aggravating be cause the shower was facing straight up the wall . Couldn't wash all your body parts very well . ;) But was very clean and nice . When we come back would request the same room if possible . If anything changes I will up date .

Yelp
We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo here for a week in April. Our condo was immaculate and the staff were courteous and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was definitely a bonus! We had a gorgeous ocean view from our balcony and two of the bedrooms. Dennis Costa, the general manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. We'll definitely be returning!

Yelp
What an absolutely fantastic place. We stayed here in January for the first time. We were a little nervous about the place since it was a little farther away from area we wanted (2 miles from kamaole park 1, this is near Kamaole #3), however it turned out to be great. Very comfortable and relaxing. The unit Dennis put us in had a great view which made morning coffee and evening sunsets special. There is not enough praise I can express for Dennis and the staff, the house keepers, grounds maintenance personnel and front desk staff that all made this a very friendly place. We will stay here again, not as a reluctant visitor but an eager customer.

Yelp
We were very happy with our stay at the Maui Hill. The condo we were in was a one bedroom two bath with Murphy bed in the living room. Perfect size. The kitchen was fantastic. So nice to have a washer/dryer. Daily housekeeping was reliable and very good - fresh towels even though we left them hanging planning to reuse them. The view from the lanai was so gorgeous - I will miss that morning view with breakfast. It was convenient to many beaches and lots of great restaurants are super close by. We would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was the 4pm check in time. We really needed to just drop stuff off and change into cooker clothes and it took 4 hours from our arrival before we could check in.

Yelp
If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay in Kihei I cannot recommend the Maui hill enough. I didn't have high expectations coming in to the resort - esque condos, but upon driving on to the property I was really impressed by the grounds. It was peaceful and beautifully well kept. We booked a suite which is what the Maui hill mainly offers. When we walked into the suite we were surprised by how extremely spacious it was. There was a decent sized kitchen, a dining area as well as a huge living room which lead to a large balcony. There were 2 large bedrooms, which both had their separate balconies and 2 separate bathrooms. We booked the room for only one night but we wished we stayed longer because it was such a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable resort. The Maui hill is also conveniently located in on the same street/strip as all the other hotels and resorts and where most of the town's restaurants and shopping are located with a lovely beach right across the street. The next time I'm in maui I'd love to spend my entire vacation in kihei and staying at the Maui hill. It's definitely very affordable for what you get and the best thing about staying here is you save on the resort fee.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay at the Aston Maui Hill. We rented two units, a two bedroom and a one bedroom. The sofa bed was not good so we requested to upgrade our one bedroom to a two bedroom unit. The manager, Dennis, was very helpful by accommodating our request with a slight charge. The condos are clean and the grounds are well kept. We would considering stay here again during our next trip to Maui.

Yelp
My family is in love with this place! It feels like home... The views from our room are just breath taking... I have been to many nice resorts in Hawaii like: Aulani and Sheraton, but I would gladly prefer staying at Maui Hill! The gardens surrounding the rooms are beautiful and give you that Hawaiian feel. Overall a very relaxing place to stay.

Yelp
Cons:Terrible beds and pillows like sleeping on concrete, outdated tv that would intermittently work (have to turn it on and off a bunch wouldn't respond to the remote). No crib when we showed up but asked for one in advance so the 1st night was interesting as we arrived in the evening. Did not get the trash everyday as advertised. Pros: location, exterior property is beautiful. Beach stuff in the closet, nice pool, Fairly roomy condo Some of these condos have not have much updates in +20 years. Others have. So it's hit or miss but overall good place stay They would not let me check out until I brought back a pool towel. I told her it was in my room. She didn't believe me so I had to walk back to my room and retrieve the towel for the lady at the front desk. Very poor accommodation and customer service for someone who spent thousands and thousands to stay there. A towel....

Yelp
Great time, the onsite facilities are great. Across the street from the beach sO you can't beat the thE location. It was a great relaxing vacation. Oh, and they have free WiFi that was fast enough to stream Hulu/Netflix. Only to help for naps, adult naps :) the property is meticulously maintained. Making it beautiful for a walk.

Yelp
Do you have a business destination that makes you all excited...me neither. With one exception....Maui! While my workday there is generally 10-16 hours, I still have this wonderful place to come home to. Tuesdays Mai Tia pool party is a reason to rush home from work. The condos are always so clean and comfy and the views are spectacular with the ocean on one side for the sunsets and Haleakala on the other for the sunrises. Everything about this place is simply perfect!

Yelp
The way to go if you are visiting Maui. Much more laid back and cozy than a hotel room. The facilities are well kept and beach access(Kameole I, II,II) is right across the road. The 3 bedroom/3bathroom condo had everything our group needed: Laundry, pool, hot tub, and high speed internet, tennis, and shuffle board on the premises. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils. for cooking dinners together. And most importantly, a high speed blender for those all important fruity blended cocktails. Grocery shopping and restaurants were a short drive away. You can catch the Maui Bus right outside-ask the attendants in the main help desk for the schedule. . .

Yelp
First real vacation & was thrilled with Aston Maui Hill! The staff were extremely friendly & helpful -- Mahalo!! The suite was clean & the location just far enough from the touristy area for some solid rest, yet a quick drive to everywhere... will absolutely be my first choice for another stay!

Yelp
I should have written this review years ago. This place is the epitome of relaxation. Cool, chill vibes. Guests are as sweet as can be (ranging from young families to grandparents). The resort is very accommodating and professional, not to mention beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean. We stay at Maui Hill every Christmas for a few weeks and have done so for the last several years. I can't say enough good things about Dennis. He's a darling. He's responsive, accommodating, caring. He's made Maui Hill feel like home for us. We couldn't be happier with it. My family and I can't wait until December. See you soon Maui Hill!

Yelp
Dennis and the staff are awesome. Room was very clean, had AC and was VERY big. It was like a 2nd home for the week my family and I stayed here and we are now considering buying a time share here. Mahalo!

Yelp
This was not only our first time at the Aston Maui Hill, but our first time in Maui and it did not disappoint! We stayed in a 2-br ocean view suite which was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and even a closet full of games and equipment for us to take to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the suite was most helpful so we didn't take a bunch of sandy stinky clothes back home with us. Our room keys came with a grocery membership card attached which gave us a decent discount at the nearby markets. The grills on the property also came in handy for the food we purchased and were very clean and full of propane. The Mai Tai party by the pool was a fun time with live music and raffles. In the mornings, I would go on a walk/jog around the property and loved seeing all the lush plants and flowers. And whenever we came back to our rooms after a day of exploring the island, we had fresh clean towels and our beds made. When we return to Maui, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Yelp
I would absolutely come back, beautiful resort. The condos are equipped with full kitchens and come with, silverware.p (plates, utensils, etc.) The rooms were big and spacious, they had queen size beds, closets, and drawers. Each room even has their own balcony. All rooms were equipped with tv's and Spectrum cable and internet. The pool was big and the water was clear. The resort was also near a ton of beaches. Overall I definitely recommend staying at this resort. There are many more factors into why you should stay here but in a nutshell definitely come here, you'll have more than enough to do.

Yelp
Wonderful place. Beach view. Full on kitchen, beautiful Furnished. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the clean surrounding of the gardens. Beach a cross the street was nice, full of people, showers to rinse out. But this place was amazing and staff was super professional and nice. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
We stayed here for 8 days and loved it. They were doing a few renovations that we complained about and we were quickly upgraded to the penthouse suite. Very friendly staff. Good food. Great location. We will be back!!!!
