What an amazing place to visit. This is definitely a place to visit for all ages, I could go again and again. It had been awhile since I had last visited, the gardens, cherry trees, walk ways, food on ofer and the DIY hot chocolate station amazing. Definitely a must see 🌟 🌳 🤯👎😡I have just read all the reviews on the food inside, don't waist your time or money. The people who own and run the gardens should do something about this, coming to such a beautiful place should be an all round experience if you pay for it.

We stayed in the Chalet overnight so we could go to the after dark and morning walk through the gardens, which were fantastic and highly recommend doing both walks. The staff were all friendly and the tea was fantastic, especially the Sakura green tea. Lots of seating to overlook the gardens and food available onsite. The chalets were large with great views and also had a pull out sofa made up in the lounge as we were mother and daughter traveling and didn't want to share a bed.

Upon arrival prior to our visit to the Blossoms display, we requested a table for Devonshire tea. Despite a 10-minute wait, we were informed that we needed to await seating. During this period, no staff member acknowledged the growing queue, despite signage directing guests to wait for seating. The waiting staff appeared disorganized, and we observed three other patrons departing. Consequently, we also chose to leave. Subsequently, during our Blossoms walk, we encountered a hot chocolate kiosk that was unattended. Further along, a coffee stand offered no decaffeinated options or alternative milk choices. The venue's potential revenue could have been significantly enhanced through improved operational efficiency. Furthermore, the ticketing personnel appeared uncertain of their responsibilities. While the Blossoms display itself was satisfactory, the earlier negative experience detracted from our overall impression.

A lovely place for your functions. I attended a birthday High Tea and thoroughly enjoyed being waited on by very friendly and helpful staff. High Teas at not my thing, but other menu items are available. There is an extensive garden area with walks out back, taking advantage of the bush setting, but it rained before we could explore this. A nice selection of outdoor seating areas and an icecream vendor on the grounds. My only beef would be the limited parking, but this was Easter and there was someone directing people to vacant parking spots and overflow parking was made available. I would recommend without hesitation

Great gardens although very wet. Not impressed with cafe layout & service. Not a great way to enter gardens through cafe - shame.

Cherry blossom festival or in Japanese, Sakura Blooming, is happening in late September and both daytime and nighttime experiences are amazing. If you wish to go for day time and night time both the sessions 3.00pm-6.00pm and 6.00pm to 8.00pm is the ideal combination. You need to pay both sessions though.
