Upon arrival prior to our visit to the Blossoms display, we requested a table for Devonshire tea. Despite a 10-minute wait, we were informed that we needed to await seating. During this period, no staff member acknowledged the growing queue, despite signage directing guests to wait for seating. The waiting staff appeared disorganized, and we observed three other patrons departing. Consequently, we also chose to leave.
Subsequently, during our Blossoms walk, we encountered a hot chocolate kiosk that was unattended. Further along, a coffee stand offered no decaffeinated options or alternative milk choices. The venue's potential revenue could have been significantly enhanced through improved operational efficiency. Furthermore, the ticketing personnel appeared uncertain of their responsibilities. While the Blossoms display itself was satisfactory, the earlier negative experience detracted from our overall impression.
