Service and hospitality were outstanding. The welcome greeting feels me like come back to home sweet home after 3 years. Breakfast Food quality is a bit below expectation, food were not hot enough, varieties not much. Overall all are okay.

I did experience for couple times to stay in here and got a best service so far. The rooms was spacious, the food was amazing. The location also close to the main street in Samarinda and besides of the SCP Mall.

Nice place to stay in Samarinda. The hotel is connected to Samarinda Central Plaza, so it is easy to get food and everything that you need.

The hotel is luxurious. They have meeting hall on the top floor. Nice cafe is located at lobby, opens until 1 am. We can enjoy live music and live sport matches here. Amelia is one of the friendly staff here, but I didn't see her at my last 2 visits.|The 12th floor is equipped with pool, sauna, fitness center, and spa. I'd like to mention some very good employees: Bella Annisa, Syahrida Agustina, and Putra Aditya. |Breakfast is awesome.

All good, room has best view at the night, but the light in the bathroom little bit dark need change to bigger watt,

I stayed at room with pool view, not getting any other sightseeing and it felt so gloomy every day that I can't even see sunshine. However, the services are fairly good and dishes are enjoyable, not to mention the convenient access to other amenities in the city. Worth to visit.
