This is an update to my original review. After staying here for a week, every other interaction with any staff or another hotel guest before and after the incident was extremely pleasant. I realized that I can't let one person with a bad attitude change the rest of the good energy that the staff puts out for their guests. Thank you to all the staff that put the effort into making this stay great. Mahalo!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was on my 3rd day of a 7 day stay at this hotel. This hotel does not have anything to offer like the other hotels in the area. But I was willing to do deal with that for the location. What I'm not willing to deal with, is an aggressive front desk person calling me at 5:43am to move my car, him yelling at me on the phone saying they've been calling me all night and no answer, which was a lie because I was here in the room the entire time, no call to my cell either. I told the guy I'd come down but to give me a second since it's 5am, he said sure. In less than 10 mins the aggressive front desk guy, maybe named Gilly, called me again yelling at me to move my car. I told him I was literally walking out the door and to calm down, I'm moving my car. When the elevator doors opened on the 1st floor, the aggressive front desk person was in the driveway, yelling at me from across the lobby, there are literally 20 people waiting to get breakfast, he yells, "is that you? Is that you?", while pointing at me, everyone then stares at me. It was super embarrassing and uncomfortable. I didn't say a word, I walked over to him, and told him he's going to have to calm down and watch his tone when speaking to me. This seemed to piss him off more, and he become even more rude to me. I had to tell him to calm the f*** down, and asked for the manager since he doesn't know how to talk to a customer. He says no manager on duty, hence why he thought he could act unprofessional and rude to me. Manager arrives at 7am and I will definitely be speaking to that person. I no longer can sleep after the double calls at 5:43am then 5:49am.
Yes, I accidentally double parked, I have a huge suv, and the larger spaces were already taken, and my suv is larger than the space I was in. There was no where else to park. I paid almost $50 a day to park here. The Sheraton is only $35 and don't have to worry about my car not fitting in a spot nor rudeness.
This whole expletive with Willy or whatever his name is, has really pissed me off. I can't even get back to sleep now. There is a way to talk to a person with respect, especially a customer. But this front desk guy decided he was going to treat me like someone off the street. Talking to me like he wanted to fight. Instead of treating me like a high paying customer that I am. And I definitely let Willy know that by putting him in his place. Beware here. Not a good vibe at all. No Aloha spirit. I will never be back to this hotel just because if the rudeness. Kind of ruined it for me.
