My stay at The Residency Hotel was very satisfying. The room was well-maintained, hygienic, and equipped with all basic amenities. The staff were very professional and responded quickly to every request. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and the quality was truly impressive. The hotel’s location is perfect for both business and personal travel. I would definitely recommend it

Your staff should improve their behavior, facial expression and be respectful to those person who come to eat Dinner. This complain is regarding a staff to whom I feel not comfortable. Incident happened after dinner on 02 August, 2025 who has given bill in arrogant way and intension was not respectful.|Washroom should be more clean specially wall area. AC is too old, you should improve the standard and quality of the appliances inside the room. All this regards related to room no. 112. Newspaper is very restricted in count. You should provide newspapers in every rooms. Their is no services provided by the hotel management such as dropping at station and major referral locations for the ease of traveller's. Room freshners must be available. None of the single water bottle has provide to me in second day. After alloting rooms to the guests, you staff's are both brefing about anything like "this is your password" "this password will expire at sometimes and for that guest should ask for the password" You hotel should improve these basics things. This is not only about the raitings but should about the if any guest is giving money for living and services then that values of money must shows in the ground and this is only possible if your staff's are good, active and responsible for everything. Because of such staff's raiting will fall to your hotel.

The hotel was provided to us by the company as we were proceeding for the Visa work. The hotel staf, the reception executive was too generous and polite. They have provided each and everything we asked for going beyond their capacity. The breakfast was delicious. The environment of the hotel was peaceful and you get a good vibe when you enter into the hotel. The location of the hotel is superb and very near to Marinedrive so you can go by walk. Overall a fantastic experience, Thank you team Astoria for the wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family. The staff were iwarm, friendly, and ready to help. The room was luxurious, clean and comfortable. And delicious breakfast in the morning—lots of varieties and great taste.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing. Everyone was really polite and friendly. The food in the lounge was delicious and when we were leaving after a week's stay, the chef made us a cheesecake. I really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend!

We stayed there for a night, and my husband received a call the previous night saying that they noticed he was travelling with a “plus one,” and if he was not married to this “plus one,” we wouldn’t be allowed to stay at the hotel and the money wouldn’t be refunded.||||As I too work in hospitality, I understand the need to enforce rules to protect your property — and rightly so, they should be followed by guests. However, the awkward phone call could have been avoided by simply asking about the relationship between the two guests or having them sign a Google form outlining the terms and conditions.||||But the Astoria team decided to assume that the plus one was not married and were rude about it. Highly offensive! So now we know what kind of guests are turning up at the hotel.||||At check-in, the staff did not address me, and the suspicious looks made me feel very disrespected.||||Apart from that, the rooms looked tired, the mattresses were old, and the lamps seemed to be from the 1970s, in my opinion.||||Message for the owner: My husband and I run a 40-year-old inbound tour company, and we were there on a recce to check out the hotel.

Excellent staff members. Helpful and professional. Rooms are well maintained and cosy. Situated near Marine Drive and affordable too. ||Overall I had a great experience and will stay again when I visit. Breakfast spread was good and fresh too.

This is a nice proprety. Well kept and managed. Rooms in 3 category offer choise to the traveller. This hotel caters to corporate client's, very few FIT The breakfast was well spread and the staff helpfully especially the kitchen The washrooms could have been a little big. However slope in the bath cabin needs to be relooked at. Overall a very good experience
