ASTR The Label

I bought a top here, took it home, tried it on and the entire sleeve came apart. Brought it back to the store, explained the situation and they refused to exchange it for the exact same item. I have never had a brand do that before!! I spoke to the manager and she said she has to email customer service etc etc! I don’t know how much time I am suppose to spend, I already had to come back here. I expected a quick friendly apologetic exchange. The styles of the clothes are cute but the customer service and quality is disappointing. I would inspect your items carefully or not shop here! Good luck!

Was there today for a few hours trying to find the most perfect dress for my cousins wedding. Of course I wait till the day before typical me lol. Thanks to the help of Katie in the beginning helping me find the right size everything after that was a breeze. I stayed past closing and Tiffany brought the most flattering dress and it looked absolutely stunning on me. I wanted to cry. Thank you SO much the two of you ladies for baring with me making sure I find exactly what I needed. I appreciate you guys’ help immensely. :)

The store was beautifully laid out and organized in a way that made it easy to shop by color, print and style. It also smelled incredible! The manager was very knowledgable about the unique fits of pieces which was very helpful. She was friendly, professional and attentive. I ended up leaving with a birthday dress I cannot wait to wear!

Extremely difficult in store return process. I needed to make a return for a product I purchased in store and the sale associate insisted that the item was final sale however it was not noted on the tag, receipt or online just “in their system.” After seeing all the proof the sale associate still insisted she needed to email corporate as they needed to remove the final sale in the system. Then after 20 minutes of waiting the sales associate relayed that she had poor connection so couldn’t reach corporate and the only person she could reach was in a meeting so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the person to be out of meeting….Then after that they still weren’t able to help me process the return instead pointed me to a small white card on their table saying all sales items are not returnable which does not match the company return policy. I then asked the sale associate if the Melrose store was a separate entity from the online brand, she said no but then I pulled up the return policy from ASTR website which states that only sale items marked final sale is not eligible for return. This entire process was just disappointing and frustrating. I love the products from this brand and was very excited when they opened a physical store near me but the overall service and process for this return has really turned me away from ever shopping at the store.

Love the experience! I could find my size and the sales lady Tiffany made me feel welcomed and helped me find styles in my size. Great store.

Amazing customer service by Tiffany and Katie they were so friendly! They picked out some amazing pieces that were just perfect and so fitting. Overall amazing shopping experience

Went in today 4/11/23 and the sales woman was so rude and so unhelpful! She is a black lady with short hair she was short and gruff. People actually spend hard earned money to buy from your store but when the store employees are rude it’s really sad.

Sales women were amazing, helping out with sizes and especially Katie.. One my new fav stores.
