Loved the hotel’s quietness and cleanliness. A big compliment to Dana at reception—so calm, welcoming and the only staff I saw smiling! Just a note: it would be even better if more staff could communicate in English and if the airconditioning works properly.

Inexpensive but comfortable hotel. Everything you need; WiFi, a restaurant, a laundry service. Staff very friendly. Recommended.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in — no cleanliness, terrible service, and a bad location. Everything about it is awful. There’s no air conditioning, and no one helps with the luggage. The AC is terrible, terrible, terrible, and the food is horrible. On top of all that, there are insects in the rooms — no cleanliness at all. Many people complained about the air conditioning but they didn’t do anything about it. The fridges either freeze everything or don’t work at all — I have medication, so where am I supposed to store it? And to make matters worse, I even found hair in the food!

Very bad attitude of staffs. Ac not working in the bed room . Had an experience to sleep on sofa because of AC not working. When I complain about AC working issue the receptionist simply cut the call . Not recommended stay

Room was nice, but. . I stayed for 3 days in suite room, and asking for late check out on 2 pm this morning May 22,2025. I left the room on 13.23 and leave hotel on 13.38 this morning. Last night the staff say ok. But this morning staff was very rude. She can nicely say that only can give 1 hour or something , I just came back from lunch and she would not give me access to my room and call her manager. I was very angry also because her rudeness and night before the staff say yes ! Even if they have more guest to come, it's not proper to behave like that And guess has not coming before that time though they need time to clean they still have rooms instead. Hotel is terrible, rooms are hot with no air conditioning, the staff is rude and confrontational, bathroom door doesn’t close, breakfast has no taste, the main lobby doesn’t even have lights, this place calls itself a three star hotel but in my opinion the don’t deserve a single star, one star is one too many.

Mentioned like 3 star. But not having 3 start facilities. However, breakfast was good. Staffs are not friendly. Everywhere in Kazakhstan, I could see hotel staff and even people are not friendly towards tourists. But in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan people are very kind and friendly towards tourists.
