Astra Hotel

Mentioned like 3 star. But not having 3 start facilities. However, breakfast was good. Staffs are not friendly. Everywhere in Kazakhstan, I could see hotel staff and even people are not friendly towards tourists. But in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan people are very kind and friendly towards tourists.

I stayed here for 2 days. The hotel place is near by many services like restaurants, groceries and more. The staff were really amazing especially seeda she treated us always with a happy smile and her passion toward her work what keep her amazing. All in all great experience staying with this hotel and I would love to come back again

10 🌟 for the receptionist specifically Almat he is doing great in his job.Specially for us that doesn’t speak or understand Russian.From the day we check in to check out he was always available to help us.. Attitude is very important for the costumer service. Also this place is accessible for everything.

Great experience especially from receptionist, decent breakfast 🥞, best location and overall good

Located in a good place with access to amenities, but the rooms are very basic, beds weren't very comfy. No kettles or water bottles. The breakfast spread was alright. Although it would be nice to be slightly flexible with check out, we were late by 5 minutes and they asked us to vacate the room in the next 10 minutes.

They don't give you water to drink in the room or a kettle. For the price of the rooms, they're pretty small. Plus points: super close to the train station, cheap eats nearby and I can't really fault the breakfast spread.

It was our last day and after a long road journey we were late for check-in but sone of the rooms were not ready with most of them only have a set of towel instead of 2 sets. Our shower’s top was down on the floor. No coffee tea & kettle were provided in the rooms. But the breakfast spread was okay
