Astra Suites

Astra Suites is an exceptional place to stay and experience while in Greece. I am SO happy we chose to stay at Astra during our trip to Santorini in September of 2025. George and every employee we encountered was so kind and welcoming, we felt like family and were treated like royalty. Max was very helpful upon check in and beyond and Nick at the pool bar always made us delicious cocktails. There were many others we met but I have since forgotten their names! Breakfast on our balcony each morning was truly divine… memories my fiancee and I will not soon forget. The location is perfection. We loved being in Imerovigli, still within Santorini but outside of the chaos of Oia. It was so quiet we often felt like we were alone! Our room, equipped with its own private plunge pool, was spacious, with lovely decor and a very authentic feel. The pool had absolutely stunning views of Skaros Rock and the caldera. I could go on and on and we only stayed for 3 nights! When we return to Santorini it won’t be for the island necessarily but for Astra Suites itself!

We stayed at Astra for our Honeymoon and WOW it was the best experience. The staff was so amazing and our room was out of this world! We stared right at Skaros Rock and it felt like we were in a dream. The pool was majestic and the restaurant Five Senses was our favorite meal of the trip. The location was perfect. It was very quiet and felt exclusive. Our room was spotless and so well kept! We will never forget the breakfasts every morning. It was spectacular. Best pastries we've ever had! We did a LOT of research for this trip and Astra is hands down the BEST value out there. We will definitely be returning... hopefully soon!

We had such a lovely three-night stay at Astra Suites during our honeymoon trip! Highly recommend. We wanted to splurge - but not spend an absurd amount of money - and feel as though we made the right choice! We stayed in Room 305, with a king bed, living room, patio, and private plunge pool. Our view of the caldera and Skaros Rock was INSANE (even from the bathroom!). Astra is located near the Grace Hotel, which charges much, much more per night. The rooms are probably a bit more retro and certainly older than some newer hotels located nearby, but we felt ours was luxurious, clean, and large, with nothing missing. The staff made our stay very special with lots of little gifts and daily treats. We loved the in-room art from a local gallery. The breakfast had many options and was delivered each morning to our patio or indoor coffee table, depending upon our preference. The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, and I was continually impressed by how easily they seemed to cart our luggage and the breakfast trays up and down the stairs! Imerovigli is a great location option if you want to be within walking distance of the attractions and restaurants of Fira, but away from the noise. There were lots of stairs, but that's par for the course at any hotel on the caldera. My only critique is that the heated plunge pool could have been warmer, so if you are coming in October and want a really warm pool, you may want to consider reserving a room with a hot tub, instead.

The Astra Suites in Santorini has the most spectacular views of the Caldera. On our balcony we had 180-degree views with beautiful views of Skaros rock and the little chapel. The hotel staff were wonderful and very friendly and having breakfast delivered as ordered to our room each day was special. Our young man that brought our breakfast each day and the bartender at the pool bar went out of their way to make us feel very special. There are a lot of steps up and down but took our time and enjoyed the views while climbing up and down. The bellmen carried our luggage up and down for us. I would highly recommend Astra Suites for a very romantic getaway.

An absolutely beautiful hotel!! Amazing views from our room and incredible views from the pool and hotel restaurant as well. Large suites, beautiful bathroom with huge shower and comfortable king size bed. Very nicely stocked wet bar and coffee set up in the rooms. Wonderful outdoor pool and and lounge chairs on the patio. A lovely table set up for breakfast. Thank you, Angelo (Angel) for serving us our breakfast every morning, it was incredible, and you are a sweetheart. Thank you so much to Mayra and Max for making this a vacation to remember!! We greatly appreciate you accommodating us when we asked for a room a bit closer to the reception area, it made a huge difference and your pleasant and friendly welcoming attitudes made our vacation very special. Thank you for your suggestions and recommendations while we stayed at the hotel. Loved the pool area with a great bar, thank you Nick for serving those wonderful cocktails. This hotel and location was overall perfection. We loved it!! We would recommend to anyone who is looking for a dream vacation.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Astra Suites. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend. The location, Imerovigli, was perfect. Close to everything, yet a little more relaxed. The service from the staff was 5 star. We could not ask for anything better. Our stay at Astra was nothing short of amazing. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, every team member went above and beyond—always smiling, always accommodating, and consistently delivering “yes” with warmth.||The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering breathtaking sunset views that made each evening unforgettable. The food was delicious, and the service exceeded expectations at every turn.||We will gladly recommend Astra to everyone we share our Santorini experience with.

Astro Suites is truly beyond words. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was absolutely incredible. The staff went far above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The views—no matter which level you stay on—are simply breathtaking. Every morning, breakfast was brought to our private terrace overlooking the caldera, and it felt like something out of a dream. We had a small issue with the air conditioner in our first room, and without hesitation they moved us to an even more beautiful suite at the top. Both rooms were stunning, and their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. The beauty of this place is unimaginable—you have to experience it to understand. I can’t recommend Astro Suites enough; it’s a true gem in Santorini!
