I came here with my family because of the reviews. Man I should have just gone to McDonald's. Paid $84 for mediocre food. Even though the staff was nice our experience was not. The fries were over cooked literally just bit into what felt like old grease. The food over all had a weird taste. My mouth was left with a greasy film. I don't know how they managed to burn the chicken strips and still leave them under cooked. We didnt eat most of the food. Ended up throwing most of it away. Place is run down and dirty. Not coming back. Head to McDonald's instead.

I come alot it is literally live around the corner. This will be my first time I ever complain about anything because it is always good honestly. It sucks because I always order chicken strips and they’ve never came this bad.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time here and OMG… so bomb! The pink lemonade was so fresh and delicious. The grilled chicken sandwich was juicy, flavorful, and not greasy at all. The fries were perfect too! Honestly, the chicken quality is even better than Chick-fil-A. I highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items!

This is a skip! Very friendly service but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The place is old and not well kept.

This burger place has been here since I was a kid, I believe it opened in 1992 and not much has changed. The decor and style has remained the same, it is a nice cozy burger place but they also sell other foods. Their burgers are great, you're looking at about $7 per meal at the moment and up. The burgers are cooked nicely, served with some great fries. This is a must if visiting the area.

Came here to cheat on my diet today for lunch. So worth it. Loved the double avocado bacon cheeseburger with fries. Surprisingly, they were not burnt. Everything tasted fresh. The quality was as good as In-N-Out or McDonald's. The atmosphere is cool, too. Felt like I was going back in time.

Tried this place for the first time. I got the breakfast burrito w/ bacon. It was delicious! For the price (under $10) and the size you can’t go wrong. The customer service was the great and the burrito come out fast. I’ll def be back to try the other breakfast items.

You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable. It reminds me of a 50's diner. A lot of the locals come out for breakfast and seem to know one another. Customer service is good!

When I went there, there was a very nice old women at the cashier. The food there is very good. Fries are just right. I suggest trying the Bacon Avacado Cheeseburger!

I haven't been here in a while but I finally came back and it's even better than I remember!!! The BLT is so fresh with lettuce, tomato, bacon, avocado, and mayonnaise. Their zucchini is DELICIOUS with ranch. People are complaining they are dry or flimsy but they're soooo good when fresh and you have to ask for them extra crispy. That's the trick! I love Astros and my family and I have been coming here since I was a child. I love the people who work here but most importantly I love the owner who's been here since 1978. Great food, great service, great atmosphere!

I gotta admit, I've driven past here for YEARS and never stopped by because I thought it was just dumpy burger joint. I stopped by because I felt I was being a judgmental a-hole and thought I should give it a fair try. Welp! It was delicious. I asked for a cheeseburger with extra cheese and I proved myself wrong. Although it's good! The meat patty is a little wimpy.

What a great burger spot. It has an old school vibe to it. Retro pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis. This spot has a nostalgia vibe to it. 50s inspired. It has been here for quite a while. I love the veggie burger so so good! Brings back good memories!

Wow! Every bite is delicious!! They are generous with the avocado & bacon portion & the zucchini is on point! Will be back!

This is our go to spot for a charbroiled burger. They make it fresh on the spot and is their onion rings are my favorite!

Chicken salad A-ok! Their grilled jalapeños!!! sucker's! Oh so good! Cup of water too. Not crazy about their drinks.

their breakfast burritos were the best i would cut it in half it was more than i could eat. then i bought one yesterday it was a disappointment half the size for the same price. I dont know what else they downed sized but i wont pay to find out.

This place has been Delicious for Decades!! The service is always on point. The vibes are always great with the mini jukeboxes to play some music while you wait and eat your food.

Good tasting burgers. Clean restaurant. I will definitely come back for the burgers.Haven't tried any of the other food

Wow i got cheeseburger combo and it was delicious the burger was good decent size the lettuce was on point super fresh this a hidden little joint but I recommend!!! The thousands island dressing wasn't water down!! And the soda had was not flat!!! This is my plus for me!! Service was fast and she was very patient with me and giving me enough time to order since it was first time. Unfortunately i forgot to take pictures i was so hungry. Definitely i will be coming back!!!

The lady who took the order didn't speak English so it was difficult for her to understand me. But then when my son spoke in Spanish she still couldn't understand. ‍ We ordered

The burgers are great. The food came out exactly how we ordered it. My only gripe is that how do you run out of onion rings at 11am ... insert very sad emoji. Never mind 2 gripes Why do you charge for ranch when I order food that accompanies it? And yes they have yellow chilies

Best burgers ever... The jalapeno knocks it out of the park. The staff is always nice and friendly.

Never again. I feel like I got robbed. If I wasn't so hungry or had groceries to make my own lunch, I would throw this right in the garbage where it belongs. I ordered taquitos (2.99) and zucchini sticks (5.99) When I got home, to my surprise, there were 2 small dry ass taquitos and a small container of quac soup. For what I paid, I could've brought a box of Jose ole frozen taquitos that would've tasted better. I poured the guac soup on my taquitos and ruined them more because it tasted sour (wtf?) Then I think ok the zucchini sticks should be good because they said homemade on the menu. They were so floppy and soggy in the middle. The batter has this strange peppery after taste. I live 5 mins away, so they couldn't have gotten soggy so fast. I ate less than half of the order and tossed it in the trash. I was so disgusted and unsatisfied that I came straight to yelp. What I received was overpriced, bad quality microwaved style food. The only thing that was good was the ranch. I will never ever order from here again. You are better off driving 5 more minutes and going to golden ox or toms burgers. This was a complete waste of 10 bucks and 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru. I only pray I don't get sick from soggy zucchini or sour gauc soup.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside doesn't look appealing but the food is so delicious. The atmosphere is nice and the vibes are right! Food was out quick and the employees are super friendly. I recommend coming here with family and friends!

I love Astros. The chicken club is amazing. And it's huge. I split it with a coworker. Astros is generous with their portions and the fries are tasty!

Still great food great service and a great price... comfortable atmosphere ... long time serving the community

Well I have to confess my sin,I am sorry for being ignorant of not knowing the definition of BLT,daaaa. A couple of weeks ago I complained that the BLT had no chicken, I was wrong , please forgive me 'Astro Burger" for my stupid funny post..I am still learning about fast food..This place is great place friendly place especially with ignorant folk like me..thanks again 'Astro Burger", now I know what is a BLT..

Family and I love this burger joint ... we walk here dine in ... we love the chicken dinner ,salads , blts of course their delicious one of a kind burger's something about Their dressing is the bomb . Clean , friendly staff , good service . I highly recommend

Not what it use to be, they really need to switch out the oil in the fryer, zucchini's tasted like dirty old oil and nothing else. Felt sick for two days, hopefully Hollywood location still has its touch will try there in a few months when I'm over being grossed out

Their burgers are really good. My family's go to is the avacado cheese burger with fries. I tried their garden deluxe burger yesterday and I was not expecting it to taste so great. I love how the burgers are huge and not thick with meat that is over powers the whole burger because you're busy chewing the meat. For the garden burger yummm 10/10 will be my go to from now on.

Astro burger is not what it used to be . Everything is so expensive now and they get my order wrong most of the time . Not to say the fries are trash now . This new restaurant owner wants to squeeze your pockets for food that isn't as good as it was .

Food is decent. Way too expensive. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Sides are now 50 cents, which kinda sucks.

Burgers are good. Pretty expensive considering tho. Shouldn't be priced that high. I like when they had the fatter fries. The new fries ain't sh*t. Don't waste your money on that. Besides that... I come here once ever few weeks / months

Pathetic!!! Asked the cashier if the taquitos were shredded beef... her response was " oh I don't know"!!! Really!!! Then I get it n there's NO guacamole ON them... they put it on the side in a small container... well no wonder they put it in a small container...1st of all the taquitos r the frozen ones n 2 top it off the guacamole is the fake watery one u get in the bottles... disgusting n pathetic

By far the worse place I've eaten. The first time I went there they got my order wrong and I didn't notice until I got home. So I decided to give them a second chance. I asked for a club Sandwich with bacon and cheese and when I got home I had a damn burger with bacon. Wtf. Even after I corrected her twice she still got it wrong. Again wtf. Don't they know their own menu. They need to fix that machine outside because they can't understand what you order. A cheap imitation of Arys. Next time I'll take those extra 10 mins and drive to eat at Arys. If I could 0 stars.

It's so good I go a few times a week love there chicken salad and burgers and great customer service

burgers have good flavor. However, the serve small portion of fries for your traditional combo when compared to other burger joints. Disappointed. I wonder how much more to upgrade to large fries

I regret paying $30 dollars for such terrible food. The burger patty was way too thin! The fries had no flavor and we definitely will NOT be going back.

first of all I want to start off for the burrito being so expensive for what you actually receive. burritos are supposed to have rice... the steak is supposed to be cooked on a grill... this meat was boiled & the burrito only comes with beans and meat. 2nd the drink I paid $3 was basically a small. I really wanted to give this place a shot but left disappointed

New customer over here!! I got the chicken sandwich and was so delicious. I recommend this place. My boyfriend got the chicken breast burger, he loved it. I liked the customer service. Good job, keep it up!

Guac fries? It tastes nothing like guacamole. It tastes like a watery vinegar dressing or pickle juice. Idk what it is but it tastes nothing like avocado.

Giving three stars for the time before. Unfortunately the 2nd time I came and ordered a bean and cheese burrito I found the longest thickest black hair that started from the top of my burrito to the bottom. I am usually not one to complain, I get it sometimes. It's icky but man that hair was never ending I couldn't even look past it. Whole burrito thrown out and won't be coming back unfortunately :(

First experience went bad. For starters bad costumer service from drive thru cashier and found my salad tray smashed and found hair on my salad.

I ordered two ham and egg sandwiches today, and I was very disappointed when I saw and tasted the food. The sandwich was not cut properly so of course it fell apart. As I bit into the sandwich, it tasted horrible. Something in the sandwich was spoiled. They also changed the ham (didn't look like ham) and gave me round slices you find at the grocery store prepackaged instead of the usual ham that is used. The egg also sucked, it used to be all nice and yellow and nicely assembled, now it's pieces of egg whites. Never again am I going back, I'd rather make it at home from now on or take my business elsewhere.

So I stopped by not knowing what to get. I decided to try the guacamole fries and when I got home holy f..k . I was disgusted . They should have called them green sauce fries because that's what I got. I thought I would get actual guac . But nope look at the pictures to see this tragedy. Never again .

Prices have gone up and service down. I have gotten my orders wrong and have had missing items. Sides are 50 cents. They either need more people or to slow down. The drive thru window is sooo slow. What a mess this place has become.

- Colossal Burger = juicy, but pastrami could use more salt & pepper. 4/5 - Frisco = 2 patties, grilled w/ Parmesan cheese. Very savory & juicy but could use more salt. 5/5 - Bacon Burger = 1 thick, crispy bacon with thick patty. Would prefer 2 slices of bacon. 5/5 OVERALL These burgers were pretty big, tasty, and have much better prices than trendy burger joints. I'd rather eat here that the west side of LA. Cash only.

Maybe I just didn't get it since I haven't been coming here for years, but I really thought the food was just average. The restaurant itself, an older diner, exactly what you would expect, but clean. Service is great, friendly, and food made to order quickly. Not a fan of their onion rings, fries were better. Burger was average, I did really enjoy the crispy tacos though. I bit pricey for tacos, but that would probably be the only thing I would reorder again if I came back. Ok to try once, but not worth returning for.

Food was great! The reason for the 4 star #1 took long for our order to be ready. #2 they forgot to add pickles to my order and they also forgot the drinks that were order.

Bad customer service, make sure to check your order, because they rip you off for your money here, they'll charge you for food & once u leave u realize ur foods not in the bag...aside from that they don't give you a receipt so u can't even prove that they charged you... ask for your receipt & check ur bag before you leave... ALSO THEIR SUPPER STINGY WITH KETCHUP...!!!! Just dont risk it it!!

Very disappointed with the char chicken salad I recently bought. The egg's yolk was so blackened due the fact. That it was rotten!!! I had asked the chasquee to make sure it was fresh, but they did not understand what I meant . Lately, most places I visit have port quality service plus a lower standard for food quality. I suggest you always double check your food if you plan to order to go.

I've been a regular since 2006. Astros has good food for a good price, and the staff is friendly. I also love how the restaurant looks inside. When it gets packed service can be slow but makes sense. What I like to do to save time is order ahead and pick up my order. The only bad thing about here would probably be it's limited parking. (Picture: bacon & egg sandwich, turkey melt)

Ordered a breakfast burrito for myself and I wanted half bacon half sausage. The lady at the window was very polite and asked me about my day and all. Overall the wait was not long and I appreciate how the lady was very welcoming and pleasant as I waited for my order. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get down the lady's name but I am glad that she is still working there because the last time I went about a month ago, she was the same person running the drive thru. I am very grateful for her excellent service that keeps me coming back! Thank you to that lady and the cooks for my delicious burrito!
