Astro Gym

Out of this world! Astro Gym has the perfect mix of gritty and funky vibes. The trainers are available and really go beyond to give everyone the perfect experience (whether training alone or with coaching). As an ex-D1 athlete, I really appreciated Astro Gym's equipment, from bands to tools for plyos and power training. Really awesome all-around: lighting, vibe, music, and the freedom to do whatever you want with the space once you're a member. This tops my gym experience, couldn't recommend more!

a hidden gem of a gym in Philly. Always clean, everyone is super nice, and it’s never too busy. It’s small but has everything you need, I never felt like I was missing out on equipment! Loved whenever I was alone and could connect to the speakers. Just an underrated aspect of the gym.

New small gym to area. The instructor, John, is awesome. He cares a lot about fitness and huge knowledge on all types of workouts. I started 2 weeks ago, so far great experience. Highly highly recommend. John is always available for help and provides great feedback. Def a hidden gym.

The gentleman in charge of this establishment is incredibly generous and helpful, especially to someone just passing through town for a wedding. Additionally, for anyone truly into powerlifting like I am, his plates are all bumper plates and not the hex plates. Perfect for deadlifting. Clean, spacious and fully-equipped with everything you need, I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Perfect Spot to workout! We were in town for a wedding and this gym is on the same block as the hotel we were staying at. Staff answered right away when we called and let us come workout! Gym has everything you need racks, free weights, bands, cardio. Highly recommend checking it out!

Incredible gym! The owner is accommodating with the offerings in personal training & memberships, the equipment is up to date & clean, and it’s one of the coolest places you can ever work out in.

John has been absolutely great. I’ve noticed fast and sustained improvement in my training with tough workouts making feel like i’m really getting my money’s worth. His and Astro Gym’s flexibility in fitting in sessions during the week is super convenient and the gym being 24/7 is great. It’s always clean and is never too crowded, even at peak times, so you can always get in and get out while having a great workout. Highly recommend.
