We had an overall okay stay. The hotel definitely needs some renovation, but the biggest highlight is the stunning beach – crystal-clear water, soft sand, and comfortable sunbeds that make it the perfect spot to relax. The staff were very friendly and genuinely tried to make us feel comfortable and welcome, which we really appreciated. What disappointed us the most was the food. For the price you pay for breakfast and dinner, the quality just didn’t match. Breakfast was minimal and seemed tailored mostly to French guests — mostly fruit, bread, and eggs. After a few days, it became very repetitive. Dinner was decent, but there were times when the fish or chicken in the salads didn’t seem fresh. The main dishes were okay, but lacked real flavor or variety. There was a noticeable focus on presentation — beautifully set tables with multiple knives, forks, spoons, and various plates. While it looked impressive, it felt like a classic case of form over substance. I’d much rather see that effort go into the quality of the meals themselves. A simpler table with a truly well-prepared dish would make a much better impression.

We stayed here in April 2025 and had a great holiday, the hotel is small but very well run. The views are amazing from everywhere. We had a two bed bungalow which had the best views I've ever seen of the sea and we have stayed at some very nice hotels. We had the all inclusive package and I can honestly say we had some of the best food ive eaten at this hotel. All the staff were welcoming and smiling all day. Cannot wait to go back. Don't let the hotel not having a pool put you off as the crystal clear warm water of the Indian ocean is fantastic. 100 percent

I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday to this personal|small hotel, it felt very private. Perfect for rest and relaxation. My room had a sea view just a few feet from my room. The staff could not be anymore helpful especially Rita, who went above and beyond. |I would recommend this hotel.

Such a great place to start the day! Was there for the birthday of my sister and it was just amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy. Great service, the staff was so friendly and attentive, making our breakfast a pleasure. A big thanks for Shyam for the welcoming and for Manesha and the supervisor for the service 🥰|Sure will come back

Fabulous little down beat hotel. Lovely rooms with views over the sea. The beach is not that crash hot...not as nice as in the photos...but at high tide you can get a dip. This is not a resort, so its not like a cruise ship experience. Gorgeous garden and you can walk along the beach in both directions...wear shoes perhaps, as the corolline sand is not that friendly on the feet....no squeeky white sand in Mauritius like South Africa or Australia. Their food is pleasant and cocktails delicious. The roaring/ thunderous ocean waves on the distant reef hides any noise of overhead flights from the airport. This thundering is quite a feature of staying here. you dont hear noises of other guests as a result. I would stay again.

Well what can I say apart from thank you for an amazing experience. From point of check in to leaving, the staff constantly made me feel welcome. From Julian (and his amazing colleagues) in the restaurant, Rita and the other cleaning lady who had been there for almost 20 years to Karan and colleagues on reception all deserve a medal! I travelled alone and it was the perfect hotel for a solo traveller and even couples just wanting to get away from it. Every meal I had was freshly made and the drinks are great if that's your thing. I've enjoyed it so much I've booked to go back later in the year and I've only been back 2 weeks!🤭

Long walks along the beach either direction are also an option if you fancy a break from the sun.|I've enjoyed it so much I've booked to go back later in the year and I've only been back 2 weeks!🤭

This is a three star hotel. However, whenever Lovelesh was on duty, (luckily most of the time we were there), the service felt like five-star luxury. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He would even come and find us on the beach to offer us drinks and snacks. Once he knew what we liked he would just appear with them.| |Julian was also excellent. Very helpful and professional.| |We saw less of Xavier, but, when he was on duty, he was also excellent and professional.| |The female staff, apart from one or two exceptions were generally unhelpful and disinterested. On the day before we departed they suddenly became very friendly and helpful giving the impression that they were hoping for a tip. Perhaps they need better training. | |Finally, Sam the manager is clearly a good guy who wants guests to enjoy their stay. He is attentive and will try and address any issues. On our checkout day we had a late flight. Sam went out of his way to ensure we could enjoy one last lovely day at the hotel. Our room was needed for an early check in. Sam provided another room for us (one that had already been cleaned) for us to keep our things, and shower after being on the beach. Many thanks to Sam for making this last day hassle free and very enjoyable.||For those who consider “all inclusive” to mean “all you can eat, all the time” this hotel is not for you. The food is excellent - you choose after breakfast what you’d like for your 3 course dinner, with two choices per course. The lunchtime menu is equally as delicious. Wines are great too! ||We look forward to returning for a third time.
