ASURE Brookvale Motel

We had a wonderful stay at Assure Motel Brookvale in Wanaka. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were a great size, very clean and tidy. Perfect location too — just a short stroll to shops, cafes, and all the action. Highly recommend!

2nd time staying here and would throughly recommend. Owners very accommodating and very friendly. Hotel is close to town. A short 5 minute walk to the waterfront where restaurants are and even shorter to the Main Street for shopping. Laundromat 5 minutes away . Across the road are food trucks for easy meals. . Quite location. Perfect location for families, and couples. |Would stay here again

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful motel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Alana and Scott, lovely hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our family had a comfortable stay after our long journey. The room was clean and tidy and warm. The bedding was ample and extremely comfortable. Our room came with an assortment of cooking utensils and had plenty of space for our family. The location of the motel is fantastic, it is a short walk away from the town center. This made it incredibly easy to explore the local area without having to worry about transportation. The hosts also possess a wealth of local knowledge, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay at a competitive price. Thank you, Alana and Scott, for your outstanding hospitality and guidance!

Lovely experience, room was perfect for us. Clean and pretty big for a studio. Close walk to town and across from epic food trucks. Owners were super cool!

The best place we have stayed in.. during our 3 week trip around the south island.|The owner met us on arrival..had the heat on in the room and told us about all of the amenities. |Well equipped and really central location...we could walk for 5 Mins to restaurants and bars ||Highly recommended and it has the personal touch

Amazing stay—highly recommend! Welcoming family-run business, fully equipped kitchenette, comfy bed, and spotlessly clean. Perfect for a cozy getaway in the middle of Wanaka. we’ll definitely be back!!!

Have stayed at a few Asures now which have been awesome unfortunately this one was a terrible experience. The disgusting smell from the kitchenette completely tainted the entire room, it was overwhelming. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained and had a filthy air vent in the bathroom. Towels were thin and worn out, there were no tissues or extra amenities provided. Even the toilet paper was thin and barely enough for a short stay. To make matters worse, there was constant noise from kids running around above, after 8 p.m. and again in the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the place felt disgustingly unhygienic and poorly managed. Definitely not recommended or worth the price.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious. It was so good that we decided to return just a few days later! The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
