Amazing hosts. Stayed in the room downstairs with a small garden. Great to be able to walk outside and have fresh air. Very light and airy. Small kitchen that works well for a short stay. Everything was so clean, freshly painted. You could tell the owners were proud of their offering.|Great advice on restaurants in the area. We had dinner at Picknica and it was beautiful.|Very well priced for a night stay. Thank you again to the owners

We stay at Harbor View every year when visiting Mum and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are consistently kind and helpful, and the location is excellent—within walking distance of the CBD and near Memorial Park. The harbor views truly live up to the name. Kathie and Bronwyn are wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!

Motel is situated in a very convenient location, close to all local amenities. Purpose: Wedding Celebration 🎉🎶🥰. Granddaughter and I Enjoyed the comfort of our apartment, topnotch amenities within. Quiet,great value,next to the water. The Host . Kathy went out of her way knowing I was arriving very late,thank you Kathy.

We stayed one night at ASURE Harbour View Motel and Waterfront Apartments and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked the Standard Studio via Expedia for NZD $220.50 and it was truly worth every cent. The room was spotless, well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was absolutely 10/10 and we could see how much effort the team puts into keeping the place in top condition. The bed was exceptionally comfortable (10/10). Soft, cozy and perfect for a restful night after a long day of exploring. We also loved how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful waterfront views and easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The reception operates daily from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, which was convenient for check-in and inquiries. Overall, we highly recommend ASURE Harbour View Motel and Waterfront Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay with great hospitality and a lovely location by the water.

From booking to arrival and during our stay excellent friendly service. Our unit was very comfortable, clean and very well provided with all the amenities one would want for a stay. Location is a place with very low noise level with a refreshing atmosphere right by an inner harbour view. Staff were very frinedly and supportive. Great value. We will stay here any time we come Tauranga and warmly recommend this motel to others.

We enjoyed our one night staying in the Waterview Studio Apartment and we would certainly reserve again without hesitation. It was super well equipped - if you chose to cook it is all there. The bathroom amenities were superior to many hotels I have stayed in recently and that was a delight.||There is a lovely outdoor terrace. Beach towels were provided - even in winter. Why not!!||The bathroom is a little cold in winter and I'm hoping the owners might consider a bathroom heater before my next visit.||We enjoyed. quiet cosy night.

When I desperately needed a safe, quite little place to stay for a few days to escape the madness of life, I somehow ended up at Harbour View Motel. I couldn't have wished for anything better. Hosts Bronwyn and Kathie and their staff are so friendly and welcoming, and if you're a dog lover you'll get to meet Moxie and Bruno (and 1 or 2 others) who are just adorable. The room was beautifully appointed with everything thought of and some nice eco-friendly touches. I will definitely go back next time I need somewhere peaceful and quiet to stay, but I think I'll have to try room 6, John B.

Completely refurbished and new items abound. Service lovely. Sheets crisp and heavy. We had a two room option with two twin beds + a king. King bed was great!!!! Kitchen fully stocked even with good knife. Bathroom was large. Hotel tucked behind street. Occasional road noise but enjoyed 2 min walk to waters edge. Part of Asure chain. Not too many rooms on property so very quaint with layout. Mgr escorted us to room if there questions. All four of us said we'd stay here again!
