This was a wonderful place to stay. Loved the rain shower and the nice balcony off of the bedroom. It was very nice and peaceful there. We had full use of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The location was perfect. Could walk to so many places and was not far to walk to get on the hop on and off trolley. Jackie answered my calls immediately and Debbie was such a pleasure.

Google
Absolutely wonderful stay at Journey's End! I would HIGHLY recommend it to any couple searching for a stay in the city of St. Augustine. The place was extremely clean, and Debbie is the on-site manager who is super helpful and kind. The check in process is seamless. Towels and small toiletries are provided. Comfy beds, and the house is kept at a great temp. The BEST part... ON SITE PARKING! It is just off the main city area, about 5min walk to the city center. You will feel safe walking around at anytime. There is not a breakfast option served, but with all of the options around the city...its not missed! Coffee & Tea and filter water is always available. 10/10 would stay again!

Great location a block away from the Lightner Museum and Flagler College. The house is very well kept and clean. Very comfortable stay. We stayed in the Charles Lindbergh room on the 2nd floor, which I believe was the smallest room. My only complaint with the room is a weird 2 steps in/out of the room as well as 2 steps in/out of the bathroom. This wasn’t a problem during the day but, when sleepy you have to watch your step. I would not pick this room if you have mobility issues. Of note: I found the house on the B&B list but there is no food provided. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and recommended to others.

I suspect this Inn used to be better based on some pretty generous previous TA reviews…|We stayed in the Key West Suite which has an original mattress (circa 1902); we felt like we were sleeping in a shallow grave and after two nights both have significant back pain.|The room as advertised as dog friendly, and smells like it. Unfortunately only the front windows open so airing the stench is impossible.|The fridge, water cooler and ? dehumidifier run at a 94dB roar - which did mask the noise coming from three directions at midnight on a Sunday. We could hear the conversations of the neighbouring unit like they were sitting on the end of our shallow graves. Tricky to choose which is more annoying to keep us awake.|There was food on a plate in the cupboard from a previous occupant.|The shower is some sort of fancy multi-jet sauna whose evacuation fan doesn’t work making it a suffocating cupboard with rotting floor boards that is a claustrophobe’s worst nightmare.|Their ‘Arrive as a Guest, Leave as a Friend’ promise is made difficult by the fact that you get given a code to let yourself in, and are then entirely ignored. I saw who I think was an owner/employee one morning by accident in the car park - otherwise I felt more like a frenemy 🙁

The place and the hosts made us feel right at home. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated without being cluttered. It seems that everything single detail was planned very carefully. We loved every single minute here and will definitely book this place again whenever we get a chance to come back to St Augustine.

Google
Clean room with personal bath. Limited temp control but ceiling fan helped. Liked kitchen access. There however is no food, snacks or alcohol as on some websites note. Did use cutting board /plates for personal food. There is free coffee/tea and filtered water. Great proximity to sites and for Night of Lights.. Free parking a plus. Able to get earlier access to room. Would highly recommend.

The house is situated one to three blocks away from all the great places to visit and convenient enough to walk. Friendly staff and very nice room accommodations and atmosphere. Loved the "themed" rooms! It's a "10" and would stay there again! :)

This past weekend we were visiting St Augustine for a family reunion. Having experienced Journeys End as a B&B it was an easy decision to come back! It’s now similar to an Arbnb format, a bit more private but w all the same amenities. Jacki was timely on her communications. The Inn was spotless and well appreciated w excellent parking and a fantastic location. It’s on a little road with several historic Inns, all well maintained. Walking distance to the sights and plenty of restaurants and coffee cafes. There was a refrigerator on site and linens appeared to be plentiful. We have now stayed in 2 of the rooms and will probably try others. St Augustine is a destination we always enjoy.

Yelp
Fine at a Busy Time of Year I wanted to go to St Augustine's "Nights of Light" celebrations and activities. Due to health issues, I didn't get to book as far in advance as I would have liked. When I did book, there weren't a lot of options in the B&B category. At Journey's End was on my list of places I would try and they did have a room for my 3 nights. I chose the Howard Carter since it is in the original house and has a large balcony to sit on. At Journey's End isn't a B&B in that they don't serve breakfast. B&Bs will also often have a little happy hour. And the hosts live in the home as well. So there are opportunities to meet other travelers and get info from the host. Here a manager comes in for a short period mid-day to clean rooms. I don't really care for AirBnBs for the same reasons--no one around and no other travelers. Anyway, our room was a bit snug, but did have a large bathroom and a large deck. I tried to sit in the common rooms downstairs to do some desk work but it was so warm I had to retreat upstairs where it was cooler. All in all, the place is nice, but doesn't really meet what I want in accommodation.

Lee F.

Yelp
I have never rated anyplace a 5 before. I could go on and on about how fantastic this place is, in all respects, but I see all the other reviews have it covered. I'll only add that Mike, Robin, and Debbie were amazing in reacting to our request to accommodate a small, informal wedding in the garden at their beautiful Inn. With their eager involvement, it went way better than we had planned. We'll not be staying anywhere else on future visits.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Great location, easy to get to all that historical down town St. Augustine has to offer without ever moving your car! Inn keepers are very nice and informative. Our room (the Egypt Room) had a beautiful upstairs private balcony that made you feel as if you were relaxing in a tree house. Heads up on the shower looks like some kind of back to the future capsule but don't hesitant to jump right in, it's delightful. Rainfall shower head with side jets and mood lighting along with computer control command center for your temperature needs. We are repeat visitors, first time was several years ago...glad we came back.

Yelp
We just celebrated our 29th anniversary and stayed 2 nights in this B n B. It was absolutely magnificent. The house is beautifully decorated. The rooms are elegant, spacious and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The innkeepers are truly wonderful hosts and were always available to answer questions or just to chat. I always rate a B n B based on looks, comfort, and especially on their breakfast selection. Coffee was freshly brewed first thing and they served a two course breakfast that pleated is for a day of exploring. The egg 'flan' was perfectly cooked and the breakfast parfait were a refreshing treat. They also accommodate special requests. Fresh water, tea, kureg coffee and wonderful Mexican cookies were available throughout the day and wine, beer and soda were kept cold in the mini refrigerator. Overall I rate this as a 5++ star place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Jim M.

Yelp
This was our first time staying with Mike & Robin at At Journey's End B & B. It will not be our last time. Robin opened the front door as we stepped onto the front porch. Mike was inside to welcome us and tell us about our room, the B&B, directions to historic St Augustine and directions & recommendations for local restaurants. Our room was great ... snacks were great (lemon cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies & Christmas crack candy ... all homemade) ... Mike & Robin were delightful ... breakfasts were great. Everything was great. Thank you Mike & Robins. We'll be back.

Yelp
We came here for a three night anniversary getaway. Robin, Mike and Debbie we're extraordinarily welcoming. We felt like We were visiting old friends. This place is so charming, so comforting and immaculate. We love the stocked refrigerator with wine and beer and of course Robyn's baked goods. Breakfast was over the top and amazing.Robin and Mike were so helpful planning our days. We would like to move in permanently. It's even better than home. We stayed in the Howard Carter room. We had our own balcony on the second floor. I highly highly recommend. Ethel & Bill

Yelp
This B&B is truly exceptional! Besides being a well maintained Victorian home, it is surprisingly not furnishing in Victorian decor. With a mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, the atmosphere is bright and homey. What makes the whole experience gel is the owner husband and wife dynamic duo Robin and Mike. When we arrived Mike gave us the tour of the home and introduced us to the amenities making sure that we were comfortable in our well appointed rooms. We then met Robin doing a little weeding in the manicured garden surrounding the property. Robin has a background in landscaping and it shows but her other passion is culinary arts. There were tasty treats of truffles and cookies for nibbling on throughout the stay and a wonderful breakfast of unique breakfast fare. Robin's apple pie yogurt parfait was a hit.

Yelp
Loved this place! Paradise! Took a weekend trip here with my boyfriend for his birthday. Got here on a Thursday 2 hours ahead of schedule but Tim still had everything ready for us to settle right it. He spent about an hour with us talking about st aug and giving us his personal recommendations(which were on point) and coupons to use all around town. The inn is on a quiet street about a 6 minute walk to St. George street.(center of the action) and right next to Flagler college. Our names were on a signboard when we came in and we stayed in the Charles Lindbergh room. It is the smallest room in the inn but still very nice with a fabulously soft bed and box shower with bench in it. Still much nicer than any hotel for the area and so many extra perks to staying here. Free soda, coffee, wine, beer, and even some liquor available whenever you want it, along with other afternoon treats like cookies and brownies put out for you to enjoy daily. Breakfast was also served daily at 9am, and was again fabulous. 2 courses, during the days we were here we were served a spiced apple oatmeal(I will dream about this stuff), a goat cheese quiche, various fruit, and banana foster vanilla pancakes. All super yummy! Nothing beats the personal service of this place. Tim and the rest of the staff was amazing. Thanks for making this a great trip for us!

Yelp
My first bed and breakfast and had an amazing time. Close to downtown. Walking distance to just about everything. The hosts were super personable and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Cozy rooms and a front porch to relax. Cannot wait to return!!!!

Yelp
What a gem of a place! Robin & Mike are extremely hospitable and make sure you are well taken care of. The breakfast and sweet treats are to die for! The rooms are charming and comfortable. It's centrally located and can walk to a great restaurant and boutiques in just minutes. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
We had a lovely stay at this B&B, however, you should be aware that this is not a B&B. They do not serve breakfast. They do allow you full use of the kitchen if you want to make your own meals but if you are coming here with the hopes of being made a lovely breakfast than you will be disappointed. With that being said I will say that Debbie the property manager was great and made us feel at home. She was very attentive to any needs we may have had during our stay. We had a few minor problems with the smart locks on the doors and Jackie was very quick to response and help us get into the home and our room. The home is located within walking distance to several attractions and destination points of interest within the city. Our room was clean and cozy with a nice porch for sitting and relaxing with a glass of wine and some chocolates in the evening. The bathroom has a lovely upgraded shower installed and was great for relaxing in, after a day filled with lots of walking. They do have a tea and coffer bar in the main house which was always stocked and very nice. Our only disappointment was that we did not realize when we booked it that there was not going to be a breakfast served daily which is part of the attraction of going to a B&B as well as the social aspect of meeting people and chatting during breakfast. We did not realize from reading the reviews on line that this was not going to be offered as the prior owners served breakfast. Other than that we did have a pleasant stay here and for the price it was very reasonable compared to staying at many of the hotels within the surrounding area.

Yelp
First time at a B&B and couldn't be more pleasantly surprised! The personalized service this place gives you is one of a kind - name at the entrance, welcomed by house owner and even offered drinks to go upon departure. We stayed in the Egypt Room and wow what a treat. The sheets suck you right in and the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Beautifully appointed front porch with plenty of seating options. Homemade breakfast in the morning was amazing! Its truly a wonderful experience I recommend to anyone going to St Augustine.

Yelp
The most amazing experience!!! We went away for our anniversary and from the minute we got there to the minute we left we had the best service . The owners Robin and Mike couldn't be better hosts. I wouldn't try any other B&B !!

Dan S.

Yelp
Mike and Robin are amazing hosts!! They, along with Debbie, make you feel like family and are some of the nicest people you'll meet in St. Augustine! From the start they helped us with our luggage and are extremely accommodating to all of their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed all of our conversations. Robin is working on a cookbook and we can't wait to get our hands on it. She makes a breakfast that my mother would envy! They next time we need a room in St Augustine, our first choice will be At Journeys End! The inn is within walking distance of everything in St Augustine. The rooms were spotless and Debbie helped make us feel at home from the moment we walked in the door. Their amazing breakfast is served promptly at 9 but if you can't make it they'll pack a small meal for you. The inn's decor is modern with throwbacks to vintage fans, sewing machines, and coffee grinders. We loved every aspect of our stay! We love supporting small businesses, and this one makes it easy! With any small business, please make sure to support them by booking directly through their website!!

Lori O.

Yelp
If you are looking for a Bed and Breakfast to stay at while visiting St Augustine, here is the one. Tim was an awesome host. He met us outside and helped us with getting registered. The parking lot is small so don't bring a large vehicle. The room was small but we didn't stay in the room long. The food was the highlight of the B&B. They offer a variety of teas, coffees, and desserts throughout your stay. You have to try the brownies. Give them a try. I know we will be back.

Karla B.

Yelp
I believe a business has a chance to show what they are made of when there is a problem. We were booked for 4 nights in the Key West suite, and on the first night there was a plumbing problem and of course it was late enough that I felt bad about calling! But Tim answered and got right on it. They tried diligently to fix it that evening, and just couldn't. They offered a move to a different room, or stay in the suite with a workable but less than optimal fix. We chose to stay - we really wanted the suite with friggie, microwave, and private balcony! What happened the next morning was amazing, we went to breakfast and came back to find the toilet not just fixed but completely replaced, lock, stock, and barrel. Kudos to the owner and staff! The Key West suite - perfect if you want quiet and privacy, king bed with oh so comfy sheets, a separate sitting area with a mini fridge and microwave, and a private outdoor sitting area so you can have an after-golf cigar without bothering anyone. It's above the carriage house and separate from the main house but just a short walk across the parking and into the back door for breakfast. Maybe my only downside was the towels, they were an upgraded version but not necessarily to my liking, but that's just me. Breakfast? Oh my so well done! Each day breakfast at 9 AM was different, one day was French toast and sausage, another was their version of eggs benedict in individual ramekins, and another was a goat cheese and spinach omelet. All main courses had sides of fruit, or yogurt, or granola, or crisps, or all of these! The week we were there a new chef had just started, everything was just wonderfully prepared and presented. Location - very near the Flagler College/previously Ponce de Leon Hotel and the Lightner Museum. Easy walking distance (half mile) to the Castillo de San Marcos and St. George Street for shopping. A walkable 2 miles to the St Augustine Lighthouse. The nearest dinner restaurant is the Ice Plant, barely 2 blocks away. Parking and access was very good, it's on the west side of the historical area so easy to get in and out from the highways/interstate without driving through old town.

Yelp
Just like everyone else, our stay here was excellent. Tim and Dave were both great. The house is adorable and in a great location. This was our favorite bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Great food, Great conversation, Great rooms, Great people. We felt like family by the time we left and smile every time we have coffee with our Journey's End Mug we took home. We loved being here!!

Annemarie L.

Yelp
Amazing weekend. Randomly booked this B&B on booking.com because of its extremely high ratings. Tim the innkeeper and the rest of the staff could not have been any better. We were beyond impressed. The place is extremely well maintained and the breakfast was amazing. We booked another weekend there before we even left. Can't wait to go back!

Rick B.

Yelp
At Journey's End is an exciting stay you must experience. Mike and Robin have strived to make it the best B&B in St. Augustine and they have achieved just that. This is our second stay at this inn and it won't be our last. We had previously stayed in two other B&Bs and there is a reason At Journey's End is at the top of the list. It is bright and fresh. Mike and Robin are interested in you and you know when you walk through the door you are important and pampered. Though the day will come when you have to depart, you will not want this journey to end! The absolute best B&B in Florida!

Juan S.

Yelp
This was our third time staying at At Journey's End, and after each visit, our stay surpasses the previous. Tim is an amazing host. As soon as you arrive he makes you feel at home offering you complimentary water, coke or even beer. He is also a great cook as well and each morning greeted us with a gourmet style breakfast. I cannot say enough good things about this place or the owner. This last visit was for the 4th of July celebration and Tim had complimentary flags for us to take to the fireworks show by the Castillo de San Marcos. He also can recommend great places to eat or where to go and to have fun. If you have a chance to visit St. Augustine, stay here and I can absolutely promise you that you will be glad you did.

Dee B.

Yelp
This was the best vacation ever! I've never stayed at a B&B so I was a little nervous about the stay. As soon as we arrived, we were met with Tim (who met us in the rain!) and escorted us in. I must say we loved the personalization of our stay (the name of all the couples staying there were written on the welcome board). We stayed in the Egypt Room. It had a large king size bed with the best sheets in the world! (you can place an order while there!) The Egypt room had a walk-in shower and a 2 person jacuzzi tub. The room also offered a private balcony that oversaw the front of the house. This was such a gem to find! Everything was in close walking distance. Also if you needed tickets or reservations, they can help you with that! The house is equipped with a fridge on the first level stocked with soda, beer, and wine at all hours of the day. Coffee starts brewing around 6am and breakfast is served at 9am. Breakfast was soooo yum! One of the other guests asked for the recipe which Tim & John are more than willing to share! :) This was one of the best stays I've ever done, I don't think I can stay anywhere else while in St. Augustine!!!!!

Valerie W.

Yelp
Beautiful B&B with modern updating that still pays homage to the history of Saint Augustine. Mike, Robin and Debbie were awesome! Full of information about sights to see and restaurants to visit. Wonderful food and attention to every detail. Within walking distance of everything. I really can't say enough good things about this location and it's owners. You will truly be missing out if you choose another location. We will definitely be back.

Mark S.

Yelp
Great experience. We stayed in the dr Livingston's suite and it did not disappoint. Very clean and well kept down to the tiniest details; best sheets as well!

Kat E.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was incredible!! We stayed in the Egypt room which had a balcony on the front of the house. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. We arrived earlier then we stated and the owner met us right away and took us on a tour of the house. He gave us a walking map of downtown with plenty of suggestions on where to go and what to avoid. The breakfast the next morning was INCREDIBLE! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Chan B.

Yelp
My wife and I had the best time. At Journey's End is a very comfortable home to vacation in. Within easy walking distance of most of the historic sights, restaurants and bars of St Augustine. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Thanks for a great time.

Nic R.

Yelp
Amazing experience!!! We will be back! Walking distance to St George Street...beautiful rooms and common areas, amazing breakfast, complimentary soda, beer, port, and sherry.

Karen M.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at At Journey's End Bed & Breakfast 4-18-18 through 4-20-18 and have been meaning to drop a much deserved review. I have full intensions of going back at Christmas or Thanksgiving time this year, can't wait! I would highly recommend this Inn for many reasons but the main reasons are: 1) This place is in a great location, very close to the Lighter Museum and all other main attractions 2) The house itself is beautiful and very well kept but the rooms are a real pleasant surprise for a Bed & Breakfast. They are appointed with modern and updated décor and the beds are very comfortable. Several of the rooms come equipped with a balcony as well. 3) When we arrived we were greeted cheerfully by David who immediately showed us around and made us feel very welcome. 4) They have beach gear, bikes and all kinds of stuff to make your stay more enjoyable. 5) They serve complimentary beer, wine, Port & Sherry for your entire stay, WHAT???!!! 6) The breakfast is out of this world and unique every day. David is a really talented chef and goes above and beyond for his dishes, 9am is early for us when on vacation but it was totally worth it! All 3 days started with a wonderful fruit and yogurt parfait with all kinds of super seeds and then the main courses: Day #1 Shrimp & Grits - Holy Wow. Day #2 French toast with fruit and Canadian bacon and my Favorite Day #3 HE MADE IT RAIN . Some magical Grit & cheese souffle, home fried potatoes with a special touch and his version of eggs benedict...AMAZING!

June J.

Yelp
Had a great experience staying here. Lovely room and charming place overall. Breakfasts were scrumptious. Owners were friendly and accomodating. Best of all, this bed and breakfast is centrally located near many of St. Augustine's key attractions that are within easy walking distance, yet situated on a quite street away from the crowds.Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Cynthia R.

Yelp
Very comfortable room at Journeys end. Friendly staff and, the breakfast is the best I've ever had! Lots of extras included with your stay, close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. Tim is a knowledgeable host. Fun and historic town. GO!

Jessica E.

Yelp
Took my mother up to St. Augustine for her birthday weekend and picked this cute gem to stay at. From the minute you walk in you feel welcome, the whole staff is so warm and friendly! We stayed in the Dr. Livingstone room and it was so clean, safari-like decorated, and surprisingly had a high tech looking steam shower which was amazing! Most of the attractions for St, Augustine are walking distance away, so convenient! Can't say enough about the delicious breakfasts, David is an amazing chef! Also, in the morning we were going to leave for check out, we were leaving before breakfast was going to be served and Tim was so nice to arrange for breakfast to be served earlier to my mother and I before we left on our drive back! I strongly recommend staying at this beautiful B&B, you will love it!

Karma K.

Yelp
So our daughter's boyfriend goes to Flager College (beautiful BTW) and we stayed here while visiting him. Such a lovely B and B. Everything was just perfect and exactly what you want in a B and B. We cannot wait to back. This place oozes charm and southern hospitality. I'm still dreaming out those breakfasts....

Michelle G.

Yelp
Just got home from this AMAZING slice of heaven! From the moment we arrived to the very second we left we were treated like family! Tim the owner was so nice and sweet. Michael the chef is an artist! Ray the manager was awesome as well! Housekeeping does a fantastic job. I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere! My favorite thing was Morgan the house dog. Little hint bring him doggie treats and he will love you forever! This is not your "Grandmother's" B&B not a doily in sight! Truly a fantastic weekend. Thank you all for the hospitality and making my sister's 50th birthday so memorable! Will be back for sure!

Julie P.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting St. Augustine. We were there for our 10 year anniversary. After vetting several B&B's in the area, we decided on Journeys End. We were blown away with the charm, hospitality and overall experience the team at Journey's End provided us with. From the moment you pull up, this charming home will wow you. The house itself was beautifully decorated, warm, cozy and inviting. The staff is more than welcoming, helpful and dedicated. We were treated like first class guests. The innkeeper/concierge David was OUTSTANDING. Such a dedicated hard worker. He really pays attention to details, and is always available to assist with just about anything. The breakfast is always impressive, there's all day snacks, wine, beer, soda, fresh water, port, sherry, and coffee available to guests. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower was perfect. We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs which included a deck overlooking the beautiful courtyard. The price was well worth it. I would stay here over and over again. I'm already looking forward to my next trip, JUST to stay here again. My husband and I are so happy we found this B&B. We HIGHLY recommend it.

JM C.

Yelp
So many pleasant things to say about this place. For my wife and I this was our first BnB experience. And I'm so glad it was because I don't think we'll ever do a hotel again. Check in went smoothly, Tim who part owns this place is fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our room was very clean, water never got cold when showering. And the breakfast was exquisite.

Angela H.

Yelp
Amazing. Modern rooms, clean and gorgeous. The people are super nice. Make sure you get up for the 9am breakfast, soooooo good! :)

Kim S.

Yelp
We just returned from our stay in St. Augustine. We could not ask for a better experience than we had at At Journeys End, not only are the accommodations great, but Tim and all the staff do everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. It doesn't matter what you need, they are there to please. We stayed in the Key West room, it was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view from the private deck. Having a delicious meal served every morning sure spoiled me. If you want to stay at a place that has wonderful accommodations and has a personal touch, this is your place. Our only wish, we could stay longer.

Will B.

Yelp
Quite possibly the BEST B&B in which I've stayed. The room was beautiful and very wonderfully decorated. The owner was absolutely charming and helpful. Very close to Flagler and several amazing restaurants. I can't recommend this place highly enough!!

Erin N.

Yelp
Comfortable and casual. Best B&B I have ever stayed at. Delicious food, clean rooms, cozy beds. Highly recommended!!!!!

Mike T.

Yelp
My wife and I just spent two nights at this wonderful B&B. From the time that we pulled in the parking lot and were guided into parking space by Laura to the time we pulled out it was a great experience. Tim and his small team couldn't do more to make you feel welcome. We left something in the bathroom and they called us as soon as we left, Tim offers a cold pop for the road and so it goes. This place is excellent.

Kenneth B.

Yelp
This place was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was big and spacious. The services was friendly and nice. Even when we called late night for recommendations on dessert. It is walking distance to all the restruants and shops. The is a must stay place when you can find the vacancy! Great job at journeys end!
