The room was beautiful, and the service was excellent and very thoughtful. Everything was clean, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

The most beautifully decorated: generous, kind ,clean. And very Helpful. A great bar and they bring food from best Restaurants at bar. Beautiful breakfast if you want on street you canneat for 50 bat great meal. Free cofee and fruit. Really special and close to nieman one andcdont miss Pink court onvrd before niman one. At 5 pm music. (Dont buy brownies from nighbors. Too oily.)

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it is absolutely gorgeous! It had an artsy, eccentric, and intimate vibe with such unique decor - every single detail was a mini work of art! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing and the breakfast there was one of the best we’ve ever had - hot tip: you have to order your breakfast the day before. Our room was also beautiful, artistic, and spacious and had a mini balcony. It also had a mini tub for one person. The staff was so friendly and sweet - they even left us a lovely display of real roses and heart swan towels to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel is a short walk to trendy Nimmanhaemin Road and lots of cute restaurants / markets and a 10min scooter ride to Old City. Highly recommend this hotel!

The service and location are superb. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything you get is of very good quality in the room. The service staff are extremely friendly.

Great place to stay @ Chiang Mai! An authentic Thai experience with great customer services and facilities. Our family of 3 stayed @ the Himalaya Room which is perfect, with my daughter occupying the smaller room equipped with its bathroom on her own. There is a balcony in each of the room. We will definitely return to stay here when we find ourselves back @ Chiang Mai in the future.

The service was excellent, and the hotel is ideally located in the Nimman district, which has plenty of restaurants, spas, and shops to explore. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rate it 5 out of 5 stars for service, location, and interior design. Their breakfast has lot of choices and are super big portion.

Great Stay, But Communication Needs Improvement I recently stayed at At Nimman Hotel and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nimman with easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, and the staff was friendly during our stay. However, one thing that could be improved is the communication about forgotten items. Unfortunately, both my friend and I forgot some personal items during our stay— I left behind a necklace, and my friend left her charger. While we enjoyed everything else, we were disappointed that the hotel never contacted us to let us know about the forgotten items. It turns out we missed more things, but they never informed us, which was surprising for such a well-regarded hotel. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, but I hope they improve their system for notifying guests about forgotten belongings.
