We had so much fun going to a match here. The ticket buying process outside the arena was a blast and tickets were negotiable 😁. Not a lot of inside amenities but we were able to pick up merch outside in front of the arena. The fans and the game were entertaining!

lovely vintage football stadium in Quito dating from 1951. the stadium is probably run down now but that makes it very characterful. we saw an Ecuadorian first division game between Catholic university and LDU. The stadium wasn't anywhere near full, but there was still a great atmosphere. tickets were so easy to buy - actually bought them online on the plane flying over - and such good value at around $12

It's a place that brings a lot of good memories. It's in its last days but it really needs to be rebuilt

I was lucky enough to attend the first leg of the Copa Libertadores final between Valle and Nacional. It has a very old school 80's feel with the scoreboard and athletics track. There was a great atmosphere for the game. In terms of getting a ticket it wasn't too bad. There are legal touts and I only paid $30 which I consider good value for a game of such a magnitude. If you a sports fan and get a chance to catch a game I would recommend.

It is a great soccer field and the grass is in good conditions, sometimes the National Soccer Team plays there

Same old structure and mess from 60 year ago. Every time I go it gets worse. No parking. Dirty all around the stadium, no security. It’s time to rebuild, our soccer status deserves better in Quito which is where we are almost unbeatable ( due to the lack of oxígen)

A cracking football stadium that's way too big for the crowds that the local teams attract.
