"An app-driven apartment rental option that works as a thoughtful alternative to hotels, offering early-arrival requests and neighborhood recommendations; rooms are comfortable, bright, and notably larger than typical Paris hotel rooms, with social-distancing-friendly layouts and a view of the Eiffel Tower." - Kristin Braswell

Google
A very disappointing stay at this hotel. Pros - Great location, 2 minute walk to the Champs Elysee. However that’s where the pros ended. Cons - The room was super tiny, so much so the coffee machine being on the window sill - Carpets looked like they were past cleaning and needed totally replacing, completely stained and tatty - Absolutely nothing like what they advertise on there own website or booking.com, these rooms look bright and airy, our room was dark and dingy. After bringing this issue up they said all rooms decor can slightly differ but the standards are the same. This room was not only completely different but the standards were shocking. - No hot water coming out from the shower. Went to call reception and the phone didn’t work! Once down in reception we addressed the problem which was apparently resolved and a text message was sent saying all was ok! However the morning after still No hot water in the shower!!! After a ‘technician’ coming up to check we were told the hot water did work only when the sink tap was running!! When it wasn’t running the shower ran cold again! After bringing this up as a complaint as surely for a room of €395 you would expect a hot shower, we were told they were sorry this happened and it was a communication breakdown on checking in. - Stuffy room in which the air con didn’t work There are a lot of negative comments on cleanliness and the standard of some rooms so I hope this hotel can take action, it has the potential to be great, as the location is perfect and if you pay you can have a view of the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately our room wasn’t up to even basic standard so a disappointing stay

I was looking for a centrally located hotel in the Bonvoy chain that was well priced for a business visit. I was very happy at the Atala. Contrary to the review below, they immediately acknowledged my Titanium status and breakfast was free. The windows in my room opened wide and overlooked a garden courtyard. Breakfast was varied and served in the quiet lobby, although I took mine to the courtyard. My room was clean and quiet. The hotel front desk is staffed 24/7. The hotel is low key and well priced. Families looking for something simple with a nice breakfast would also be happy here. Great find!

Dear Hotel Atala Champs-Élysées team, I am contacting you regarding a refund that I have not yet received. During my reservation with your hotel, an amount of 173,000 Argentine pesos was debited from my Argentinian bank card because my credit card did not work at the time. However, after verifying the booking, I was informed that the refund would be processed — but I never received the money back. I have already sent several emails and tried to call, but unfortunately, I have not received any reply. I kindly ask you to check the status of this refund and confirm if the transfer was completed or if there was any issue due to my Argentinian card.

Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and a huge balcony! Very close to a metro station, so we could get anywhere in the City quickly. The Atala is on a quiet street off the Champs Elysees. Personally was not my favorite area of Paris. The Champs Elysees is overrun with tourists. Excellent Service. Very nice hotel.

Google
Hotel was great, however the billing process was absolutely appalling. I stayed in June, it took them until September to bill me. I booked the stay through my companies travel portal hence I was not concerned that I had not been charged. They then charged me twice. It took 15+ emails and 10+ phone calls to arrange a refund. Numerous emails where I got no reply or a promised call back. Having to explain the situation over and over again to each person who picked up my call. I am told it should be 7-10 days until the refund is processed, however I am still nervous. Absolutely no explanation of why it took 3 months to charge me.

This very well-located hotel in Paris's 8th is a surprisingly tranquil place to rest your head, even though it's just steps away from the bustling and touristy Champs Elysees. It's true as others say that the free coffee and water are nice, but we're talking about free coffee and water -- a perk worth about 25 euros a day max, and that's being generous. Even though I'm Bonvoy Titanium, my room came with no loyalty benefits -- no room upgrade, no free breakfast, no points option. My room was not cheap -- an average of 500 euros per night -- and it was pretty much as soulless as a hotel room can be, with nothing on the walls, fake wood finishes, all hard surfaces, a tiny desk that barely accommodated my laptop because it had to share space with the coffee maker, kettle, and coffee mugs (no glasses, by the way). The "rain shower" was a bit of a joke, with bad pressure and sprays of water that seemed to go every which way but down. The hotel's gym is not really adequate if you want a complete workout. But there are definite pluses: the room was very quiet, unexpectedly so, and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Not sure if this is worth a second try.

We stayed at the Atala for our anniversary in a spacious, modern King room with a large bathroom and small terrace with a view of Sacre Coeur. No complaints. The hotel is in a great location — very central in the 8th, one block off the Champs-Elysées and one block from the George V metro station. Despite being close to the Champs-Élysées, the hotel and surrounding area is very quiet with all the things you’d want within a few blocks. We found the quality of service at the hotel excellent and would definitely return on a future visit.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in Paris! The views were absolutely breathtaking – we literally had the Eiffel Tower right in our backyard, which made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. The hotel was perfect in every way, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The receptionist was beyond amazing, so welcoming and helpful, making our experience even more special. Everything about this place was flawless, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Yelp
My now hunny and I stayed her for our Wedding and Honeymoon! We had the Eiffel View and it was so perfect. The Eiffel Tower was closer than the pictures I saw online and I woke up and went to sleep with the amazing view of the Eiffel. We ended up taking some self photos after we got married and they turned our amazing!!!

Yelp
Loved the location being to close to a shopping district for me. Staff was very friendly and welcoming at all times, which could be a hard find at other places. It was surprising to find that the bathrooms of the hotel was spacious like other hotels. It has been difficult to find large bathrooms in many hotels in Paris because they're so tight on space. The one downfall was the fact that I could not find a towel rack for my towels that I reuse. Another note is the tassels at the door. Love their code for the burgundy red, do not disturb and their olive green as a go for cleaning. Leave your key in the slot to get the electricity run, stay green! I also appreciated the fact that the doors are locked during later hours which may have started around 10 PM. In the event someone just comes stumbling in, they can't really get in unless the staff gets up to physically open the door.

Yelp
Great Location central the great shopping district and metro .Staff was helpful during my stay and the Hotel is really quite day and night. House keeping kept the room clean and the heat was pumping the entire stay which was a plus because outside was freezing. I have no valid complaints with the hotel just Hotels.com for false advertising Free shuttle and the switching up the pricing. Other then that very nice establishment.

Yelp
Worst hotel experience I've ever had horrible service it's as if toddlers ran a hotel. There late checkout policy is to have the police escort you out along with verbal assault. They will not be open much longer. DONT STAY
