If I could put no stars I would. Every time we come into this store, nobody even makes an effort to help us. In fact, I went with my mother and sister to exchange something, and the cashier in the bottom section of the store looked at us, said hi, and went to play on her iPad. Didn't even ask if we needed help. So, we went upstairs to try to find something that would match the price of the things we were returning ($52 each) and finally a lady asked us if we needed help. We explain what needed to be returned, and the lady said (with much attitude) "Oh, we don't accept returns on x and y." Well they could have told that to who bought the items for us (we already had what she gave us so we had to go and return the gifts.)
As we walked out, we of course said how unhelpful the store is every time we're there (we don't go in there unless we MUST) and the lady on the lower level watched us walk out the door and when we were out of earshot I watched her make a comment with a face full of attitude.
I don't know if it's a status thing or WHAT, but apparently we're not worthy of good customer service from them. Not to mention, everything in there is wildly overpriced.
Oh well. They still have their regulars to spend thousands there. Not us though.
