OMG What an adorable shop Great chocolates, the owner's mom was the one helping us and ringing us up, she was pleasant and had that touch of family that I personally love in a local business. They have chocolate canvases for painting and lots of amazing flavors to choose from.

When I stopped by Atelier Disset to get some chocolate I knew that I would find great products. This elegant yet intimate location had been recommended to me by a close friend. However, I wasn’t prepared for the whimsical experience that followed. I purchased a box of Thanksgiving special edition Bonbons. On the way to Manhattan, my companion and I decided to try one each, but, once we started, we couldn’t stop and proceeded to have an impromptu chocolate-tasting private party in the car. Each bite was an explosion of flavors due to the authentic combination of ingredients. The Bonbons, artfully crafted, were all phenomenal, although my favorite was the “marshmallow butternut squash”. Needless to say, we ate the entire box. Thank you for allowing us to experience an early Thanksgiving feast!

My girlfriend and I went here on a foodie tour. This was the best of the whole tour. We got to sample plenty of unbelievably delectable melt in your mouth chocolates. And then I bought one of her chocolates with orange in the middle. It was pure heaven. If you get a chance, do not miss going in here and experiencing chocolate euphoria!!

Last Saturday my daughter and I attended our first-ever chocolate painting class. It exceeded our expectations, as we created a memorable and lasting experience. When we arrived at the boutique-style Atelier Disset store, we met other participants and were greeted by our host Cristina. She introduced us to the chocolate artist Ursula, who proceeded to explain all the details about the workshop. Ursula was extremely attentive in answering all our questions but, at the same time, allowed us to express our artistic side. At the beginning of the session, we were all a little hesitant, but Ursula created a nice and relaxing environment by telling us stories that are inspiring her products. It was interesting to see the results of our work that represented all our different personalities. Both my daughter and I felt the Fall inspiration and we had a lot of fun experimenting with all the different natural colors. Thanks for all the refreshments and for the opportunity to enjoy high-quality chocolate. The best thing is that I will continue to savor my “masterpiece” for a while... For all those who visit the North Fork of Long Island area, this is a not-to-be-missed stop.

Ursula makes delicious chocolate treats! From bonbons, chocolate bars, to drool-worthy bites, her treats are definitely worth checking out and trying! I've ordered from her multiple times and have not been disappointed :) I hope I can participate in one of her chocolate painting workshop soon!

I found chocolate and creative heaven. Chocolate is my passion and I was so happy to find this exquisite handcrafted chocolate. The best news is no matter I don't live near by, I can buy online or send chocolates to my favorite people. Highly recommend it.

Before the holidays I stopped at Atelier Disset in Cutchogue for the first time. I had heard so many wonderful things about them. The woman working was so kind and shared a little about Ursula, the Chocolatier, and her creations. My favorite was “Ode to the North Fork”, a box of bonbons. Each bonbon was created with an ingredient from a local business. Included was a map of the North Fork highlighting the businesses they collaborated with. What made it extra special was that a local high school student created the map. I purchased the box to give as a hostess gift this holiday season and it was a hit! I felt like I was giving an edible souvenir from the North Fork. I bought a few additional chocolates to try myself and they were amazing! I can’t wait for their next “Ode to the North Fork” to come out. If you need a gift, they have an amazing selection of chocolates in beautiful packaging.

I bought a few boxes of chocolates to take to family in California for thanksgiving. Deliciousness in every bite!

Yelp
Such unique selections of handmade chocolate! It's very pricey, for a good reason, so enjoy every last bit! Their North Fork box was an excellent incorporation of different farms, winemakers, and other locals from the area. Check out their Fruity Pebbles chocolate bar too! I do wish the plastic inside the chocolate boxes was marked as recyclable, but other than that, I am 100% a fan! Excellent choices for gift-giving. Ursula is a creative and friendly artist and you should definitely check this place out!

Yelp
Give it 1 star for impressive looking chocolates. Customer service was frustrating and rude. I placed an order and next day wanted to make a minor correction. Over the next five days I : called and left a message - no reply. I used the 'contact us' form on their site - no reply. I emailed - no reply. I called and left a message again - no reply. Finally after the gift was delivered to my friend I called once more and I get a call back from the owner. I explained my efforts and frustration and the owner kept trying to talk over me. Claimed as a small business it's difficult to respond. So basically just give us your money and hope for the best because they have no customer service. So why put a 'Contact Us' form on your site I responded. She implied that I was argumentative! She went on to tell me the phone number I called was not the correct number for orders - implying it was my error to call!! BUT it's the only number on your website I replied! OMG - the stupidity! It got to the point of her being rude and totally out of excuses and she hung up. LOL. I can only hope this business fails because they truly deserve to.

Yelp
I've watched this business grow fro e-commerce to brick and mortar. There's a very good reason; the quality of her confections are off the charts. Truly delectable.
