This place is now like one of my tattoo homes. I have been lucky to get tattoos by 3 amazing artists Min, Pilar and Eva. Excellent and exceptional work. Quality is top tier. One of thee best tattoo shops in the city. And I cant even say tattoo shop, it is an experience. Again the quality and artistry is right at the top. The artists I worked with are so knowledgeable. My tattoos have healed wonderfully and people are always asking me where did I get them done. I am a girl who love colored tattoos and Atelier Eva knows color. Like I said, I have had the pleasure to work with 3 artists and get 4 tattoos from them and I will be back for more. I got a 2nd tattoo from Eva today. Such a great spirit. My girl knows color, placement and all the things that make a tattoo pop and spark. If you are lucky enough to get a tattoo from her you will leave with a true art piece. Love love love!!!

I have been to Atelier Eva twice now and at both studios, while I think I prefer the studio on grand - both are equally stunning with how the space is curated. Staff upon entry is warm and welcoming while asking if I need anything like water or tea. For the full picture, I have commuted from Philadelphia to NYC for both appointments because my artist is worth it. Both visits I saw Julia who I am beyond obsessed with - everything start to finish with her is easy, clear and well communicated. Her style is gorgeous and shows the detail and care she has for her art, all the pieces I have from her get complimented on all the time (even my non-tattoo loving people get why I chose her). I look forward to seeing what else her and I can come up with for future sessions

I had the most incredible experience with Anya in August. I had more of a mood board of what I was wanting and I knew I loved her style so that’s what I provided. When I arrived at the studio, not only is it stunning and felt extremely clean, but everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. Anya met me with 3(!!!) custom designs for me to choose from and allowed for extra time for tweaking and redraws. I feel in love with the piece I chose and felt extremely comfortable during the whole experience. I was offered several different types of privacy/screening had I wanted it and Anya checked in with me every step of the way. I have a couple other tattoos and when I say this was the most comfortable I’ve ever been I mean it. I slept for 2 hours! Total tattoo time took 7.5hrs and I was offered candy and water throughout as well. I had an amazing time getting to know Anya and chatting as well as getting time to read and nap. Not to mention that the final tattoo is the most stunning piece of art I’ve ever seen. Will 100000% be returning to both the studio and Anya. See photos of it fresh vs now about a month later below.

Amazing. Dani and the studio have some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a tattoo studio and in general. Unfortunately my original request was not possible. BOTH my time and budget in NYC were very limited. 100% on me. However Dani and her team were quick to respond in our emails and they were happy to work with me. Of course, Dani’s work and the rest of the artists there are amazing and very polite. VERY happy with the tattoo. I shouldn’t need to explain why the tattoo is good - just go look at Dani’s Instagram page. The studio itself is very nice. I liked the atmosphere. Definitely the most unique studio I’ve ever been to.

I’ve gone to Pilar for 6 of my tattoos so far because she is an absolutely incredible artist and is also the sweetest person. I have loved every experience with her and plan to get more work from her in the future!

This studio is beautiful, quiet and so comfortable. The design inside is elegant and there’s plenty of space for all of the creative artists. I have gone to Pilar for 3-4 tattoos now and she is SO insanely talented. Highly recommend both the studio and Pilar for helping design pieces of art to put on your body. I’ve also seen the other artists featured on the Instagram and they are all incredible.

I recently had my second piece done by Lauren. The engagement leading up to my appointment and the preparation in advance of the work were exceptional. Each person in the studio expressed interest in what was being done and could not have been more accommodating. Once we finalized design and placement the process was approached with care with attention to comfort. I’ll be going back in a few weeks for another piece and I’m looking forward to it.

I had a vision for a fine line tattoo of Radha and Krishna, and Eva make it a reality. She is professional in every way. A great artist and attentive. The space and staff are also all first class. I would definitely recommend. BUt look at each portfolio of work to find the artist that resonates with you.

Staff was super friendly, the shop is super clean and the vibe is zen and relaxing. They made the whole experience easy and stress free. I was here with a guest artist, but they have a bunch of taleted artists that work out of here.

First & foremost, this tattoo shop is giving modern minimalist beauty. I enjoyed how I felt here, especially being the front desk personnel was super sweet & attentive. Great vibes! Here comes my gripe. My reason for giving 4 stars is due to my artist being about an hour behind, and I wasn't informed until after I arrived (I almost always arrive to all of my appts early). It would have made a big difference in my day & mood if I was called prior and informed of the delay, especially because I was super hungry (I could've planned to enjoyed some good eats in Williamsburg to enjoy passing the time). A little proactive communication could have definitely elevated my experience. The artist I chose was a resident artist from Korea, therefore I won't go into detail about his work. Overall, I'd come back.

Atelier Eva is pure aesthetic in terms of a tattoo studio. I've never seen a studio like this one. This is the newer location of the two. The booking process was so easy. There's a link on their website that you can fill out and the studio managers will reach out to you to set up a time for the preferred artist. After browsing their Instagram page, I reached out to Atelier Eva to set up an appointment with Hailey. All communications were done via email. I showed up to my appointment and Hailey showed me what she had drawn up and I was already super drawn in by her artwork. She gave me suggestions on what works and what doesn't and I appreciated her honesty. Pricing is fair considering the amount of detail Hailey put into the tattoo. I couldn't be more in love with my tattoo; it's definitely my favorite one so far. Thank you again!

My experience at Atelier Eva was absolutely unbelievable. My friend and I went for matching tattoos (mine black ink and hers white ink), and everything from making the appointment, to the reminders prior to the appointment and the appointment itself far surpassed any expectations I had. Pablo was an angel! His precision, professionalism, and humble nature made it truly enjoyable. Pablo sat with us before we started and made us feel comfortable immediately. I have never had a hand poke tattoo, and now I will never go back to machine. His talent is beyond and I would recommend him to everyone! The rest of the staff at Atelier was just as amazing; everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made you feel at home. The whole place was a dream, looked like an upscale spa, and smelled like heaven. I feel this review doesn't even do it justice. I will 100% be returning!
