A truly exceptional Chinese-Japanese fusion cuisine by Chef Hanada. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the wonderful hospitality. The team went out of their way to adapt the menu to a fish-free alternative for my wife, which we deeply appreciated. The drink pairing was varied and original. “Atelier by Hanada” offers a star-level experience even without a Michelin star. Thank you for the fantastic experience. We can highly recommend it!

Fantastic meal! We specifically wanted to explore how traditional Chinese flavors could be done uniquely and this meal did not disappoint. Some standout flavors included salmon cooked perfectly with a green sauce made with thousand year eggs, to a sansho pepper fried fish, and a jasmine infused macaroon. Very lovely meal by all four very talented chefs!

⭐︎A fusion of emotion! Chinese bliss woven with art and craftsmanship The other day, I visited atelier HANADA for the first time. From the moment I stepped inside, I was excited by the sophisticated space and pleasant vitality. First of all, when the food was brought to me, I was taken aback by its beauty. It goes without saying that Chef Hanada's outstanding skills give a sense of the depth of traditional Chinese cuisine, but what is particularly noteworthy is the painting-like plate drawn by pastry chef Ishikawa. Flowers, birds, wind and moon painted with delicate brushstrokes, a scene from a story expressed in vivid colors. It went beyond the framework of a simple plate and appeared to me as a work of art. The pastry chef's rare aesthetic sense and deep love for ingredients are conveyed to me. Of course, it's not just the beauty of the appearance. The moment you put it in your mouth, the deep and profound taste of Chef Hanada's skilled technique shines through, and the delicate and elegant taste that follows leaves you with a blissful aftertaste. Each dish complemented the others, delivering an experience far beyond our imagination. Atelier HANADA is a truly one-of-a-kind restaurant that fuses the tradition, innovation and artistry of Chinese cuisine. Every visit, whether it's for a special occasion or just an everyday meal, will provide new discoveries and excitement. I truly hope that many people will have the opportunity to experience this wonderful experience. I will definitely return in the near future.

Atelier HANADA（アトリエ ハナダ）での体験は、一言で言えば「日常を忘れさせてくれる上質な時間」でした。 店内に足を踏み入れた瞬間に感じる落ち着いた雰囲気と、細部までこだわり抜かれたインテリアが、これから始まる特別なひとときへの期待感を高めてくれます。スタッフの方々の対応も非常に丁寧で、こちらの要望を汲み取りつつ、プロフェッショナルな視点から「より良くするための提案」をさりげなく添えてくれる点に非常に好感が持てました。 技術面に関しても、一つひとつの工程が非常に緻密で、仕上がりの美しさには目を見張るものがあります。細かなニュアンスまでしっかりと形にしてくれるため、安心してお任せすることができました。空間、接客、そして技術のどれをとってもクオリティが高く、自分へのご褒美として訪れるには最適な場所だと感じます。

2024年12月、年末にランチで伺いました。 淀屋橋オドナにあるので、アクセスが良く女性仲間とのランチにオススメです。 全体的に女性客が多かったです。 シェフ自ら挨拶に来て下さって、一つ一つのお料理もひねりがありました。 味だけでなく演出でも楽しませてくれるお店です。 北京ダックは追加で頂きました。
