DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS HORRID ESTABLISHMENT. - Employees do not help, they just make you feel uncomfortable. - Shopping for my girlfriend, I was in the women's section and an employee follows me and without any introduction or welcome or greeting, asks me "you know that's for women right?". Obviously, I do. - I was not sure about the size so I bought a tee that was on sale. I found out it was a size too small and I tried to exchange it for the correct size but they refused to exchange it for the correct size. - Exchanging the item for the same item in a different size does not hurt the business and refusing to provide this service for a customer who has spent money at this store in the past is a really poor choice/policy. - This place has ZERO customer service. Do not support businesses like this.

I came in specifically for La Bouche Rouge lipsticks. Upon entering, a man greeted me and had a girl assist me with choosing the shade I wanted. The girl was so kind and friendly. I was pleased with my shopping experience at this location. Definitely worth to check out!

While this place has a great selection of every brand you could want but their security guard who follows you like you intend to steal something and pretend that they are rearranging things but end up following you around and its uncomfortable while i understand they are preventing people from stealing its uncomfortable to just follow people the entire trip (I want to say this two years ago from the last time I visited)

Wow, the turn around time for their online shopping is amazing. It only took 2 days to arrive my home in Canada. Thumbs up!

I like their store in Manhattan and I visited this one but the 2 girls didn’t even greet and looking at their computers while I was there.

完全建议不用来门店，有一个女的会一直站你旁边盯着你，比之前任何一个导购都让我难受，她也不说话就在旁边站着，死死跟着你，反正我完全没有购买欲望
