Uber offices are good and staff is polite and with good customer services, but having to go quite a lot because the app doesn’t work good, you don’t get enough pickup and some Other issues makes its a non reliable company and for bike drivers the experience with pickup and drop off gives a lot to consider as you’re sent to deliver at insecure locations, the pay is really low, and you’re given rides hilariously far away for a bike for a minimum pay and support is really not a support, and you have no incentives, at least I speak only for my perception,.

Be careful - Uber doesn’t have a license to operate in Colombia - our driver was stopped by police at an airport and we were forced to take local buses. Our driver was fined and I’m sure Uber did not compensate him. Will your travel insurance cover you if there is an accident..?? Don’t take the risk! Uber never responded to our case; an automated irrelevant reply doesn’t count.

Excelente with some things to work in it but the attentions was perfect.

Uber is going BIG! And LOUD!, hoo yes taxis.... Is time to go or evolutionate. Uber is in Bogota. And came here to stay!!!! , is like when the cellphones were replaced by smartphones. Cheers.
