Really good Hostel. It is very clean. The free breakfast is amazing. Its just some steps from the acropolis station and very central. If they would put a hairdryer in the bathrooms it would be perfect. Also has a cool rooftop bar. A more younger audience.

Very close to acropolis train station. Good place to stay to go to the acropolis and the acropolis museum - about a 5 minute walk from both. Very very busy area around. Rooms were clean. Stay felt safe. Good breakfast as well. The rooftop bar has the best view for the Acropolis, great for an afternoon drink.

great service. loved the lounge area and the rooftop bar.(great view of the acropolis from the rooftop) rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, good showers as well. staff was really nice. happy to stay again someday!

The staff at Athens Backpackers were helpful and friendly, the building and rooms were clean, it was easy to find from the train station and has a great rooftop bar! Also, was close by to many restaurants, shops and walking distance to the Acropolis.

I stayed in this hostel in November of 2024. I mist say that it was my first hostel experience and I was very positively surprised (4 bad room)! Everything was nice and clean, the stuff amazing and helpful, location could not be better! I really recommend this hostel for stain Athens 🇬🇷🇷🇸

I've stayed at 115 hostels in 34 countries... This doesn't have a 24/7 open common area, room door codes are way too long, blankets too short, no common kitchen , noisy from the street. Rooms are not very cozy. Etc etc. The list goes along unfortunately. I'm really disappointed because I need to sit up and finish important work and studies without disturbing my roommates, and last but not least have a good rest. Changing hostels.

The best location you can find with this price. Both the bar on ground floor and the rooftop bar are amazing. I feel like the tidiness of the room and the bathroom can be improved, but overall great time there.

Overcharging female only rooms, not the friendliest staff, reception only during the day, very loud during the night (people were sitting and chatting downstairs during the whole night I couldn't sleep at all!). Bathroom was dirty and smelly, beds were okay
