My husband and I had an unforgettable stay at Athens Capital Hotel, perfectly located near Plaka. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, with a gorgeous rooftop view, delicious food, and an amazing breakfast. What made our stay extra special was coming back to surprises in our room. One night a beautiful charcuterie board, another a complimentary bottle of authentic Greek wine, etc. Those thoughtful touches truly made us feel cared for. We also loved the gym, wow! It was perfect for our morning workouts before heading out to explore Athens. We were right next to the changing of the guards and the Metro which was so convinient. Friendly staff, honestly, we can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is easily among the top three hotels I have stayed at in Europe. The level of hospitality is exceptional and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, truly some of the most polite people I have encountered in a hotel. The location is perfect, and the rooftop terrace with its stunning view of the Acropolis is simply beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of options. From now on, this will definitely be my hotel whenever I visit Athens. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Wow! What an impressive, friendly and professional group of people. Everybody we encountered was on point. And Yes, the hotel is in a perfect location, the atmosphere is cozy and clean. The downstairs café and the rooftop bar and restaurant are awesome. All true. However, this place solidifies my belief that it’s a consistent attention to detail that makes the most difference. And this place absolutely nails it. These folks should be proud of how they approach their work. And know that they make a positive impact on their guests. Well done!

Stayed here invited for a conference. Did not know the property. Location is excellent, if you seek to stay at the center of Athens. Rooms are spacious and well arranged with very comfortable bed. On the top floor there is beautiful bar and restaurant with nice view over Athens and Acropolis. Easy & no brainier choice if you don't have already a hotel in Athens or if you want to try something new

I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the bed, which provided a perfect night's sleep, and the quality of the food and coffee was truly amazing—a rare find to have such high-calibre dining right within the hotel. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the service; the entire team is exceptional, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The view was amazing, and the balcony had nice plants and greenery that made the space feel fresh and relaxing. I really loved the quietness at night, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the city. The staff were also super helpful, especially with arranging cruise reservations and transportation, which made everything smooth and stress‑free. Overall, I loved my stay — elegant, calm, and very well taken care of 🌟.

The location is truly ideal for exploring the city. The cleanliness is excellent, and the rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The breakfast is healthy and more than sufficient. It met all of my expectations, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The room featured an automatic espresso machine, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a well-stocked mini fridge, slippers and a bathrobe, as well as both solid and liquid soap. The bed linen and pillowcases were clean, and the towels were fresh, clean, and odour-free. I would definitely stay here again.
