Athens Residence Apartments

This was the perfect location to base ourselves for a long weekend in Athens. Albert, was incredible! He was very flexible and supportive really transforming our stay with his care- along with the residence owner who was very responsive with great communication. This apartment was excellently located, and very comfortable. We booked the one with a balcony and partial acropolis view which was perfect for eating breakfast on. The apartment was in such a nice neighbourhood, in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The street itself is nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was a filtered water machine which meant we didn’t have to keep buying water during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful time!

An excellent place to stay if you are staying in Athens. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and safe even at night. The apartment is gated and we have a friendly host, Albert, who is always in the apartment in the day to greet and assist if we needed help. Location to the nearest train station, Acropoli, is estimated to be about a 10mins walk and if there is any downside, the apartment is located on a upslope path but in Greece, buildings are located on slope generally, so it’s fine 🤣.

We had a lovely stay at the Athens Residence Apartments, where we were well looked after by our host Albert. Our first floor apartment was attractively decorated and very comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed including a kitchen, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The location is perfect - a quiet residential area, but with good bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby - and within 15 minutes walk of the Acropolis and the Museum, and the popular Plaka area. |Highly recommended!

Fantastic Weekend Stay at Athens Residence Apartments! I recently stayed at Athens Residence Apartments over the weekend, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The location is unbeatable—nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to the Acropolis and many other major attractions in Athens. It made exploring the city so convenient and stress-free. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. It felt like a home away from home with all the amenities you could need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of sightseeing. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the hospitality of Mr. Albert. He was welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and they even offered a handy guidebook with tips for making the most of our stay. Overall, Athens Residence Apartments is perfect for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and value. I highly recommend it for both short and extended stays. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Athens!

This place was great! Our flight was cancelled from Heathrow so we arrived to Athens around 2AM. The driver was still ordered for us to transfer us to the hotel. Upon arrival the host was very friendly and helpful. He provided local recommendations for restaurants and transportation. The apartment was very clean, large, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and plenty of apartment amenities like coffee and dishes were provided. The apartment was within 5-10 min walk of Acropolis and Museum plus some great little bars/breakfast spots. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again :)

A great place for a holiday and accommodation base in Athens. The apartments are located in a quiet area very close to both entrances to the Acropolis, approximately 700 meters. We were greeted on site by Albert, who showed us the apartment, discussed everything and indicated recommended food spots on the map. We had room B1, with a fan and air conditioning and a view of the courtyard. Very clean inside, the apartment is large for two people - a bedroom, a room with access to the terrace above the courtyard, a kitchen with equipment and a bathroom. You can sleep well at night, the beds are very comfortable and it is quiet. A great thing is the water dispenser in the courtyard - it was very hot so we used it often. I recommend climbing the Filopappou Hill in the evening, from where there is a beautiful view of the illuminated buildings of the Acropolis. It is very close to the apartment. For breakfast we went to Neratzia Cafe Bistro or Bread Factory, and evening meals were mainly at the great Kalamaki Bar. You can reach the apartment from the airport by metro - blue line to Syntagma station, then change to the red line and get off at Singru-Fix station. From this station it is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to Athens Residence Apartments. I recommend this place to everyone!

Avoid the crowds and live like a local in a pristine modern apartment with everything you need. Our top-floor one-bedroom had a well-equipped kitchen and a romantic little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the street. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis, museums, and city-center shopping and dining. Even better, walkiaround the lovely residential neighborhood with supermarket, unique small shops, and great cafes. All guests can enjoy the downstairs patio with picnic table. And, most importantly, enjoy the welcoming, helpful advice of Albert, the manager. He will explain everything from how to turn on the ceiling fan to where to get the best breakfast and find the closest laundromat. He even arranged van transportation for our group of 12 to the airport, saving everyone many €€€€.

Albert is the best! This place is a great value for the money and was in a more residential area. Albert recommended places and we ate at a few. He provided cold water in our fridge and the ac was great. It is up a big hill but is a great spot being 10 minutes from the Acropolis. Would stay again!
